This is a huge antique and collectable store. So much to see you need at least 2-3 hours to enjoy looking. I keep going back to see what I missed. The prices seem pretty in line with other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful.

my sister and I love antiques and we hadn’t been here so we were very excited. It was pretty inside thought everything was way too marked up… terribly so. Some booths were really good though so I’m giving it one extra stars. If it weren’t for the good booths I’d be giving it one star simply because the people there are rude… never in my life would I have expected it from people working in there lol. If you’re gonna offer shopping carts, put signs up in areas you don’t want people pushing them through (besides the obvious places), instead of making people feel wrong for pushing one around. Workers at register need some classes in customer service, I felt like I was trying to make them feel welcomed in their own store.

We ate at Thai Esane. I got the Thai style lomein with chicken with mild. My husband got the brisket fried rice with hot. It was too hot for me but he loved it

What a really cool place! Beautifully restored & repurposed old textile mill from the 1800’s, has been found new life as a multi use space for restaurants, business offices, event venues, brewery, etc. We had dinner at Taco City , where the food is fresh, cooked to order & the most authentic & delicious we’ve ever had . The bar next door was a welcome stop as well where they have great handcrafted cocktails served by very hospitable staff. Thank you Concord, NC, Gibson Mill & Harvest Hosts, for a great stay while traveling in our RV. 5+ stars!

The Gibson Mill arts & crafts is awesome with many rooms of decor; however, they are marked extremely expensive as this company also takes a percentage of your sales If you rent a booth. Note: you would not believe what the company is doing to the Gibson Mill Market. The owner of the overall company is allowing their family members to “clean” the space and charging the Food businesses a $1300 fee a month for cleaning per business. Note: The owner, is charging the businesses 15% of all sales. Note: Visited this location, Sunday, November 2, 2025 and it was like a ghost town. There was only one table that had a family of four sitting at it, and one gentleman getting a coffee at the coffee bar! As I spoke to an owner, so curious as many businesses in had closed down, I understand for a total that I added up it would cost $8000 a month of a business owner to pay to have your restaurant or business, ice cream bar, coffee, shop, etc. in this building and you are under contract and cannot get out of contract for three years or there are highly consequences in the contract of what they can levy on as far as your property. Walked inside of Gibson Mill eating at the deli bar and it was not even good! $36.00 later for 2 people. The sourdough chicken salad sandwich was all bread hardly no chicken salad. The bread was not soft and it just was not good at all!!! I’m not coming back to this place. To business owners and to get the word out there, this makes me NOT want to shop here any longer! To think this is how they are treating their business owners that are trying to make a business for themselves and for Gibson Mills!

What a great place to look for vintage glassware! And of course antique furniture! We also loved that it had a great food court! We will definitely be coming back.

This place blew my mind. From the outside you have no idea what you're getting into. But once you step inside is beautiful. Industrial style design meets artsy funk. The restaurants, breweries and coffee are just the beginning. Go antiquing, play games and more!!

What a great place! Took over 3 hours to look at all the vendor booths. Some vendors had the same exact things, but most were the same vibe but different things. Very few sports + kid things in the booths. Mostly knick nacks and furniture. Lots of fabric too!

Despite Good Food, We Won’t Be Back A dozen adult family members from across the Charlotte and Concord areas gathered at The Mill to celebrate two family birthdays. We all ordered food and drinks from the vendors, and the experience started off well. In place of birthday cake, the two birthday girls had requested homemade lemon bars. We placed them on the table alongside the food and beverages we purchased from the vendors. While we were still enjoying our meal, a representative from The Mill approached our table and informed us that “outside food” was not allowed and we had to either remove the dish or leave. We understand and respect general policies regarding outside food, but this situation called for some discretion and basic courtesy. The lemon bars were clearly not a competing item—they were a personal, celebratory gesture. The birthday girls were disappointed, and the family member who made the lemon bars was embarrassed and hurt. Passing out Lemon Bars in 100° heat in the parking lot is just not the same. This action came across as inflexible, uninformed, and inconsiderate. It reflected very poorly on the management. Although our food and service was great, none of us plan to return. And.... When I sent this same story to them, here is their email I received:

Really neat store with a very helpful staff!! I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes finding treasures

The store is quite large, with a variety of vendors offering everything from vintage items to resale goods. However, there weren’t many standout deals. If you’re searching for something specific and don’t mind paying above typical retail prices, you might find what you're looking for. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. Several employees walked by without acknowledging customers, giving the impression that service isn’t a priority. What stood out most was the push to close the store. Despite the ample size, closing announcements began 45 minutes prior to closing and repeated every 15 minutes. Shoppers were encouraged to bring items to the front well before closing time, even though it only takes a few minutes to walk from anywhere in the building. This approach felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially given that the store wasn’t particularly busy. If the posted hours indicate a closing time, customers should be able to browse until then without feeling rushed. The emphasis seemed to be more on employees ending their shifts than on providing a quality shopping experience. Proper retail training would go a long way in improving the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction.

The place is clean and so was the restroom but needs more variety and the pizza place had a very low grade but Taco Street was very good and had a good sanitation grade.

We enjoyed this place. They have a food hall with many vendors. It is a nice building with lots of history. The breweries were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lots to see. Chances are good, you will find something you want, need, or like. It's fun to walk around.. Update: We took a walk back through today. So many new items were added throughout the booths. Spring has Sprung! ? I was really happy to see so many patriotic items everywhere also. ??

I love this place. It is huge and didn't have a chance to see everything they have. Got peach cedar wood for a bargain. They have rooms for every type of item you may be looking for, wood, yarn, fabric and more. That's live edge wood in the picture.

I love this place. Just walking around takes a long time. Tons of options! Food court in adjacent building.

Love antique stores and this one was one of the best I have been to. They have so many little shops inside with almost any vintage item you could be looking for. And the best thing about it is it’s not junk like most stores. The have a cute deli located inside and a man cave with a couch and tv for all the men who just wanna sit back while their spouse shops. This is definitely a day trip kind of place. They have food trucks and breweries, an escape room and axe throwing and plenty of shopping.

Very nice place! The food was delicious. The staff was amazing. The Cabarrus County Sheriff's office held a bike run called "Too Broke for Boone Run." They did an amazing job! Thank you!

A great place to find all sorts of unique stuff, vintage as well as antique. We only covered half of the store before closing time and we spent all afternoon! We found lots of treasures to take home. Can’t wait to go back!?

Great place to hangout in Concord. It has several food options with a range of different cuisines. It also has tap room, wine room, coffee bar. Games like Axe Throwing, board games. Ample parking space. Recommended to hangout with friends/family!

Wow! Make sure you have lots of time to spend this place is huge! We spent hours walking through. Cute little deli in the middle for a break. Highly suggest if you like antique shops.

This place is so large, so many vendors and truly feel like there is something for everyone. We were there for about 2 hours and still had a lot we didn't have time to get through. Most of the vendors are well stocked with so much to look at. We spotted a bar cart pretty early on that we wanted. I went to the cash register and asked if they could hold it for us while we continued shopping and without hesitation a nice young man went and removed the items displayed on the cart and brought it to the front to hold. Great customer service! We will definitely be back ? The highlight though, was The Depot Deli. After walking for several hours we were ready to eat and rest our feet. Our group ordered three sandwiches, two of the Depot BLT's and one Caprese Chicken. It was about a 15 min wait for our food but well worth it! It?was?SO? GOOD! We were pleasantly surprised. I saw that both the ladies cooking the food were wearing gloves and really seemed to care about the quality of the food. Well worth the price!

This is a very family friendly place. Limited seating. Not clear if seatings are designated for specific restaurants/shops. Good options for coffee and fast food. Not very vegetarian friendly for food options. Defined coffee is nice but on the expensive side for what you get. They have a huge antique shop if thats your jam. Its very busy on Saturdays so parking may be difficult to find. They also have luck factory where you can play board games for 8 bucks.

My wife rented a venue at Gibson Mill (City Club) for her company’s annual Christmas party. Super friendly folk, very accommodating and affordable.

Huge antique mall. Literally hundreds of stores within a store antiques that you have never seen before, hundreds of repurposed items, glassware, furniture, newer handmade and older everything, cameras, radios, games, decorator items everywhere. Fabrics galore. I do actually challenge you to walk this incredible mish-mash of vendors and walk out empty handed. Extremely doubtful you will leave with something.

Open 7 days. Huge. Variety of vendors with real antiques from various countries and periods. Also some new or vintage vendors. And discount fabric and leather vendors. Furniture. Lighting. Gifts. Textiles and clothing. Just about what you want in an antique mall x 10. Could do with some higher end vendors as the price point of the antiques is limited. There's even a Cafe serving fresh made sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups... and delicious Flan! You read that right. It's very busy on weekends. And the vendors do a good job of staging and keeping up the design of their selections. There are several building all connected and air conditioned. Clean restrooms. And pleasant staff and porters to help carry and load your larger items. Highly recommended.

We visited on December 12, 2021 and found so many great antique pieces to add to our collections. This antique mall is the best one in the area. We were the last ones out and had used 6 holding cubbies for all we found. They also have a snack bar. The staff were so nice and did not mind opening locked cases. They wrapped all our finds with extreme care. We will be back soon.

Spent about 5 hours at this place! Its huge! Had so much fun! Found me some treasures. There is something for everyone here! They have a nice little place to grab a bite to eat. I had a hot dog...all the way with chips..although they have a huge menu for such a small place...its like an indoor food truck..it was a quality hotdog .
