Took our 2013 Toyota Corolla for a very basic simple job to replace a bracket on front fender. The car was done in about an hour, my daughter could have easily just stayed with the car while being fixed, even if what going to take 2-3 hours, she could have stayed with the car. They called later that afternoon and said it was ready to pick up but I couldn't leave work at the time to take my daughter to pick up so we waited until the next morning. When we picked up the car, there was a large crack right in the drivers line of view in the front windshield. The cost to replace the bracket and fix the fender was only around $100. I called the shop and of course, they are denying that it happened there and saying that they are not responsible of course. The windshield had no issues prior to dropping it off, I know, my daughter drives the car daily and I see it daily!!!! I am an honest person and don't make up crap!!!! So now I have to pay $300 for another windshield. I will never be back, good luck to you if you go there.
I highly recommend this company! They are awesome! Family oriented and do a great job! I couldn't ask for better service! And any situation u get urself into, I promise they can get u out of it! Speaking from personal experience obviously. I had a guy come in my lane T 60 mph and I reacted by going off road ended up in field in 3 ft of thick mud and somehow managed not to put a dent in car, tow driver took great care while pulling me out, he got me back out with no damage I was so grateful! Have to appreciate the consideration and compassion it takes to do that! Any other driver would have snatched car out with no care if damaged the car! He was so nice and happy to help! Wanted to share my experience with Scotts, I have used them off everytime for ding and scrapes on my truck to body work on my wife's cars after a bump up. Even after a paint job went bad I told Michael and he made it right no questions asked. With warrantied work and work he stands behind, this is business that will always have mine.
Wouldn’t recommend their job is not good had to get my car fixed else where because they didn’t know how to fix or repair properly these people only interested in your money not helping you !
Hello, Scott's Automotive and Collision is the best body shop I have had the pleasure to work with! In 2023, my Mother's vehicle was in an accident, through no fault of her own, and Scott's Automotive and Collision took extra care of my Mom and the repair to her vehicle. They were patient and understanding throughout the entire course of the ordeal. (And there was an issue due to the insurance company for the people that hit my Mom.) Kim and Michael are absolutely phenomenal individuals and I cannot express how grateful I am to them for their professionalism. My Mom's car looks terrific! So here we are less than a year later, having to have work performed on my Father's vehicle, because workers on my parents' house damaged the car. Once we get that car back, I will submit another review because these folks are absolutely wonderful! I love the quality of their work and the fact they are a family run business with integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Scotts body shop is amazing! I took them my front bumper and assorted pieces of my front end to refinish and paint and they did it flawlessly!! It looks amazing and color is on point! (Needless to say my car is 10 years old and they matched the paint perfect!) Thank you guys so much. Customer for life!!

This collision repair shop is top shelf! My wife’s car had a crushed rear quarter panel and the bumper was ripped off. I got four estimates and Michael Scott had the best customer service skills along with the best price of all the quotes. They finished the repair well ahead of projected date and the work was done so well you would never know it had been all banged up. Through my years, which have been many,😜I have
dealt with several auto repair shops but have never had such a great experience as I have had with Scott Collision center. They even adjusted the final bill down since they got some parts at a better price than initially quoted!! Professional, honest ,clean shop with well qualified and experienced crew. Go here and you will be very impressed!
They put front and rear brakes and rotors on our delivery vehicle for our Pharmacy. They were very friendly and did a quality job. Very reasonable priced and ready when they said it would be ready. I would highly recommend Scott's Automotive!
This was the worst body shop experience I ever received, I understand where in the mist of a pandemic so parts are slow to arrive but the customer service and quality of work didn’t meet my insurance standards. I had to return twice to have work perform and I’m the third visit my insurance company just totaled my car. The only blessing I received out of this ordeal.
Everything was fast and efficient on Scott's automotive side I had the most problems with my insurance company not talking to each other. This delayed the check going to Scott's . Thinking of changing insurance companies. (SF)
You helped me today to fix the seal on my moon roof last minute. I pulled in at about 450, thinking you closes at 530. You can and helped me figure it out, fix it, then refused to be paid for you'r time. I cannot express to you how much I appreciate it. If my son (suspected culprit) messes with it again he will have to come learn how to fix it.

I had Scott's do a repair on my minivan about a year ago and they did good work so when my son need edto have a bumper repair done on his car, I wanted to support the local small business and sent him to Scott's for an estimate. My 17 year old son was given an estimate and spent 4 months working many hours to save enough to pay for his repairs on his own. When he finally had the money to cover the estimate, he brought it in for repair. After picking it up, he realized the bumper was a completely different color than the rest of his car. In addition to that, Scott's left of brackets that were intended to attach the bumper properly so it now pops in an out of it's correct position. When my husband and son brought the car back to Scott's, Alan told him the estimate did not include "color matching" or even the brackets to attach the bumper properly. Then he proceeded to give them an estimate for another $1000 to complete the job correctly. Sadly it appears that Alan took advantage of my son's innocence in assuming that Alan was the expert and would do the job correctly and not cut corners. Needless to say, we will be going elsewhere for any future auto body needs. It just sucks to see your kid get screwed over.

Had to call weekly to get an update of repairs, was giving a 30 completion deadline and it took three months.
They were very professional and easy to deal with. They towed my car very far away and their price beat everyone else in town. I know who to call if I need a car towed again.
Alan Scott took on my car for paint and body repair. 15 months later the car was not finished. What work that was done was shotty. Fish eyes in the one part that he did paint. (Car body) Several parts (trunk and vailance) not even unwrapped from the movers blankets that were delivered to him. Excuses were constantly given for not doing the work. I made several visits to the shop. Nothing seemed to matter except that my project was a low/non-priority. I had to pay full price for the work even though it was not finished. My new painter is going to have to repaint the one part painted and fix/finish what wasn't done. I would highly recommend that people avoid the lies and aggrivation that this business promotes.

But above all I entrusted them with a $40,000 motorcycle that they put a fantastic house of kolours paint job on, which almost immediately took my bike to the next level and a magazine cover!!!!
