My husband and I picked up a bumper for my SUV. No issues with customer service or the bumper. I didn't bother to shop around because I was ok with the price. My husband was already familiar with this business.
had the part I needed, decently priced, and was local. I cannot give this business four or five stars due to the fact that while waiting on my part to be brought out from the back I noticed the American flag unrolled and touching the ground, I brought this to the attention of the employee "mark" I even offered to either roll it correctly, or fold it. After that Mark proceeded to talk to me in a very rude manner about the flag not being his and this was a "free country" and the person could do with that flag would they please. Not knowing that I am a soldier, I'm also taking the time to learn the flag code, sadly if I didn't need the part in a short time I would have taken my business elsewhere. Especially with a place so close to a military installation you would think the employees would be a little more aware of the people they are talking to. I think it'd be individual were to apologize I would consider going back, otherwise I will recommend to all of my friends and soldiers but they stick away from this business. I would also be recommending that it's put on the Fort Bragg Blacklist if they continue to employ people who the minute someone pays for something starts treating them like a second-class citizen.
I was on 95 this morning heading to Fayetteville at 7:50am. I was passing a tractor trailer going 68 in a 65 mph zone when this truck came right up on my tailgate. Must have only been 1 foot behind me. He rode my bumper until I passed the truck and was able to get out of this person's way. Then he sped off. I tried to catch him to get his truck number but once I hit 80 mph decided it wasn't worth it. It was a Kerry's Bumper Service truck. Then it crossed my mind. Is that how they get business. By rear ending other vehicles. This person shouldn't be allowed on the road. I'll never use Jerrys Bumper Service cause I'm afraid to have this driver anywhere in my neighborhood or around my kids. Disgusting. You need to put speed monitoring equipment in your vehicles.
I had the unfortunate experience of being behind a "Jerry's Bumpers" company truck in Chapel hill today (7/10/18 @ about noon). He sat through a green light at a downtown intersection with several people behind him because he was obviously texting. Despite a few people honking, he didn't look up until the light turned red. He then proceeded to drive down MLK BLVD obviously texting, swerving in and out of his lane. Next stoplight same thing. I wanted to throttle him, not give him my business. Nor will I ever.
It seems like common sense to NOT drive in a way that pisses everyone off, in a truck with your companies name plastered all over it.
