My “engine overheating” alarm came on as I was driving across the state with a car full of my family. We had the car towed to A & A and it was the best decision. The car arrived right at close of business, but they still offered to evaluate and assess the car. They stayed late, ran the diagnostics, and got us back on the road. They made a very stressful and difficult situation for my family very easy. They were very honest and fair, and didn’t try to take advantage of my bad situation. They even called the next morning to make sure my family made it OK to our destination. That kind of customer care and service is rare. Highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. I normally don’t fill out reviews, but they were amazing. Recommend, 100%.

Hats off to Bo, the epitome of what a salesman should be. My first contact with Bo was 6 months ago, wasn’t quite ready to buy but was starting to research tractors and what I needed. He listened and answered my questions gave me a quote and didn’t hound me weekly. Recently I checked the competition in Statesville and surrounding area, waste of time. Instead of hearing why I should buy their product I heard negative things about other dealerships. One place tried to upsell and then they never gave me an estimate. So it’s a no brainer, need a tractor see Bo!!!

I found A&A through AAA when the oil pan on my Audi was damaged while driving north on I-77. It was a fortunate discovery. They fixed my car quickly and professionally. A week later, I noticed that there was a hairline fracture in the replacement oil pan. This was a manufacturer’s defect, not the result of poor service by A&A. They took care of it with zero hassle and a genuinely friendly attitude. In my experience, great service isn’t just about getting it right the first time—it’s about how problems are handled. A&A earned my loyalty by resolving the issue swiftly and with integrity. Highly recommend this reputable, service-first shop.

When I moved to Statesville, NC from Atlanta, GA, I was looking for a good mechanic for my 2006 Chrysler 300. My family and friends highly recommended A&A Sales and Service. Since I am a AAA Member, I have had my car serviced or repaired there several times, working with Aaron. He has always been warm, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest in regard to my car. He explains my car problems in a way that I will understand. I had my car towed to A&A because my steering wheel was very tight. I was honestly thinking the worst. Aaron and his team had it evaluated, fixed and test driven in about one hour! As a senior citizen, I have peace of mind taking my car to A&A. They treat me like family. If you are looking for honesty, good prices and customer service, I highly recommend them.

Bought a Massey and a handful of attachments from NC A&A. John was great to work with. It was super easy to get it done. Delivery was quick and smooth

Took JD mower in for bent deck. They straightened it out and replaced blades. Did such a good job at a fair price took car on for oil change.

When purchasing my Massey Ferguson 4710, Bo was great to work with. He was prompt in responding to calls and texts and the process was smooth and seamless when it came time to work through the paperwork and make the deal. A&A also did all of the upfitting and adjusting I requested without question. I would definitely recommend them on your next Massey purchase.

My car broke down while I was traveling to Statesville for my son’s soccer tournament. AAA towed it to A&A and from there that is where it all turned around. I had to rent a car to go back home since it was the weekend. I was completely at the mercy of A&A they had my car it was a four hour ride to go back to get it and we needed it to drive home. Rather than take advantage of the situation I feel like they treated us like family. I spoke with Aaron multiple times who was very patient with my many questions, they went above and beyond getting my car back on the road with charging not much at all. They drove it about 30 miles to try to ensure it would be ok on my drive home. I can’t say enough about this shop and everyone in it was so kind when we came to pick it up. I wish they were in my neighborhood I would use them and recommend them non stop. This is what small business should be like and customer service is beyond compare. Go here.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Massey Ferguson tractor from A&A in Statesville. Bo, the sales person, was fantastic from start to finish and very honest and straightforward. And I have had great service to date. Had a minor issue (which turned out to be pilot error ) and they walked me through it and even sent a service tech (Brian —who is also awesome) out to our place the same day. Highly recommend

I purchased a new mower from a&a sales and services. I wanted new different tires, no problem. I had my mower with the new tires, delivered in 3 days. I mowed about 5 acres and had a minor problem. The mower was picked up, fixed and delivered IN THE SAME DAY. A&A=Nice people and knowledgeable technicians. The product specialist BO Washam could not have been any more helpful. I look forward to dealing with him and A&A.

I can't say enough good things about this group! They were incredibly helpful when I locked my keys in my car. They arrived quickly and were so friendly and efficient. They got my 1992 Ford F-150 driving just like it rolled off the assembly line again. Rebuilt the front end suspension and replaced all the shocks. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of any automotive repairs at a great price!

A&A fit me in quickly and was very accommodating. I was worried that, at best, my tire would need patching, and at worst, I'd need a new tire. Turns out, my tire stem was bad. That's it. The honesty is refreshing. Could they have told me my tire was bad and that I needed a new one? Yes. Did they? No. I will be going back to them for any automobile needs in the future. Honesty and great customer service is hard to come by these days.

This service center really deserves 10 Stars. I was traveling from West Virginia home to Georgia and my car started to overheat and I took that exit and followed the GPS to this service center. The lady at the desk was so welcoming and friendly I felt relieved. I explained I had just changed the thermostat on my car back in December and she kindly called the company where I had the thermostat changed to see if it may be under warranty if they use the same supplier. I didn't ask her to do that she did not have to take time to make that call it really spoke volumes to me that they are caring people. Once the service was completed the maintenance tech test drove my car out to make sure it would be okay for me to get to Georgia. Such an awesome business with very kind people!! Hwy21, Statesville Nc I brought one of my vehicles in for a noise that could be heard inside the vehicle after starting it up. Was informed that it was definitely the oil pump going bad. Didn’t want to believe it but service writers were very adamant that the mechanic was very good at diagnosing problems and repairs. It took two weeks and a lot of money to fix the problem. After I make numerous calls for an update I am told I can pick it up. I had the same exact noise issue as before and was told I might need an engine for this 2015 well maintained vehicle. I got a little discount and a lot of apologies. Very disappointed in this shop. Took it to the dealership only to find out it needed a fuel part and repair and noise is completely gone. . Never needed the oil pump! 😡Neither of my vehicles will be back! Not even for an oil change!!! Would not recommend!
