I showed up for delivery and pickup on Friday 11/17/23 had an appointment for 08:00 no one is here come to find out they are closed on Fridays how did I get an appointment from the company on a day they are closed? I’m at the Statesville,NC location!

If you have to deliver a load here, pack a lunch and a dinner. Slow doesn't begin to describe the people working in the receiving dept.
