Needed a tow on Christmas Eve. The driver was there within 45 minutes and was very polite with me and my kids. You really can't ask for more during the holidays.
Vehicle was towed ~20 miles through my insurance. They were quickly out to my relatively remote location. The tow truck driver was quick and efficient in getting my car loaded up. He was professional and friendly the entirety on the 20-25 minute ride. It's also refreshing to speak to individuals owning and/or working for local businesses, rather than corporations. All told, i'd definitely use Certified Towing & Recovery again, if necessary (I'm blessed to not need tows very often, so far, at least.)
Tristin picked up me and my car with a blown tire as part of an insurance request. There was some confusion with my insurance company, and they did not relay that a tire change was needed. Despite this, he went above and beyond to change my tire for me as a courtesy with his own equipment. He was so kind and changed the tire extremely fast; he even helped me inflate the tire so I could get safely back to my house. It was a very hot day and he took time out of his morning to help me. Definitely recommend him and his company!

Tristan was a true gentleman with communication about arrival time and was there just like he said he would be. He arrived and backed up and was able to get car with no battery (we didn’t know it had been removed) on the rollback with no problem, he knows what he is doing! The fact they support breast cancer is also an added bonus!!! 🩷🩷🩷 You won’t be disappointed using this company for your towing needs.
