My car slid in the ice storm and got stuck in a difficult angle against a telephone pole. I was afraid to have it towed and create additional damage out but had no choice. C&G got it out without a scratch! They were amazing!!!
Had a flat tire with no spare at 6pm during hour 8 of a 10 hour trip. The driver was amazingly careful not to damage my rim, knew a good shop still open, called the shop to make sure they had the tire I needed (and a fair price) and I was back on the road. Next level service for sure!

I was referred through an auto repair shop in Mooresville and could not have asked for a better experience! Michael was attentive, polite and very sympathetic to it being my daughter's broke down vehicle and myself not anywhere in the area. He was prompt in taking care of picking it up and getting it to the service shop. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I’ve had to use them twice now and each time the pricing has been super fair! Tiring with driver wasn’t awkward in the least! He was very friendly and personable. If I have to get my car towed again I will 10/10 use them again!
I was referred to C&G by the shop I use for auto repairs. Michael arrived within 30 minutes and loaded my truck with care. He confirmed the issue was the battery and not anything more. He started it with a jump box and offered to take it back off the flatbed to save me a little money. What a professional. You would be smart to choose C&G for your towing needs.
My wife and son had a blowout on I40 returning home for Summer Break from College. Michael and Dalton responded in less than 30 minutes to the scene to help them get clear of danger on the roadside. Michael went the extra mile to help me find a replacement tire in the area and assisted with aranging everything that we needed. I'm litterally 7 hours from them. Good to know there are still good people in the world willing to help a stranded motorist out. Thank You
Hopefully you won’t need to have your car towed but if you are in the Statesville NC area, trust Dalton and C&G Towing to take great care of you! Our vehicle had a fluke electrical issue six hours in to a twelve hour road trip. Our roadside assistance service was not having luck locating a tow truck and I called several locals that were unable to help. When we finally reached C&G Towing, although it was several miles outside of their typical area, they were happy to help. Dalton not only towed our vehicle to a garage, but dropped us off at a nearby hotel for the night. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this young man, he was heaven sent! Thanks Dalton!

If you need a tow & want a trustworthy competent & speedy service call Michael at C&G. He took time out of his day to help me when my alternator died Christmas Day!!! He dropped what he was doing to ensure he could get to my car before it rained while my windows were down.

Had a transmission go out in my 1986 c10 Saturday and Michael was excellent. He took extra precaution due to the vehicle being lowered and made sure the vehicle was taken care of on the way back to Statesville. I would recommend Michael at C&G for any towing services needed.

After having a guy from The Towing company tell me "a flat bed can't pick it up" fittling with it for several minutes then finally giving up CG came out and helped us. Bless him for being so nice and swift on a already rough day
They Picked up my truck took it 10 miles very reasonably priced Michael was very respectful and took good care of my vehicle and made sure it was done right
Don't let all of the 1 star reviews dissuade you, I can promise from personal experience that C & G Towing is helpful. I had to call them tonight after my car broke down about a mile from my house. Every other 24 hour towing service I called before them didn't even pick up the phone, but C & G had me back home within a half hour. If you're in a bind, I highly recommend them.
Pointless to even call this place! Called and acted like he was inconvenienced by my call. I called someone else and I am so glad I did. I will NEVER use this disrespectful place. Customer service sucks!!!
I was given a quote of $500 to tow my husband’s truck 40 miles. Ultimate Towing and Recovery quoted me $185. Shame on you for taking advantage of people who are in a tough situation. People like you shouldn’t be allowed to run a business. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
Charged $250 flat tow fee no matter the distance. There was also an extra 4% fee for paying with a card, but stated he doesn’t accept checks. Clearly taking advantage of those in desperate need and price gauging.
Just because I am a woman he charged me 250 to winch my car a straight shot up a hill out of my driveway when it snowed., about 150 feet. It wasn't even in a ditch. He totally took advantage because he knew I needed my car to get to work. Do not use this greedy man.
When my car broke down on the way home from a 12 hour night shift at work, I thought my Allstate roadside assistance would get me out of a bind, but as it turns out, they're garbage. After sitting for half a hour they tried to dispatch a tow truck from south of Mooresville to pick me up on I-40 in Statesville with the understanding it would be an additional half hour before they could even be on the way. I ended up rejecting that and looking for someone local, and I'm glad I did.
C&G was there in about 20 minutes, loaded up my car on the flatbed and had me to the dealership in a jiffy. The driver was punctual, polite, and and worked with me to find an ATM so I could withdraw cash to pay him.
Price for the transport was good and reasonable as well.
C&G is going in my phone book for any roadside problems I have in the future.
Extremely pleasant to deal with, called him and 15 minutes later showed up and had my truck loaded and had my truck at the shop in minutes. Shannon is a polite professional and is very reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone needing a tow!
The gentleman came right out and rescued me from my uhaul being stuck in the mud. Kind, courteous and great price! Compared to the other companies I called like Ultimate towing...they were going to charge me 3x more at base cost plus whatever they felt they need to add.🥴 I would recommend his service again and again!
