He has worked on me and my mother cars he is wonderful fast excellent and gets the job done with no problems… IF HE BROKE SOME HE WILL REPLACE IT WITH NO PROBLEMS… I never had an issue with him he is fast and reliable…. I love his work and service… to get respect you have to give it…. Wonderful work!!!!!!!!
The first time I used this guy he was great. The second time I tried to use him he told me he needs the money upfront to get bailed out of jail. Because I thought I could trust him opps my bad. I paid in full and he never showed up to fix my car and stop responding to my text. Hopefully I'll get my money back through cash app and my step dad is currently fixing my car.
Eugene was absolutely amazing!!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and worked very hard to get us back on the road. We were so impressed with Eugene that we would pay double over someone else’s quote to get Eugene again. His expertise was outstanding. To Eugene‘s father, you did an amazing job raising your son and teaching him about automotive repair. You should be so proud of him. Thank you again, Eugene for everything!!! We will not hesitate to use him in the future.
Watts Auto care & more is very unprofessional.I called to have my breaks and Rotors replaced last weekend. Saturday 8/16 showed up early that morning as we discussed. The front breaks and rotors were replaced quickly. I was charged $70 & gave a $20 tip. He seemed to communicate well up until I called Wednesday 8/2O with a concern that my breaks were once again squeaking with a noise which i've never heard before he serviced my vehicle. He told me to give him an hour I waited around for 2 hours and he never showed. The next morning 8/21 around 6:30 am my husband suggested I call him before he started to move around because he seemed to be busy when he came by to service my vehicle. I took my husbands advice. I sent a text stating that I would be driving 8 hrs ot with my children in the vehicle friday morning asking him to please make it today because I didn't want to take any chances with my toddlers in the vehicle. He didn't respond right away however when he did he stated he was leaving Winston Salem headed my way. Needless to say I was ghosted once again and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to do a job that I already paid for. You would think that as a family man who speaks on having multiple children he would understand my concerns. So I'm going to say No I do not recommend not trustworthy and unreliable.
Called a few times to schedule a diagnostic, communication seemed good over the phone. Not sure what happened but he did not show up I waited for 35 minutes until i decided to leave. He has not responded or gave an answer as to why he did not show up. With him being a mobile mechanic with barely any reviews it was already risky, this solidified my worries.
G was a big help, helped me with a major tire problem and even found the root problem and got it done the same day. 10/10 service and customer service!
From start to finish, the service was top-tier. They were professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had an issue with my transmission , and he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road in no time.

Amazing he did a brake line on my 2003 Cadillac DTS..My car broke down on da side of da highway and I kalled hym and he told me he wld be der n 15mins..once he got der he diagnosed da problem tld me wat I needed to do..he took me to da place to get da part n we came bac n he fixed my car..he is an amazing mechanic n I wld recommend hym to any n everybody I run into wit a car problem..thank u so much Mr. Watts u r truly a blessin

Came out late at night on a Thursday and changed out my starter in the gym parking lot, getting me back on my way within 2 hours of placing the call. Friendly, knowledgeable, and kind throughout! He’s the best kind of person to know - honest and extremely talented at what he does!
Eugene came on a Sunday afternoon to confirm and replace a dead battery. I was visiting the area from out of town so a little stressful. Let me just say he was AWESOME! Great at communicating. Fixed it extremely fast and was very knowledgeable about what likely happened. Super highly recommend him for mobile auto service!!
I had brakes and rotors put on. Unfortunately my back brakes on my car was put on incorrectly which caused my car wheel to lock up when I was getting off the high way. This cause damage to my car which resulted in my rim crack and both of my back brakes being damaged. My car couldn’t be driven and I had to call triple AAA. What started off as $200 from watts turned $823.00 after getting another mechanic to fix what was messed up on the car. I was told I will get a refund on the services week ago and at this point I feel ghosted. So I do not recommend this mechanic for brakes and rotors.
Affordable service, available at hours most auto mechanics aren’t, and good customer service. Overall satisfied, would recommend him and reach out to him for more auto work
