BEWARE!!!!!
This place is a scam!! We stopped here for a new tire on the trailer. They charged the company $369.00 but instead of giving us a new tire they just patched it and put a sticker on it to make it look new. We are sitting in a rest area now waiting for roadside because the same tire exploded on us. Please please please avoid this place if possible. But it wasn't all bad the people at the counter were nice and it was very fun listening to them pick on each other and having a laugh. ( Nice place to bullshit but not good for professional service )
This loves is a joke! They have dropped trailers and a massive amount of bobtails taking up majority of the spots. Most loves will allow you to park where you can as long as you are out of the way. But the girl that works in the service shop wants to bother drivers. Like she has nothing better to do.
Walked in to buy some things i needed for the week. And when i walked in there was a driver who had been waiting to buy a shower for a while. He told me he didnt think anybody was working on the diesel side. So the lady comes out from cleaning the showers and i offered to buy the man one. Then she proceeded to ask me if we were team drivers i told her no. And she said for this particular loves it is company policys that nobody can buy a shower for somebody else. Thats really shitty to say the least. I have got other drivers showers at many other loves all the time. I have made sure to contact corporate about this matter as well. Because all this tells me is they are trying to get that 15+ dollars somehow when somebody is down on their luck. When i have so many showers i dont know what to do with because i work hard and i decide to be a decent human being to a fellow human i am reminded really quickly how greed ruins all good things.
This place is a joke. Called i would be coming in for a drive tire, I checked in in person when I got here, waited 7 hours till they closed, wS told they can't put me on their wait list till the day of repair since can't get to me today. Place I will never stop at again an guess I'll go back buying all my diesel fuel at Petro,s & T/A,s loves lost my business. 🤬🤬🤬
I love this loves mainly because there is no registered reservation parking first-come come first-served serve although there may be regular vehicles taking up truck parking for free parking taking up trucker space. When should they pay for that if they are going to use their own personal vehicle. This can alter the dynamics of the logistics. Unless these people paying for parking they should hunt for parking like every trucker hot shot or RV/camper with pickup or pickup with a trailer. Like I said no reservation these people are the reason why reservation exist. Any maybe because of corperate greed. You can leave your trailer and lock it up PC to anywhere for a few hours. But a trailer vs a vehicle is a difference. There is parking where to park vehicle unless the love allows it than never mind.
BULLSHIT MECHANICS..... WHAT KIND OF MECHANICS THEY HAVE. I WENT THERE TO GET MY BRAKE LIGHT FIXED IT LITTERALLY TOOK HIM AN HOUR TO OPEN THE LIGHT AND THEN HE BROUGHT ANOTHER NEW LIGHT WITHOUT INSPECTING WIRES , TOOK HIM ANOTHER HOUR TO PUT LIGHT ON AND AFTER THAT HE SAID LIGHT IS NOT WORKING , SOMTHING WRONG WITH WIRING AND TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AFTER WASTING ALMOST 4 HOURS . AND SHOCKINGLY I WENT TO TARILER SHOP AND THEY FIXED IN 15 MINUTES AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH WIRING HE WAS JUST UNABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO CONNECT THE LIGHT WIRES. MOREOVER THEY MADE A BILL OF 112$. Ruined my day.
Horrible employees dirty bathrooms horrendous prices and they close the restaurants at 7pm. Stay away from these loves they have become horrible ripoffs and they hate truck drivers.
If you don't have to stop here I would suggest going somewhere else so you don't get the all day run around like I do. I've tried multiple times getting in to get a service done and just get the runaround. I try scheduling an appointment and get the runaround. And after they keep telling me to come back and I do the ladies rude and when I asked are they ready to do my truck she says do you see the service truck here you should know my guys not here why would we be ready. Absolute worst customer care worst attitudes and they give you the most runaround at this location I'll never come back to this love again.

fuell filter installed incorrectly, forced, which caused the filter breaking a part and went on the fuell line
And of course as an answer oooo sorry, you can go to the next speedco ant they will fix it.
Overall good place to stay at night, they are lacking in coffee stuff always like creamers. And showers are not so good because they are just spraying water on you while taking shower so annoying
No problem with the tk stop it's the McDonald's. I arrived this morning with about four other people only to be told they were updating and couldn't take any orders. That's fine but couldn't you do that in middle of the night instead of breakfast time. It's always something at that place to have so many employees and sorry service. Not going to waste my time there anymore. If you drive a truck there's only so many places you can eat.
2:45 pm. Said can't do pm service til tomorrow because they have 7 tires. Does it really take you more than an hour per tire?!? Also, could look for the filters to see if they have them. Even tho the previous 2 did... I'm thinking lazy or incompetent. Go to TA
Shop has horrible customer service, one of the younger guys about got stomped out for calling himself talking to me crazy. Of course he ended up being a typical hillbilly big mouth pzzy when I checked him for it, that bass in his voice went away quick. I also recorded the interaction and will be sending it to corporate. There's a TA about 20 miles away eastbound with much better service 💯👍
Shower was clean and had an extra towel. The shower attendant was very nice and does a great job at getting showers cleaned and ready rather quickly. My shower #4 has a leak in the metal housing and reduces some of the water pressure.
The guy working the service desk didn't know his head from his tail. Charged me 200.00 more for the tire I was having replaced. The guy messed up several accounts while I was there waiting. You charge us a lot of money to deal with this level of inexperience.
I stop here from time to time. The shop guys are super nice and helpful. They do welding here. (That was years ago though don’t know if they still do)
Stopped just today though. They gave me ballpark idea of what it would cost to do wheel seal. However, they didn’t have a mechanic to do it for 3 days.
No big deal… just sign of the times. Unfortunate but what can you do, many many places are having issues with hiring employees.
Air works well.
This is one where you are likely to experience drivers parked at the fuel isle for extended periods of time though.
So if you’re in a hurry and you have other options might want to skip this one.
Has laundry and showers.
Loves gas stations pretty much got my family safely across the country to our new home, and this station doesn't let down. They are safe all hours of the day and night, they have great food options, and don't forget the safe dog walk! This is our home gas station!
