I guess they got the job done. Communication was terrible. When they brought the car to the shop where I had it towed, they didn’t even leave the key with the service desk. They left my key and vehicle unattended with everything in it. In raleigh. A very active town. Very unprofessional. When I called to see where my car was at, and what was taking so long, the operator was rude. See my car had arrived, it was just no one was informed. This is very inconvenient because that timeframe determined when my car was going to be done. Whether it was today or tomorrow. Overall this company can NOT be trusted with personal vehicles as they are just left like trash and without any respect. Take your business elsewhere.
I called JPJ to tow my truck that wouldn't start. When he got in my neighborhood, my truck started. I asked him how much did I owe since he came to my house. He said I owed nothing. I will definitely give him my towing business in the future. Thanks again JPJ Truck Brokers.

Jay and Ken were an absolute Godsend! My car had a severe mechanical problem while driving on I-95 on New Years Day. These guys were very transparent and communicative from the moment I called to have my car towed. I am so thankful they were able to tow my car back to my city, which was about 35 miles from where I broke down. Very cool dudes, and very professional. I broke down beside the road. I went through my insurance company and they got me JPJ towing out as soon as possible. They’re really friendly. I would really recommend using them. They were quick and reliable.
Ken came to give us a tow and was absolutely amazing. He helped us get the truck going. We started driving home and it broke down again but he waited and came back and got the vehicle for us and took it into the shop. He was so friendly and personable. Best call we could have made
Apparently this company employs drivers that love running people off the road then chasing people down just to flip them off. I’m pretty sure this guy is on something because someone driving a semi SHOULD NOT BE SWERVING THIS BAD. I’m considering reaching out to the state troopers if he rushes my vehicle again. Dude needs to calm down.
Best wrecker company ever. I had a tire come off the passenger side of my truck... "Ken" came out and got me towed to my mom's house. It was an angel in disguise. He didn't complain or anything about my situation. Ken was super nice and extraordinary helpful. Thanks for everything.

Today while driving my tractor trailer I got stuck and my front tires dug deep into the wet dirt and grass. I called JPJ Towing and Truck Brokers out of Dudley, NC to be towed out the deep hole I dug my tractor trailer into. Not only did JPJ towing pull my truck and trailer out, but they came to my rescue in 15 minutes from my calling. To top it off, and being even an Easter holiday, I was given a very reasonable fee that I believe was a blessing. The tow drivers treated us as if we were apart of his family . Ken was our angel Tuesday. Our tire blew on the highway with a young child & 4 dogs in the car - a very stressful ordeal. He had our safety & well-being in mind the entire time - towing us off the highway quickly & taking us to get a spare put on, all without allowing us out of the car for our safety. He went above & beyond; we are incredibly grateful for his amazing kindness.

I was having a load of rock delivered to my home for my driveway. Not realizing the yard was so wet, the driver got his back 2 axles in a soft spot in the yard trying to maneuver his truck around . Jay and JC with JPC Towing responded quickly and handled this technical winch pull in a very professional manner. No damage to the dump truck that was fully loaded with 57 stone and Jay’s new truck winched it out of the mud without hesitation. I couldn’t of asked for a more professional and knowledgeable team.
