How do you get ahold of these people ? They towed my son’s car last night to the lot and we have been calling them all day to get the car but it goes straight to voicemail.

I had the oriellys auto up the road not only refer, but call and get me in same day at Affordable Towing & Repair for my alternator to be replaced. Affordable did a great job and Nikki and Leonard were so personable and professional. Fair price and big hearts! Recommend 10/10

Nicki was super helpful getting my car transported to Mathews so it could be repaired at my approved collision shop. She spent countless hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get aproval and finally made a decision to have her flatbed transport it. She went way above and beyond what was expected. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks Nickie!

Nikki was very helpful and concerned about my experience. Even though it was of no fault of her own she was patient and very kind in spite of my attitude about the situation. Her understanding and pleasant attitude was beyond my wildest expectation especially in the times we are living in. It’s almost like good customer services are missing in action as we spend more and more for less. Great customer service for all of your assistance today!!!! I called them this morning after my car has been broken down and needed towed home. They were really kind people, kept me up to date on what was going on and were fairly priced.

I had the best experience in an unfortunate situation. My daughter's car broke down in a crappy spot, no way to get it completely off the road. Affordable towing came out right away and they live up to their name, they were very afforable. Thanks Aaron for being so patient and kind I appreciate you!!!

266 dollars for a 5 minute tow and recovery. The tow to the persons house was probably 5-7 minutes. I was helping someone else out and the cop wouldn’t let me pull the guy out of the ditch instead called a tow truck, this company came, pulled the car out without putting it in neutral and didn’t care about any damages done. It isn’t my car but I watched the whole thing, nor would they cut me a deal which I mean I guess it is what it is but I am 16 trying to help someone with no choice. Wish they would at-least take some care in their towing job. If you want your drivetrain to last or be operable I wouldn’t use this company. They where definitely very on getting their money though.

The service they provide is outstanding. If you need a tow company that’ll treat you and your situation with compassion and empathy, they are definitely the tow company you want to use!! My daughter (who is in a wheelchair) was in a wreck on a highway. They were able to tow the car and take her with her passengers to a safe location off the highway. They are extremely professional, helpful and very informative. Had a flat tire on the way to work and it completely separated the sidewall from the tread. Aaron jumped in his truck and towed me to the shop, Brooke ran to get me 4 new tires, and together they had me back on the road in just over an hour. When you need help on a vehicle, don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I was told that this business is open Monday-Friday 9-5 by an employee when I came by after my vehicle was towed on Friday and after I got out from the hospital, they were closed since it was after 5. I came back again Monday after I got off at 2 so I could get here by 4 and they’re still closed. I have wasted so much gas driving back and forth to try and get my belongings. I don’t understand why they do not have someone in the office that can help and let me get my belongings out of my vehicle. Not to mention, they charged you for having your car here. Not very happy with this experience.

By far the best service out of repair shop I have ever had in my time of need the great people that affordable towing and automotive repair on turnersburg highway and Statesville has absolutely been phenomenal to me from the receptionist in the office to the service in the bays polite friendly outgoing efficient great pricing I had to have some work done on my car and they came through for me with all the parts and the reasonable great pricing I would definitely highly highly highly recommend them again to anyone

Had my cars brake pads, and a broke stud replaced, as well as an inspection,all on very short notice.The invoice I got was very fair for everything they did. Niki was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. Would highly recommend this business.

Went in for an oil change one day last year, came back ever since for every car problem I have. Been towed many times as well and never had an issue.

My Husband picks up delivers and transports vehicles all over this great country of ours, he has a crew that often drives them from area auctions as does he also, recently one of the vehicles purchased from.auction suffered a breakdown and didn't make it home, since we live two hours from the Statesville area it was the next evening before he could get back there to retrieve with a trailer. Upon arrival the vehicle had just recently been towed only 10 minutes prior, this company was contacted to tow it, it took over $1000 dollars to get the car back, we weren't treated with any respect at all and felt taken advantage of! The old saying 'they have a license to steal' fits perfectly for this company!

got my vehicle towed here after an accident. super clean shop and tow lot, receptionist was very polite and professional. worked with me and insurance to get it towed away for insurance investigation. i’m from out of town but they made the process very easy. felt safe with keeping my car there.

If negative stars was an option, I would give them all to this place. Not only was the person I talked to very rude and disrespectful to me but he also lied. They also don't check to make sure the owner of the vehicle is the only one removing items out of your car or that the owner is even there. If you want professionalism, this is not the place for you. Really hope no one else has to deal them. Definitely would not make them an option.

I hit some metal on I-77 on my way home from work tonight and blew out my front right tire. After a failed attempt at patching it due to it being on the sidewall of the tire, I started calling around Statesville for a tow service. After multiple calls with no answer to other 24hr tow services, Affordable Towing & Auto Repair answered, they were direct with pricing and time frame and in 15 minutes were pulling up just as promised. They took extra care to make sure my cars front end didn’t scrap the ground when being raised and lowered due to it being a lowered sitting car. The price was affordable and the service was excellent! Thanks again!

This Company was one of the most amazing I’ve been to. There are family owned and small business, and they are very polite and kind. Brandy is a very kind and sweet lady. She helped me so much and even help me with the price and the mechanics. They were very patient and kind to me. I would totally recommend their service to anyone.

We are so grateful to the team over at Affordable Towing & Auto. When our other towing service failed us, they were johnny on the spot after we called, they arrived to help us about 25 minutes later. Their actual tow truck was quite a distance away, so a gentleman took his personal vehicle with a floor jack to come assist us in safely changing our tire to a spare. He got it done in what felt like no time, and assured us he would be happy to replace our tire in the morning at their shop. We received a polite text 15 minutes after they opened the following morning letting us know our replacement tire was ready to be installed, so we drove the car with the spare over to their (very clean and inviting) shop where we met an extremely kind woman in the office. Everyone at Affordable Towing & Auto is lovely, and we are grateful for their help in assisting us, when AAA left us stranded for hours. Thank you to Leonard and team for quality and quick service!
