Service was good. Mike was very helpful and tried to explain what could be wrong with my car. Unfortunately, I did have to wait around a bit, but it was worth it in the end. More affordable than other towing companies in the area.

I called for a tow and even though he couldn’t come because of some type of issue Michael gave me another person to call. He then called me back to be sure I was getting picked up. Then he asked me to let him know I made it home safely. I was very scared because it was getting dark and had my daughter and I thought it was very kind of him to make sure I was taken care of. Had a great experience. Mike was an outstanding guy. Called him this morning to get my truck towed due to it not starting. He told me he would be at my house around lunch time and he was. He loaded the truck pretty quickly and took my son and I and the truck to the dealership. I would 100% recommend this business for any tow needs. Fair pricing also.
Called for a towing and to have my car taken to another location. They arrived very quick and loaded everything with no issues! They’re very friendly and kind! I was very anxious about the whole situation but everything from the call to them arriving for the tow went very smoothly. 10/10 recommend!!! super friendly and professional. I just moved to the area and my car broke down, within an hour of me texting them my information, he arrived. He also recommended a good and affordable shop to take my car too, and i saved $25 by going through them rather than my insurance company that guaranteed me i would get towed at the “cheapest price”.
I call and ask if my car could be pick up at one location and taking to another location. There was no problems. They did it right then and it was affordable. Mike was really nice and polite. I recommend anyone to call them if you need your car tow.

I was having trouble with my 2015 Toyota Prius Hybrid. The battery was completely dead and I called to get this car towed tp the Dealership. Lowrance Towing texted me immediately after I called, said he was in a meeting. Within 20 minutes of that initial call we discussed my problem above. He suggested we try and jumpstart my car and if that did not work he could tow it to dealership. It took a few minutes to find the battery to jumpstart the car. Lowrance Towing suggested to drive the car for approximately 40 minutes before going to the dealership, to allow the battery to charge. Lowrance Towing offered a discount for the jumpstart and warned me that this could be an expensive repair. Well I guess we were extremely lucky. With the Covid crisis the car is not driven much. The dealership said the car is working fine and just needs to be driven more!
Lowrance Towing was very quick to respond to my call, he was very professional, and was able to identify where the battery jumpstart terminals by using drivers manual, and internet. He was able to keep my cost down by attempting to jumpstart the car before towing to dealership. I would definitely recommend anyone that is having car trouble to use this company. I know I will for any future needs!
My car broke down on me on the highway today as I write the review. I called this company to tow my car. The owner was very helpful, professional, and nice. The price was decent not too much. Very positive experience. The owner was at my location in 30 minutes and then called a mustang expert who was there in minutes to unlock my car. No damage done, very nice guys AND they are $20 cheaper than the places I called. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service! I called Lowrance Towing based off the excellent reviews after having had a poor experience with another local towing/car repair company. The owner responded quickly to my call and was very polite and friendly. Very good prices and recommended me to a more reputable shop to have my car repaired. I’ve called him twice now to tow my car and will continue to call him for all of my towing needs. Highly recommend!
Quick response and excellent service. Had to call them on the weekend to get my car towed after the accessory belt broke. Towed my car from Pikeville to Deacon Jones in Goldsboro. The guy was friendly and professional. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call Lawrance Towing.

I recently had them tow my truck.
I had a weird situation where I had to work that day and needed the truck off the streets before I could get off. Not only did they come get the truck first thing in the morning and tow it to the junk yard he went the extra extra mile and towed it again when I could meet him there several hours later. I would highly recommend this company! They go above and beyond for their customers!
