I have been working with S&A on a weekly basis for many years. They are always fair and prompt with customer issues. Overall, a great family run business. I definitely recommend giving them a shot.
I used to thought this was the best scrap yard around but I drove over 20 miles to take some scrap there and when I got there I was told they couldn't take any kind of fencing wire which it would've save me the time and gas if they had it posted!! I will no longer be going back

I've been dealing with S&A for years from me running my Detail business cleaning their work trucks an personal vehicles an even working for them running a recycling service that WAS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE TO YOU an some people still complain LIKE I SAID IT WAS A FREE SERVICE but this is what our world has gotten to be DONT LET what u see turn you away go try them for urself AWESOME FAMILY RAN BUSINESS......⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I wasn't paying attention to the stars. just stating my opinion on my experience there, like I said everything was great besides the guy not separating what I already had separated..its not very professional approaching a customer as you did .thats why there is a section for reviews..so I can give my opinion on my experience not to be questioned why I gave my review. I don't mind giving ya your star rating a 4 as to being fast and good pricing my concern was my metal not being sold as I had it separated
I'm giving 1 star because the lady at the front asked my fiance IN PERSON why did he give them 1 star, the last time he went to take a haul off. he simply stated what his issue was and actually said in his review that she was nice! then comes here and asks the SAME question again after looking him up. I myself left the 1 star after he told me the experience he had the 1st time and then the 2nd time about her asking him about his review and 'why did he come back?' this woman is all but harassing him over a 1 star review when he was just being honest and still came back even AFTER the messed up?♀️?
Had my metal separated and the guy unloading my steal insisted on throwing my electric motors full of copper in the metal pile and I told him they were electric and compresser motors he said they pay more as steal witch isn't true ..other than the rude guy everything else was pretty good fast and the lady atthe window was very respectful..great place id recommend it but if ya separating your steal make sure you unload it my opinion
