If they could stay open another hour id gave 5 stars 4pm must be for people who don’t have a day job!

There are to no employees to help direct you where to go & no signs to direct you where to go except the person in the office.

They back up the road up to 6 cars each way every day. Horrible place.

Best town recycling facility I've ever been to. In fact Statesville is the best run town I've ever lived in. Town government and all the departments are outstanding.

Well run any interaction I've had with their staff has been very pleasant and helpful. I go there about once a week and I highly recommend it

They have no management of the commercial and residential traffic at the entrance. If commercial vehicles are blocking the entrance, you are forced to wait, sometimes up to a half hour. And if you have to make a left turn into the place, people coming from the other side believe they have the right of way. It's like a video on YouTube called "Redneck Law"

Very helpful with what I was supposed to do with specific refuse. MUCH nicer than the Mooresville station.

Convenient for dumping trash & recycling materials.

Should be ashamed, I know I am. Can't take paint if you don't come on the right day. Only 5 Gallons of oil a month. I have a issue every time. As someone who cares about taking care of the environment they sure don't make it easy. Now I find myself sneaking paint cans in my trash can. Can't imagine what the people who don't care are doing. Dumping should be FREE to the public. Make saving the environment Easy.

They are always helpful in telling you where to take your waste.

First rate solid waste management.

Poor service got on scale and lady requests address of construction demo (never heard of before) showed her address of WO then she asked for messages proof of WO address (really retarded) told her have a nice day went to other location.

SOMEBODY needs to redesign/rebuild the entrance to the landfill.....all traffic bottlenecks going into the facility due to garbage trucks and people needing to be weighed with their garbage....people with small loads to dump have to wait until there is enough room to go around and to the dump dock....today traffic was backed up and out onto Twin Oaks Road and vehicles were starting to back up to get out of the facility..

They have the worst customer service out of any business in a 50 mile radius. The women in the office are horribly rude and hate their jobs. Nobody directs you and all of the employees just stare at you when you’re clearly confused. Overall horrible experience and i highly recommend yall take your business elsewhere.

Doesn’t stay open long enough in the evenings

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Facility is orderly and fairly easy to get through to use services.

Great place to save money and throw your own trash away besides pay someone else. Easy in and out with a friendly and helpful staff. It takes a couple of loads to understand their system. But it works.. finally tax dollars worth giving. Thank you.

Nice team, kept clean and well designed for trash drop offs. Paint drop is a little confusing. Also a Good Will drop on location.

If they treated their employees half way decent they would be able to keep help!!! So many people have said how poorly they treat their employees!! And they throw all they hard stuff on the younger employees ? instead of sharing the work.

This place is awesome. Clean, friendly staff, a place I can take my household garbage, and it's all free. Highly recommended.
