I regret deeply purchasing and waisting 6k on a combine engine from them I gave Trey all the information needed I told them to verify because I was sending the engine out of the country and they send me a different engine
When I call to get any answers this miserable person that work there on the Goldsboro Division became very defensive rude hang up on my face refuse to talk to me Trey suddenly went on a endless vacation leaving me with No answers I just wanted to know if it can still be connected
Extremely Rude people knowing they are the ones who made the mistake still very RUDE I honestly feel they just stole 6k from me they had no problem collecting the money I really wish I would’ve taken my business elsewhere don’t TRUST this business with large purchases they won’t have your back if something goes wrong
Two side of the story is you have $6,550 that I pay and I have a useless very old model engine not compatible with my combine and Trey is vacationing No one has had the decency to reach back to me in regards of the matter
