Decent customer service but my truck was filthy when I got it back and it smelled terrible. It took me forever to get the white spots out of the interior.
After ripping part of my bumper off when coming out of a steep driveway, I was worried I would need to have my fender replaced. After reading the reviews for Auto Collision Specialists, I felt confident that they could help me. Turns out I was right! One of the guys came out, looked, grabbed some tools, and popped everything back into place! You'd never know it happened! I am very relieved and thankful for their kind, quick, and courteous service. I sure hope I don't have to go back (because who wants car trouble) but I know if I ever do I will be in good hands. 10/10 would recommend.
This is the second time Auto collusion did repairs for me. Both times I found the workmanship to be excellent. The car was returned to me clean inside and out. Dalton is friendly and throughly communicates about the work the needs to be done and it is completed in a timely matter
Wrote an estimate for repairs. I approved repairs. Received the car back 6 weeks late needing some of those repairs done again. another 4 weeks a later and they caused more issues trying to fix it. I took it back for a third attempt. They tried to buy me off to let it go at this point. My insurance company said to take it elsewhere. We did. 14K estimate to fix most of what they were paid to fix the first time and found things they charged for that were not fixed. 14k the first time to them and now another 14k to fix it right. The frame is bent, rear quarter support not replaced but charged for, front support bent and not replaced, headlight in finger tight, runs in the paint work, sanding scratches in the finish, hood alignment off, fender alignment off, entire rear quarter now needs replaced. Never, Never again will i use them, recommend them but will tell the story to everyone who asks. This all started in August of 2023 and still battling today to get it done right with my insurance carrier Erie. Good luck to all who go there.
Had to go there to get things out of my car due to a repo. They were very respectful. Left me alone to say my good byes. Hope no one has to go there for this reason. However they were polite.
My husband and I were very impressed with the work and service at Auto Collision Specialists. Not only was our vehicle damage repaired, and the car returned in a timely fashion, but it was immaculate inside and out! We appreciate good service and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Very kind service. Showed up without an appointment and asked for a quote on some light damage to my front bumper, an associate thoroughly answered my questions and helped me fix up the area free of charge in under 20 minutes, it looks almost as good as new. Will be coming back for any repairs I may need.

The rear bumper was hit in an accident and came loose from the frame. ACS, Dalton, put everything back in place, couldn't tell there had been an accident. Outstanding job and the price was extremely fair. Very nice people working there. I recommend ACS to everyone. John Jack Jones
This place does great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. However, it would have been nice if I was told they are cash or check only. A sign? On their website? Over the phone? Nothing.
These guys are terrific. I needed to have my front bumper fixed. I got it caught on a parking block and it pulled the left side off when I backed out. I took it to one very reputable body shop and the estimate was $1900 for the repair. In full disclosure, the estimate was to have the complete bumper replaced. I then went to Auto Collision Specialists to have them give me an estimate. Dalton said he thought he could fix it by simply replacing the front bracket and reconnect the bumper which would cost about $75. They just did the repair in under an hour and it looks fantastic. It’s refreshing to do business with honest people who truly care about customer service. I highly recommend them!
Although I did not need any work at this time, I am went back with a trim question. When they had painted the car, they were very detail oriented and did a great job. They also explained everything about what they do and why
I've just filed with the state attorney general and state police because I believe these people to be involved in criminal behavior to include price gouging. I sincerely hope to see them out of business in the near future. Do not bring your car here under any circumstances!
I went here hoping to get an estimate. Instead I got kindness and an offer to mix paint and touch up my cars for much less than I expected. You just don't see people acting this way anymore.
I would recommend this place to anybody on skills alone, I can't even see the scratch and it was deep. However, you should drive out of your way to come here for the people who work here. They are honest and they care about the people they do business with.
Hello, my name is Jay, bought a 2014 tundra used and it was hit in a couple spots, new to the area so I got multiple estimates, Walts was the best estimate, I dropped my truck off on Sunday, picked it back up today. Truck is perfect. Amazed at the quality of the work for the price. This body shop is amazing. Walt was very welcoming and the work his team does is unreal. Great price, great quality, plus they cleaned the inside of my truck as well! This place is top notch! If you have a repair, don’t go anywhere else. I've used this establishment twice for collision repairs and they have blown me away both times. If they were closer to my home, I'd use them for my general garage needs, but alas life isn't fair. They are very kind, keep you promptly informed with everything, and will tell you if things are worth your time to repair or not. They seem very honest and I cannot recommend them enough
They did an insurance job for me to repair the damage caused by the rear end collision. They made the process really simple, did excellent work, and even washed my car! It looks just as it did when I purchased it! They lost a star for communication. I had to keep inquiring about the status of my service and when it would be finished.
The service and repair work was fine. What is not fine is failing to disclose before the work is being done that you don't accept credit cards. I would probably have chosen to do the work elsewhere, and certainly the extra work if this had been disclosed in advance.
Normally this place is great. This time I needed my front left fender and door replaced for minor dents. It's been almost 2 weeks with no updates from Tim. I would not have taken it here if I knew this would take so long. Pissed to say the least.
John did some custom painting for me. He understood what I wanted.

I took my car to this auto body shop after a collision and I was very happy with my experience. The guys there do expert work in a timely fashion, kept me informed every step of the way, and are well-mannered and professional. But fyi, they don't accept credit cards, which was only mildly inconvenient as they forgot to mention it before payment. Also, if you have a rental with enterprise you can just drop the rental off when you pick up your car, which is awesome. I was so happy with the service I asked them to do my tires and brakes while the car was in their care. I will be going back for my inspection this month and highly recommend them :)
