I was rear ended severely on my 2020 Kia Optima on my way to an outing with some friends in Fayetteville I immediately called Springs Auto Clinic to have my car towed back to Goldsboro to Spriggs Auto Clinic for collision repair the tow driver was very prompt on his arrival & extremely kind & concerned for my friends & I the tow driver was very gentle & careful with my loading my car! When i got back in town i came by the repair facility to speak with Mr. Spriggs about next steps he literally explained the entire process from A-Z & everything went just as he explained & when i received my car back it totally looked brand spanking new you could never tell it was wrecked his body expert & paint man are top notch & I highly recommend bringing your car to the car doctor for all your collision repairs needs Mr Spriggs & his team are truly the collision experts Thank you all!
My husband's truck broke down, engine went out, on the side of the road and Spriggs was on call to pick it up. They were nice enough to give a discount to pull to a second location. Thank you Spriggs!

The communication, customer service, and quality of work was all top tier! This was the first encounter I've ever had auto related where I didn't feel like I was being either over-charged or scammed as a female trying to get my car fixed. The owner went above and beyond to not only get my car repaired at a fair price, but also same-day return. The only downside to it all was that due to haste, I wasn't able to receive the complimentary detail, but even still, I can't complain. I would definitely utilize this company again. I highly recommend!

The customer service was excellent! They were friendly and professional. They gave a free estimate on a front bumper replacement with a paint match. Their labor rates were very reasonable. The vehicle was even an older model and the bumper looked great when they finished the job. It was even returned earlier than expected! Great work and great customer service! I would definitely go here again if I needed any body work done, and I would recommend this business to others.

Mr. Spriggs guaranteed his work, made sure that the insurance company supplied new parts, and even went so for as to give us a loaner from his car dealership when the length of time expired on our rental! Spriggs Auto exceeded my expectations in service. Customer service was great and friendly. The repair on my vehicle was perfect. I had a bullet hole on the hood and side pillar of my vehicle from a random shooting in which my car was hit. I was devastated. After getting quotes from other repair shops, Spriggs gave me the best estimate. You can not even tell there was damage to my car after Spriggs made repairs. I am very satisfied and I recommend Spriggs to all my friends.
