Flat tire on 70 west in wayne co. Someone stole my car jack & Prince was on the spot in 10 minutes & put on spare. Was done & on the rd within 30 minutes. Great guys.
This by far has been the best tow experience that I've received. He was prompt with his arrival time and very knowledgeable about the service I requested. I called for a jump but the issue was not resolved. He further assisted me with providing a tow to my residence. Overall great experience and he also offered advice to fix my problem.

On 8 March 2025 i locked my keys in my car (i thing i do way too often 🤦🏻♀️) My usual friend, who is my first call was out of town, so i did what most of us do & googled. I chose one, called that person & they were out on a job. He knew he’d be a while but recommended me to this company, said he trusted him and that i was in good hands. So i believed him and I was so grateful i did! He showed up within 12 mins, unlocked my car, handed my keys and he was on his way. 10/10 RECOMMEND! he was fast, straight to it, joked around with me, and was super nice and helpful! My car broke down and called him. He knew what was actually wrong with my car and told me how to fix it myself. We got it back running and he is super nice and friendly. Definitely the best in the area. I've felt with a few other tow companies and he's definitely the best.
Excellent customer service, Honest, Respectful, Very helpful, with a sense of responsibility making sure my safety was his priority, took his time to work on the steps to loose the spare tire came to be difficult because I didn't have the right tools at the moment so he remove the rip off tire and went to a place to get a new one for my car, after installing the tire he notice it was damaged so he asked me to fallow him to the place to replace the tire for a good one. Overall everything was at a reasonably priced. 100% recommended.

I must say that this is the best tow service that I have ever had. The professionalism and fast service was absolutely awesome. MR Prince was able to provide me with the cause of my blown tire and gave me some solid advice about future car repair questions.
He has a great personality and is very fairly priced. He picked up my car within an hour of calling and was very easy to work with and talk to. I highly recommend his services and will call him first for any future towing needs that I, or my family, may have. If you need a tow, he’s your guy.
My car broke down the day after I got her back from paint, and it was awful. To make matters worse, it was a Sunday and few were availible. I found this company by chance and he was excellent. Very reasonable prices, he was on time and communicative. As soon as we set a time, he was actually earlier than expected. He ended up waiting on us actually; he was patient, understanding, & ready to roll!!
Got to the location - had my vehicle hooked up in no time. Strapped it up securely, and was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my concerns/questions with ease and to my satisfaction. Even offered some insight, information, and knowledge about or specific vehicle - which we didn't know, and when we looked it up - it was exactly what he took the time out to share - to help out, that.
1st Triple AAA wouldn't tow it from our home address, bc it was a "home address" or tow it bc the plates weren't current (on a car we haven't been driving).
He saved us over 200$+, compared to a tow service out of wilson, nc.
The tow company, they, were attempting to charge us over 300$ + dollars to tow from the same location to the same designation - as Mr. Prince towed.
Mr. Prince answered promptly our call to service - let us know his rate, and availability - we set a time, and he took very good care of us. He was mindful and careful with our ride.
