In response to the owner's comment- I never once accused you. Parts can be bad. I can go buy a BRAND NEW part from a chain right this minute and there's a chance for failure before it comes out of the box. It was a mistake that I've never once denied that anyone ordered the wrong thing, it simply HAPPENED. I'm sure you've made one or two of those mistakes in your life too. As far as where it goes back, you had one in Wilkesboro (my original) and one in Lexington (the second). One has gone back to Lexington and the other would have gone to Wilkesboro. I fail to understand how you would have to be "driving 140 miles" when you still have it exactly as it was. The exact same part is in the exact same place it was... Especially when you are the same company and YOU were the one who told us to take the first one to Lexington. ---- We will never use this yard again. Not if it’s the last one in the country. The guy we dealt with started off decent enough. No issues at first. The second there was a problem, his attitude flipped. Each call got worse until the last conversation with my dad, where he was flat-out disrespectful. We picked up a transfer case last week from the Wilkesboro location. Shop installs it, and it won’t engage at all. Nothing. So we call about getting a replacement, and instead of helping, he acts like that’s impossible because it was “reman.” That doesn’t change the fact that it didn’t work. They had another one at they're Lexington yard, so we drove the original there and picked up the replacement. They offered to bring it to Wilkesboro, but we needed to do a job down that way anyway. Get it back, get ready to install it myself this morning… wrong size. At that point we realized the original order was for the wrong transfer case. That part is on us. No argument there. We called to return it. They said fine, but with a 20% restocking fee. Not thrilled about it, but whatever—own the mistake and move on. Then it turned into a circus. The guy who we've talked to from the first time, tells us we have to pay the restock fee AND drive back to Lexington to pick up the other unit, then bring BOTH units to Wilkesboro just to get refunded. When we asked why, he just kept repeating “because it’s your fault,” and they both need to be up here, started cussing at my dad, and got more aggressive by the second. We never asked for special treatment. We owned the mistake. All we expected was basic professionalism. There are too many other yards out there to deal with that kind of attitude and zero customer service on their end. We won’t be back.

Check to see if they had parts I needed they did. Assured me they would call me back and have the part pulled in a few hours. Never heard back from them called and checked several times once again assured my part would be ready had to call several different times to be told they pulled the wrong parts and would let me know once they got the right ones pulled called several times over 3-day. Still don't have my parts

I called before driving 50 minutes asking if they had some wheels then I get there thinking they have it then told me they lost the wheels like cmon now
