First time in for a simple oil change talked about some upgrades in the near future Stetson was very knowledgeable and professional will definitely be using them again.

We brought our Ford F350 to them after it sat at a dealership for 3 weeks. They never touched it. We needed the truck asap to use for a vacation to pull our fifth wheel trailer. Jude said bring it right down. We said which day we needed it back and it was done. Great friendly group of people. We're glad we found them.

Make sure you ask the right questions and if you want an Idea of how long it will take make sure to ask a tech to give you a reasonable ETA they do good work so they are usually booked if you want it done right it won’t be quick and it won’t be cheap

I brought my truck to them from the dealer and they took care of my truck, in a reasonable time even though I kept calling and bugging them. The customer service is very great I would definitely be coming back to them.

I had General Truck Repair do a large repair job on one of my diesel trucks. They were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They did exactly what they told me they would do for the price they quoted. They answered all my questions & my truck runs great now. I could not be happier & I would highly recommend them !!!

My truck was having a leak and I couldn’t figure what it was and I told will what I thought it was and he confirmed and for me and made me feel I am somewhat knowledgeable of my truck, I only had asked him to repair that and a boot that kept slipping off my hot side on my charge tube and he ended up going about and beyond more than I expected. He fully diagnose my truck and took care of my truck as if it was his, made my truck run smoother. I will definitely be back to do more business with him as it is hard to find a good diesel tech that knows there stuff and putting customers first and being honest.

Took my 08 F350 to William to look over and upgrade. Truck runs great. I will be taking it back for regular maintenance. These guys are busy for a reason, so make an appointment. I would recommend General Truck Repair for your repair needs.

Great customer service, and no corners cut. Replaced my spider gears, axle seal and rotor and brakes on the leaking side. Was out of town and found this place based off of the reviews. Got to deal first hand with the owner and couldn’t have asked for more, would use them again for anything on my truck.

GTR diesel performance came highly recommended from a good friend and fellow diesel owner. Brought my 2016 6.7 Powerstroke in and couldn't be happier. I live 45 minutes away but it was worth the drive. Will and his team are great to work with and very professional. I'll certainly be back the next time I need something done. Great experience!

My trucks injection pump failed and sent metal throughout the entire fuel system when it went out. I am new to the area and I didn't know any shops around here. Will was great. Definitely recommend. I was traveling for work and my truck broken down. He got me taken care of right away and had my truck ready the next day. He also found an issue with my brakes that were very hazardous and I had no clue about. Showed my pictures of the damaged parts and they were destroyed. Thanks again for the help. Brought my truck in for a misfiring issue, Will and his technicians diagnosed this issue down to a tee and provided the most cost effective solution to the repair. My bill is was fair priced and they got her back running like new. 10/10 recommend

I had a blown head gasket in my Duramax. Yes expensive, but Will and his crew got it done. They also advised me on any future problems to cover my truck over that 200,000 miles. Great quality assurance and attention to detail.

I needed my son's 2004 Toyota Tacoma given a "once over" before he gets his license. We knew something was wrong with the steering but didn't want to take it to a dealership or any old repair shop. Needed a alternator replaced on my 2009 Camry. After calling the Toyota garage and being quoted $650 to replace it I called General Truck Repair. Will stated it would be around $350 for parts and labor. The car was ready on time and the work was right on!!! The shop is sooo clean and everyone was very nice. Also I had him check out a problem with my fog lights not working and he repaired those for a small charge. I will be returning here for sure. Great work and upfront pricing!!

Awesome experience! Highly recommend!!! The owner and his crew are always professional and take extra time to explain all options of service. I just had a few things updated on my Powerstroke and with Will's (owner) suggestion we added a Bully Dog GT tunner. Wow, my fuel economy and throttle response increase makes me feel like I am in a new truck! Very please that my 6.0 dually with 302k miles runs better now than when I first purchased it.

Wil did a great job with the engine replacement in my box truck. He is also a Schaeffers dealer. Easy to work with and is cost effective. Will continue to use for my diesel maintenance.
