We were unfairly caught between two landlords of a VRBO we rented for our son’s wedding. Even though our cars were towed by this company, they were gracious in helping everyone got out of town on Sunday. They are very gracious and kind.

Our car broke down on the side of the highway near Lexington. Our insurance company dispatched 1 Stop. We left the car on the side and went home in another car.
They called us and they came by later to pick it up so we wouldn’t need to stay on the highway.
They offered to fix it for us, on top of picking it up!!!
They fixed the major problem, which was the belt that had completely broken.
Then offered to fix one of the other major problems our car had, the oxygen sensor which is hard to get to (and that would keep it from passing inspection).
Then also offered to change the oil (which was about to need changed).
Then, also offered to get the car inspected!!! (And they made it pass)
Lastly: We live in Winston, so he offered to have us meet him in the mall, since he already had a pickup he needed to do at Forsyth Hospital.
Recap: this is amazing!!!
1. Towed the car from the side of the road.
2. Made the car run again
3. Made another major repair that we needed done anyway.
4. Oil change
5. State inspection
6. Delivered the car so we didn’t have to drive to Lexington.
Price: Under $400.

Excellent roadside service and towing. Came prepared for what he needed to do. Put my dead truck on a jump box so it could easily be moved out of harms way before loading it onto the tow truck. I was broken down on an exit ramp in Winston Salem, waiting for a high speed rear end collision by speeding drivers that rocked my vehicle as they passed... From 12 MN to 1:20 am. He arrived and quickly assessed the situation and I was home in 40 minutes... 31 miles away. The only hold up was the Insurance company, State Farm. He handled that nonsense, as well, for the most part. I will call him first and not the Roadside Assistance (Insurance), next time.

I was stranded with two flat tires on the same side of my vehicle. After 2 other towing companies, Parkway Texaco and Gordon Company Transport both cancelled on me late last night, my husband came and picked me up. I didn’t want to leave my van overnight, but really didn’t have any choice. Loren called me first thing this morning, he found out exactly what was going on with the vehicle and the service I needed. He gave me the status that he had one call ahead of me and would be on his way right after. He came and picked my vehicle up and took us to the shop. Very polite and knowledgeable young man. I would definitely recommend him if you need a jump start, a vehicle unlocked or a tow!

Loren went above and beyond!
I had been waiting on another company on the side of I-85 after running over something in the road and getting a flat. He stopped on his way to another customer and attempted to add air to my tire only to learn the rim had been punctured. He took my cell number, went to help another person and then came back to help me. He towed my car, dropped me off in a safe location to call an Uber and then stored my car on his lot for more than a week. He kept in constant communication.
I would highly recommend his service!

A few days ago I'm headed back to Winston-Salem coming from Lexington going down 52N and my old 1 ton 16 passenger work van conks out and so being about 7ish at night (after hours) I called several so called 24hr towing companies who either didn't pick up the phone or they said they where not towing, yes they where done for the day...SMH! I called the Everhart family and they were actually eating dinner but still took the call but not only that they also came and towed my big old raggedy van to my house at a very reasonable price. I even got to ride in the rollback :) I was very pleased with the service they provided and I had a great conversation with them on the way home. I would definitely use them again. I was even able to pay electronically because obviously being stuck on the side of the road with limited cash with no ATM...lol I was grateful for that. This is the type of small business I'd recommend anyone to support because these folks who are not too big for the average everyday Jack or Jill. Also and lastly I want to add this and it's that there is a cost to operate any business and prices are relative to the situation and I was not expecting it to be $20 which wouldn't pay for the diesel to fire up one of these trucks and really folks we shouldn't argue dollars for a service that is available when you need them. What price can you put on that? However I know times is hard for everybody and we're all fishing for the cheapest price but at some point you have to pay for something so if you need a tow. Pay these people instead of the other guys. Thanks!
