Called with an electrical issue that other garages either wouldn't touch or wanted to charge me $100 just to walk in the door. Hendricks scheduled me without any hesitation, diagnosed my problem, and only charged me $60. I'm definitely going back here for any other issues with my car.

I was referred to Hendricks & Sons to replace the solenoid valve in the transmission . I have never had anything wrong with my car and was pretty upset but Jeff was so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. My car was done sooner then expected and drives better now versus when I bought it. Thank you!!

I recently took my car to Hendrick's for my AC that stopped working. They charged $1300 for a new compressor. The AC worked for about an hour and then stopped. When I took it back to them, they told me it would be another $600-$700 to replace the expansion valve. When I inquired if that was the original issue and why it wasn't fixed in the first place, I received a rude response. Not wanting to give them anymore of my money to gamble if they actually knew what the problem was this time, I took my car to another shop. The other shop let me know that the expansion valve was fine but there were 2 other valves in the system that were leaking....total was $150 and the AC is now working great. I will no longer be taking my car to Hendrick's and will not recommend them to anyone else. Whether it was incompetence or greediness...the customer service and car service I received were unacceptable.

I always take the car here for the yearly inspection. The car is an older car with over 120,000 miles. They always take care of it in a timely fashion and the final bill is very reasonable. I will continue to take the car there, great job.

Fantastic shop with exceptional customer service. There's a good reason they've been in business for decade's and have a great local reputation. Save the headaches and get it done right the first time.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I need to make an exception. I had my car towed there with an issue with my tire shaking. Within two hours they knew what was wrong and were fixing it. I called them later and asked for an inspection and an oil change since the car was already there and there was no grief or requests to schedule for a different day; they just went right to taking care of everything. Every time they noticed something they called and asked before doing anything. They had my car done on the same day they got my car and I’m pretty sure they stayed past their regular Sunday hours to finish it for me. I picked my car up in the middle of the nor Easter and I literally brought a shovel with my because I thought I was going to have to dig out my car. Nope. They stayed until I got there (because they were closing for the weather) and even had my car cleaned off and warming up. They have better prices than a lot the other local shops and the whole staff is so nice and professional. I will definitely be taking my car back for any repairs and inspections in the future.

Great, friendly staff. I had a flat and they looked at it right away. My biggest complaint is that they didn’t ask if I wanted it fixed (they just did it without telling me the issue and making sure I was fine with them fixing it) and then charged me an arm and a leg to patch the tire. I appreciate how quickly they saw to my car, but am pretty annoyed that they just fixed it and charged me without checking with me first.

Worst place to take your car, guy was going to charge me 1500 bucks, took the car to another place guy showed me the part and what to do 300 dollars. These guys are a scam. Honestly just go somewhere else and get honesty

My family and I have been going here for over 30 years now. I am extremely satisfied with all of their services for my Automotive needs. Most recently our car was involved in a accident. When I dropped the car off for repair,they provided me with a loaner car." "I didn't have to walk more than 10 steps to get into the car and be on my way"

Not at all happy with this place! We bought a truck there,... paid way more than it was worth (which was partially our fault), and it has given us nothing but headaches ever since!! When we took it to our mechanic he said many things were covered up and rigged to look ok! I’m so incredibly frustrated!! Nice looking truck.. but that’s it! This was one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made!

This place is great! They provide wonderful and timely service. They have a fantastic body shop, and do high quality professional work. If you need a shop in the area to do anything ranging from an inspection to collision repair this is the place!

My go to car service shop. You always talk to the same few people, the work is done right there and if you have any questions about your car's 'issues' you can get answers from someone who actually touched your car, unlike most dealerships these days. If you want honest service, without fear of being told all kinds of extra things need fixing, Hendricks &Sons is your place. (I.e. a few years ago my AC drain backed up and there was water leaking into the car, I thought that was the end of my car or at least going to be seriously expensive and they could have easily charged me for all kinds of crazy fixes sine I had no clue. But they simply unclogged the drain tube and sent me on my merry way) I can highly recommend them.

Hunter and Dan always go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else. All the staff is extremely friendly and service is quality every time. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic or body shop.

My mom had some work done on her car and she had it detailed. She was so pleased with the service and care that was given, so she recommended Hendricks & Sons to me. I live 90 miles away in NJ but I was so impressed with the work done on my mom's car that I brought my SUV in for detailing. My vehicle hasn't looked this great since the the day I purchased it. Such friendly and accommodating people, superior service, and quality work. Would give 10 stars if possible!

The employees at Hendricks and Sons Auto Center took my car right in for immediate service. My car was repaired that same day and the price was right. The employees are kind and polite. I would recommend Hendricks and Sons Auto Center for all your automobile repair needs. I also purchased my Jeep Liberty at Hendricks; I could not ask for a better car.

My car was fixed so I have no issue with the quality of work. They did make two mistakes related to customer service. After the diagnostic, (1) The repair was done without my consent given to proceed and (2) I was significantly overcharged on parts. My desire was to have the car diagnosed and then repaired, either by them at a reasonable cost or seek another option. I have dealt with them for minor repairs in the past and have not experienced any customer service issues so this was disappointing.
