Broke down on the side of the road with my left tire blown out. I was recommended by grays towing from havelock to call being that I was in rosewood area. Efficent timing and productive, especially at 4:30 in the morning. Very helpful. God bless.

I am so impressed with this company they were on the way I had already talked to the driver Brandon and then my insurance company dropped the ball not once but twice so as soon as they called them back and explained I was still active they were right there. Brendan showed up. He was kind he knew what he was doing, I felt real comfortable. I mean, he pulled in that parking lot at Publix and was just like right there at my car which was in parking slot and told me to go on And get home I’ll do my breathing treatment and He took my car to where it needed to be fixed. I’m so thankful and the guy that answered the phone was so kind and really understood the situation with the dropping the ball per the insurance company, but they got me taken care of and I really appreciate it. I recommend them 100% thank you guys so much. 😊

TJ got to my home quickly. Jumped my battery. Showed me how open the hood opens. He showed me how to jump the car. It is my second car I travel in. I drive a 1966 VW Squareback that’s pretty low to the ground. When Rob drove up, he was a little concerned about getting the car up on the rack. Instead of giving up, he called his boss who told him what to do. It took a lot longer than a normal hookup but Rob was a champ. Locked my keys in my (running) car during an ice storm. I was surprised by how quickly I received service. The dispatcher was helpful and friendly and the technician arrived at my home within 45 mins. Which was impressive given the weather. It was a quick fix and I was quickly on my way.

These guys were great. I didn’t have to wait very long at all and when they got there, they didn’t mess around. They hooked it up and were really good to the vehicle not to make any scratches or getting any smudges on the paint. And the inside of the tow truck was really nice clean and neat and that really actually means a lot, to ma anyhow, because that shows the type of person that’s Handling my vehicle . I really appreciated the fact that there’s a nice big screen in the Cab with a camera view of my car while it’s being towed. That just shows a little extra effort and making sure that my vehicle is OK. Rob was super professional and nice and understanding throughout the entire process. If I do need a tow again, I will 100% make sure I call these guys. Thanks so much for making a bad situation not seems so bad!

Rob of Dependable Towing rescued me from the 'no-man's land' of Route 17 in North Carolina slightly over the South Carolina border. Because Dependable Towing was down a driver and covers all of Brunswick County for AAA, the wait time was hours. However, the dispatchers were always courteous and my driver was tied up delivering a tow many miles away. The company was very accommodating to my needs and Rob very thoughtful, safety-conscious and pleasant. If I need a tow in NC, I will certainly call Dependable first.
