After my daughter wrecked her car, the staff at Tracey’s Towing was very respectful and very helpful during the incident.

This towing company is one of the BEST to contact in need. I got deeply stuck in mud off trail from a delivery GPS malfunction and they were there to help me out. I appreciate everything they did for me because I didn’t know how I was gonna make it out being 8 months pregnant. If you need someone for your towing needs, CALL THEM! ITS WORTH IT!

I called to get a quote to two vehicles. I told him I would meet them there. They told me 125 each. Which is in line with the other company I actually got to do it. Then 30 minutes later they called back and said 225 each to go 20 miles. This company wasted my time and is horrible. Please use a more reputable company people!

On September 20th, AAA sent Tracy's towing to replace a dead battery in my husband's car. They charged his card twice for the battery. We called to get it resolved. It is now October 28th. We have called over 5 times in the past month to get the issue resolved. It's a different excuse or deflection with every call. How can it possibly take 40 days to return $203.28??????

I called AAA for service. They dispatched my towing to this company. They were scheduled to come at 11:30. It is now 1:30 and no correspondence from the towing company. I called AAA they informed me that the company was having issues with their truck and it would be at least 2 more hours. AAA said the company was Tracy’s Towing. Tracy’s should have reached out to me when they realized they were not going to be able to complete the task as promised. Bottom line do not use Tracy’s for any services. They have no regard or consideration for other peoples time. I am thankful that I was not stranded on the side of the road. Thank you ABC towing for coming to my rescue.

We got locked out of our vehicle with the only set of keys with us, inside the vehicle. After calling several different towing companies, we called AAA and they recommended Tracy's Towing. Marie was the service technician who came out to help us. She was very nice and was able to get us back in our vehicle after only a couple of attempts. We were so grateful. I had my truck’s wheel ball joint snap while driving on Winston Rd, I called Tracy’s had the phone picked up right away. Tae was the tow truck driver, explained everything he was doing, and kept calm at all time. It was raining, and still came with a good attitude and was ready to help get our truck back home. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Tracy and I’m grateful for Tae’s work and help today.

AAA sent Tracy's Towing, to take my car to be fixed. Tae did a great job he was very nice. The service was fast with no problems at all. It is so nice to see a friendly smile from someone working so hard. I would strongly recommend this company.

Tracy's Towing did a wonderful job! They came to my house to tow my vehicle to a garage. The driver did a wonderful job. We had a 90 degree turn into our back driveway. He had to no problems clearing our gate, loading our vehicle, and even waited to make sure we were taken care of at the auto shop. He was fantastic! Strongly recommend this company to anyone!

Tracy's promptly showed up at the accident scene and patiently waited for us to clean out our vehicle (we were traveling out of state). Tyler did a great job explaining the towing process, and their hours of operation. After I returned from my weekend trip, I reached out to him to obtain pictures my insurance company was requesting, and he once again was prompt and polite in providing the information/pictures I needed. I highly recommend Tyler at Tracy's if you want a dependable, responsive staff member to handle your towing needs. As I await the inspection and other details, I will update the rating.

The tow driver that serviced me was polite. My vehicle was initially supposed to be towed to a different location but I asked the driver if it would be more convenient for him to tow it to his shop since I saw it was an auto body shop as well and it was so early in the morning, he agreed so I allowed it to be towed to Tracy’s. My experience with them was not pleasant. I went up there Monday morning and asked for a quote to have it fixed, called every day for this same quote and all I got was someone is looking at but we will call you or we will email you. By Thursday still no quote or phone call back. I called and say I’ll be picking my vehicle up, the young lady was rude as I told her I’ve been trying to get something from them on my car since Monday. Then they decided to close early so by the time I called them I only had about 30 mins to get my vehicle. That Friday was a holiday which I was told they would be open but when I called back I was told they would not be open so my vehicle had to sit over the weekend, incurring more storage charges. No explanation as to why a quote wasn’t done, poor customer service. An almost $300 bill to retrieve my vehicle and they did no work on it.

AAA sent Tracy's Towing to unlock my car. They were onsite super fast, the gentleman who unlocked my car was very friendly, and after-the-fact, the administrative and management staff helped me so courteously. I highly recommend this company. They most certainly care about the happiness of their customers!

I had a tire blow out on the highway. In under 25mins after calling Tracy's towing, my car and I were picked up and taken care of. The guy that picked us up was a blonde haired, red bearded, person who was the kindest guy. He was more than competent at his job and he was very fast! The tow pricing was great as well! I am thoroughly impressed with this company and their service etiquette. Please give that guy a raise! He is wprth every single penny!

My customer service guy was phenomenal. He has incredibly fast and efficient. He accommodated for not only my car but also respected my personal mobility issues. I think from the time he pulled in until my tries was changed was less that 5 minutes. He was a excellent example of true customer service of the highest quality

Outstanding service and very professional. Tracy’s towing was dispatched by AAA to come pull a car out of the drainage culvert at the end of my driveway. They showed up within 20 minutes of my calling AAA for roadside assistance. The tow operator did a fantastic job of winching the car out of the culvert and back onto the driveway without any damage to the car aside from a flat tire (Which I was anticipating). I would recommend them of you need towing. Pictures, before and after.

After having an experience today with AN AWFUL TOWING company, I am so grateful for Tracy Towing. We have always used them for our towing. Their prices have been fair, they have always been kind and have been very respectful to us everytime. Dealing with another company today who is charging $200 for a tow within 20 miles and very rude... makes me appreciate this company so much more.

They must have a lot of relatives leaving them good reviews. My first experience with them was a 505.00 bill for a 15 mile tow and two day’s storage. I have filed complaint with the AG for price gouging during a pandemic.

Needed a tow from AAA because my transmission wouldn’t go in gear. I tried getting a tow two weeks before and A Plus Towing was going to take 6 hours to come 15 minutes away to get my truck. Cancelled that call. Placed another for tow. Tracy’s Towing took exactly 40 minutes to get to my house from Denton. Quick, professional, hard working, and dependable. One of the nicest tow drivers I’ve met. Definitely would use them again if I need to. Thank you for the quick service and the professionalism.

Called early in the morning when most businesses aren't even open. The tow truck was there in less than 30 minutes. The charge for towing my car was very very reasonable. The driver was very friendly and very professional. I have saved their number in my phone. Tracy's Towing will always be my first choice and only choice.

Service Technician Brent, went far and beyond in helping not only get my car home but assisted in making sure that the proper repairs were made to my vehicle.. Brent provided excellent information to me on things I could do to improve my situation in reference to my situation. Response time was awesome and the work performed was 1st class!! Very difficult 35 mile move of my broken down D.O.A. ancient backhoe (13000 lbs -- roughly the weight of 4 small cars). Tracy agreed on the spot to recover it for me and within 4 hours it was back in my workshop! They have loads of highly specialized equipment, and every person I met there was very thoroughly professional. I am delighted, and couldn't be prouder to highly recommend these guys to anyone... particularly difficult equipment moves.
