Had a very unpleasant experience with whoever was at the office today, I came by and he was very short with me and was not helpful at all. After an accident I would expect at least a semblance of respect, especially from a grown adult man. If he even gave us a second to explain the process I would have been more understanding however that was not the case. If given the opportunity do not bring your business with them, absolutely unprofessional.
No matter how hard I try to help someone, there is always that certain person that feels like the rules should be written around them.
I always take the time to explain how the process works, and ask that people give the proper attention to, 1. Who owns the vehicle, 2. Who can come and retrieve items from the vehicle. 3. What time would you like to meet at the storage facility. 4.Please call before you go, just in case I am called out to another emergency.
Once this is all established, we should all try to adhere to this arrangement. If someone should show up at another time, or try to send someone else to do what only the owner is permitted (by law) to do...
Then do not get upset with me because" We" discussed otherwise.
I always try to help everyone the best that I can. Even if I have to ask my wife ( who has been very sick the last few weeks) to help me out because I was helping someone else.
Will not recommend this shop at all. People are so rude. Wanted to get my stuff out my vehicle. He kept putting it off and wasting my time. After I was able to pick up my stuff they stay over my shoulder all the time like if I was going to steal something. Bad enough I had to deal with car accident and then dealing with such unprofessional and rude people.
Mr. Rick and his staff has been 1000% wonderful with me and fixing my car. They went over and beyond with their services and walking me through every step w/o frustration. Best auto shop in Wayne County.
This guy was really rude to me after all I had been through in my car accident I would at least expect the guy to act professional. He had the nerve to say I want to know called me at 1 in the morning do have to get some sleep. Well if thats the case why are you a 24hour towing service. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your business. Then when I asked regarding my price if he gets around to it he will call me. I tell u what I will make sure my insurance company knows that you're taking your time on that price sir.... I recorded you
One of the rudest body shops I have ever had to deal with. I called 3 times to get a release on a vehicle and waited on hold over 10 minutes for him to figure the bill. My tow driver was then told to tell his secretary to stop calling so much. If I was given all the information needed on the first phone call then two additional calls would not have been made. A simple conversation of charges on a tow bill should NOT be that DIFFICULT.
Also it seems as there are no set hours of business. Any time I suggested for picking up the vehicle had conflict with his schedule. I have never had a fellow business owner tell me it BETTER be before a certain time because I have something else to worry with.
In any business customer service goes a long way. I hope that you don't treat the rest of your customers as you did me yesterday. I also hope that you find a little more happiness in your life and if not then perhaps you are in the wrong business!
Great job guys.....couldn't have chosen a better place.... I hope I never need body repair again ......but if for some reason I need body repair I know where to go.....
I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.
I had my car towed here after being in an accident. The owner is the one who came out to pick the car up and stopped the others cleaning up from throwing broken glass and other junk into my car. He was polite and helped explain to me what to expect if the insurance company wanted to total my car. I've seen the work they do too and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
