Leroy’s Towing (especially drive Mr. Tony) based in Fayetteville is outstanding. I reserved naturally expecting to pay out-of-pocket, but he coordinated directly with the dealership and got the tow covered under my vehicle’s warranty—above and beyond service. (Of course Tesla cannot be taken out of the equation; they provided incredible service as well for covering the tow)
Leroy’s Wrecker Service handles contracts with several EV companies and are the only certified EV tow provider in Fayetteville. Response time was incredibly fast—he showed up almost immediately.

These guys are pro! Tony and Austin showed up faster than you can order a pizza. They towed a large 10 ton Hino 368 over 2 hours away to our shop like it was a walk in the park. Our truck had been badly damaged in a rollover but they took the time to ensure it was secured and safe for the trip and they got it there with no drama and no problems not to mention they beat their competitors price by 300 bucks. 10 out of 10 I recommend these guys to anyone.

Driver showed up to the scene of an accident involving my 17 year old. Vehicle was 1.8 miles from my home. We asked him to tow the vehicle to our house and he said he couldn’t because of insurance purposes. However, my insurance company said that’s not true. So I’m positive he took advantage of me in a vulnerable state. Currently, I’m trying to retrieve my vehicle to avoid any more daily storage fees and the owner can’t seem to make himself available for that to happen. Seemingly just to continue to take advantage of me and as much of my money as possible. Shame on you. Terrible behavior. I will tell every person I know to avoid your service at all costs. ***Follow-up*** They had possession of my vehicle for less than 48 hours, towed it five miles and our bill was over $708.

Great service, I made a silly mistake and backed a 36,000lbs truck and trailer down a slope on my yard. It got stuck. They were there within an hour and I was back to business.
Above and beyond. Came through big on a real hard day. Professional, prompt, kind and stand up.

Tony was extremely polite and professional. Was able to get the tesla loaded and strapped down within minutes. He is very knowledgeable about tesla battery how loaded and unloaded with out damages.I Highly recommend.
We ran out of gas on 95 Leroy’s responded quickly and got us back on the road. Their customer service was awesome and the person who assisted us was polite and respectful. Affordable and highly recommend!!
