Robert was very kind and knowledgeable. He took good care of me from his friendly greeting when I walked to installing my new battery. He was professional and efficient. I'm so glad I stopped here for a new battery.
I'm the first that I do not know anything about a car besides how it looks and how it drives. This is the store I go to when I need something.
Today, the girl checked my battery, size of battery, and kind. She found one exactly like my dead one and replaced it for me in just a few minutes! I wish I had asked for her name.
Went in tonight and was helped by Dakota! It was a breath of fresh air to experience that level of customer service from a younger individual. Can’t thank her enough for caring about her job and trying.
This is a big name store with a small town friendly feel. Britney and Randy went out of their way to make sure our experience was perfect. They didn’t give up on installing my battery Even thought they ran into some issues. They really went above and beyond.
This store has very friendly customer service. They are very polite and very helpful in assisting you with whatever needs you have. If they don't have the part there, then they will refer you to the place that does, or if available, they will have it shipped to the store of your choice. I love the fact that they offer exact fit products with limited lifetime warranties. The location in Welcome NC is my preferred store of choice.
Tried to return a part in the original box because it was defective and was told no because I didn't have a receipt or proof that I bought it from them. It's a Dorman product. Who else around there in welcome sell Dorman products? No one I know. So now I'm stuck with a $70 broke part.
Moral of the story is keep proof that you bought it. 2 months or 10 years I guess keep your receipts or you can't return it. 🤷

Never been to this store before. Needed my battery checked out. Super nice staff, very helpful with detailing options. Did not need a new battery today, but will be shopping here from now on thanks to their professional customer service.
let me start out by saying that I use another auto parts chain on a regular basis, please let me explain, the company that I worked for before I retired, this chain was one of our biggest customer's, so I look at it like they helped keep me a job through the years so I return the favor, as far as advance auto I can't say anything bad about these people, they always seem to have what you need on hand, it really is a personal choice
