I called GEICO for roadside assistance....1st company came...tried to change tire and couldn't get two of my lug nuts off....GEICO reissued A+ Towing....The guy was having an issue as well....I said I will just have it towed to a shop....he said don't give up on me so easily....it begin to get dark...after going through several obstacles.... Finally, Mr. Harold or Mr. Harrell, was his name, got the Lugs and Tire removed🎉🥳...he choose to go above and beyond...he really WANTED to help....And I truly appreciate his sevice....Way to Go A+ Towing.....You have someone awesome on your team!!!!!!

First and Foremost, I was assisted by Mr. Shaun of A+ towing and recovery. Saying that he was a fantastic person and a huge help would be an understatement and a knock on how truly great he was. As far as the business side of things, he reassured me that everything was taken care of, sending me proof once my car was delivered with an address and picture proof. Furthermore, this man came out quickly at 11:30 PM and had the biggest smile on his face while doing so. Keeping things light hearted and worry free in the process. Again, I can not explain enough how great his help, and character were in my brief 10 minute interaction with him. If you have any towing needs AT ALL….. call A+ and request for Shaun! Hopefully everyone see’s the value in him that I did tonight.

He went above and beyond to assist our family at almost 3am while traveling home in the middle of nowhere (with no spare tire). They were not only pleasant and reassuring after multiple unsuccessful attempts to find other towing companies to help us, but they truly demonstrated PURE KINDNESS and professionalism in our time of need. We will forever be thankful to A+ Towing!

I called this towing company after speaking to another very rude, towing company and right from the initial contact with the receptionist it was a very pleasant experience. she was quick and so sweet, she had someone there in like 15 mins. Mr. Linwood, the man that helped my dad tow his car was also very sweet, kind and super helpful! He went to do his job but was helping my dad figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and advising us on how he could check to see what was wrong. Even something as small as getting a car towed can be extremely stressful and Mr. Linwood made it so easy and put us at ease! He did a great job. I spoke with someone else that took my payment, I didn’t get his name but same experience with him he was very kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone!! They have great customer service, and do a great job!!! I will be using this company for all my future needs and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know!!

Was in Goldsboro when transmission went out; over 2hrs away from home. Called AAA, "they couldn't get anyone to take the tow." A+ towing had been called at 7pm, Saturday about the tow. They told AAA we can take the tow; they recieved NO return call from AAA. My dil gets in touch with A+ towing today. They remembered getting a call about the tow, but recieved no return call to tow my car. A + towing contacted AAA and I was finally home at 6pm Sunday night. Shawn the driver was a delight and wonderful young man who got us home.. Thank you to Wendy, who contacted AAA and got things straightened out so she could help get us home. Thank you for your assistance in helping getting my case alined and straightened out. I had issues with AAA getting this done, yet they had no problems drafting their payment from my account.

Our vehicle died unexpectedly near Goldsboro, about 50 miles from home (Raleigh area). Called up A+ after finding them using google search. Owner and wife answered right away, and were super easy to work with coordinating a tow back to Raleigh. Tow truck driver arrived within a few minutes of agreed upon time and was a great help during a stressful moment for us. Thanks for your help in a tough situation.

This guy explained to me and help to get my vehicle in for repairs and took extra caution and care of my vehicle. Something you rarely find nowadays will use again if needed also recommend.

Traveling from DC to Wrightsville Beach - tire pressure light TO air and the located leak TO the need for a new tire. Before we could make it to the tire shop, the tire blew. Called for a tow via the car insurance. In the interim, I freaked out enough during another call to obtain A+ Towing’s info and I’m so glad I did. Chris was fantastic … talked me through dropping a pin for my roadside location and Harold reached us before the other guy, scooped us up and delivered us to Mavis. Thank you A+!! You all calmed my panic, made my girls smile, and set us up to continue towards our final destination all within the hour!!!
