Been coming here for years and have never had an issue. The place is organized, easy, convenient, and the people were friendly. But recently there is new management. I am now charged for a half size truck bed like it is a full size truck. I have to pay to dump some common items that aren't construction but can be used inside the house or out. Therefore, it cost to dump it. And the lady was rude and condescending. Don't know what I'm going to do now. Guess my trash bin will get more mixed trash now.
I have used this facility for over 10 years.
This is the 1st time anyone has ever been rude to me. I did not see a cone while backing up and the attendant rudely came to my truck and asked "what are you doing, did really think you could fit". Then my son dropped a glass bottle and told him that "he had to clean it because he wasn't", so I asked the guy if he made everyone clean up after themselves and he "yes that's why it's clean" so I got mad and said "what do you do all day"..he could have been polite about the problem as was he was rude. I had no problem with my son cleaning it, because he would have as we have in the past. I had a problem with the guys attitude and disrespectful personality. Then he checked my dump sticker for the second time while having a backhoe in front of me, so I yelled at him and told " it's good*" ,then he has the audacity to tap my window and ask if I was speaking to him. If I go back and he does it again especially if he approaches me without reason I'll call management.
