Steve & George were fantastic at keeping me updated with the status of my car and kept very reasonable pricing with a smooth process !

This was my third time visiting this location over the course of just under 3 years. All three times the customer service was great. The first time was to pick up a battery for an older vehicle. The staff helped me understand which type of battery was the best for my application. The second time was purchasing batteries for my diesel truck. Once again they helped me in decideding which battery would suit my needs the best. Finally this third time I was there to possibly warranty the first battery I purchased. The staff explained to me the process that they do to test a battery. They kept my battery overnight to make sure it has a full charge to test it since it was extremely dead. The battery tested good. So far it is holding the charge and working flawlessly. They did a great job explaining to me how agm batteries can be difficult to charge if they are extremely dead.

As some of the other reviews state, the staff is courteous. However, it seems that the business practice is to find a reason not to honor the warranty on the purchased battery. To recap, a battery was purchased by a family member and died, leaving the vehicle stranded, approximately a month prior to the warranty expiration date. (Didn't realize when the warranty was due to expire until arriving at the store and being informed by staff) But hey, that's a good thing, right? How often does it happen that the product stops working under warranty? Great. We'll get a replacement, and all will be right in the world! NOT!! Staff, understandably, states that the battery needs to be checked but needs to be left for at least 24 hours. (BTW, no alternative was offered. If the question wasn't asked regarding a loaner battery, the vehicle would have been unusable for the duration of the test.) Anyway.... installed the loaner battery, and the vehicle operated as normal. YEEAAHH!! Ok, upon returning on the designated day to get the test diagnosis, we were informed that the battery tested "good", simply needed to be recharged, and we could reinstall. Well.... 2 days after reinstalling the battery, the vehicle was again left stranded. Sooo, back to the store. Upon returning to the store and explaining that the battery again was not working, the battery was placed on the tester. The tester showed that the battery was in the "good" range. The staffer stated that since the tester was not showing that the battery had a defect, he couldn't honor the warranty. He did offer to sell a new battery at a discounted rate....... ????? No, thank you! Guess what. Bought a new battery from a competitor, and the vehicle has been working great. Posting reviews is not something that I do often. However, customer retention in this economic climate should be a top priority. Again, the staff was courteous, but let me ask, would you feel less violated if you were robbed, but the criminal was courteous? Thank you for your response and placing blame on the vehicle instead of seizing the opportunity to gain the trust of your customer. It was determined that there was degradation in the cell of the battery.

The customer service that I received from the Interstate All Battery Center in Concord, NC was second to none! George, Steven, and another store associate went the extra mile for me to determine what replacement batteries are correct for my Link-Belt, Japanese built excavator. They were very diligent and spent a lot of time researching it, and found the exact fit for my uncommon application. I am convinced that they have more knowledge about batteries than most people at local auto parts stores since batteries is what they specialize in. I will also mention that Interstate is the only battery store that I know of that has the equipment to do load testing on batteries. I cannot overstate my complete satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations! I most highly recommend buying batteries from Interstate.

Just a heads up for Steven and Chris at Interstate Battery Store Concord Mills. Professional, friendly, courteous service and fast. Unfortunately, you do not see that too much these days. Thanks for taking good care of us.

All of the employees are fantastic. They took care of our needs and they were very concerned with what we needed. Definitely worth the ride to the interstate store. We got a much larger battery for our car at the same price. The parts stores We’re selling lower amperage batteries for. I am an old-school interstate customer. It’s nice to see your employees giving the professional attitude. In today’s society, nothing is worse than going into a store and getting the answer I don’t know. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Customer service here is beyond excellent they care about their customers and don’t try and sell you stuff you don’t need! I had an issue with a fuse in my vehicle and they don’t really do that but they had the fuse and gave it to me for free, they also helped me diagnose the issue. Top notch!!!!

Great place to buy batteries. What I like is that they are focused on batteries only not tires and oil changes. The customer service is the best I have found in batteries. You can't go wrong here and Interstate Batteries are the best.

The two guys working there are super nice, helpful and professional. I was there in and out in 10 minutes with a brand new car battery replace.

I called the store to make sure they had the battery I needed; they assured me they did. I drove 28 miles to get there and I found the battery, paid for it and was out the door in 10 minutes. In my book, Interstate batteries are the best. Service is great as well.

The guy helped me quickly and I didn’t have to spend a dime to replace the battery I got from there, which seemed to go dead way too quickly. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful

After going to interstate in Monroe and being told my battery was fine and nothing was wrong the battery went dead again. Not only did they replace the battery but allowed me to upgrade to an AGM battery for a small fee. I was in and out in under 45 mins.

I had a tough project, two 6 volt batteries in series (12 volt system)on my 1970 MGB that needed to be replaced. Jeff, Chris and the team did a fantastic job on providing a single battery solution. They did a fantastic job taking great care of my MG. I recommend Interstate All Battery Center for all battery solutions.

Battery refuses replacement. Within 24 month replacement. They said it’s testing good after they charged it, but I only replaced the previous one due to age, and never had an issue. Within 6 months of this one, I started having to jump the car.

Chris and the team at the Concord Mills location are great. I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. I recently had an issue with my watch battery replacement that was easily resolved. I won't go anywhere else for the services these folks provide. Highly recommend.

Try to start the car this morning notice to have bad battery. Called around to auto parts stores to get quotes. When I called Interstate All Battery Center in Concord and talked to Matthew. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the store Matthew greeted me professional and installed my. Interstate Battery have the price and best warranty for their products.

My car battery died yesterday evening, but after a while my car started again. I called Intertstate Batteries in Concord Mills at 9am this morning to check that they had a battery for my car (spoke with David). They had what I needed and provided me with the price and battery change fee. When I got ready to head over to the store, my car would not start. I called the store back to inquire about mobile service and was pleasantly surprised that they offered the service. Due to the pandemic, David informed me that they offer contactless service. I purchased my battery over the phone and scheduled the service. David arrived and changed my car battery very quickly... I was up and running again by 10:45 AM! Excellent service!!!

Waste of time and money! I visited this Interstate All Battery Center to replace electric candelabras in my house windows with battery operated candles for the Christmas season. I showed the sales representative the battery-operated lights. The sales representative suggested batteries and said I would have continuous hours through the entire Christmas season along with a shelf life for two years for any unused batteries. I purchased the twelve (12) batteries at a cost of $36.00, then four (4) days later, all the batteries died. I revisited the store the next day, with my receipt and the unused batteries. This time a different salesperson along with the manager on duty, told me a completely different story than the initial salesperson who sold me the batteries. I was not offered a refund or replacement of batteries – nothing. I was simply told in a condescending tone, “maybe there was miscommunication” . As a female, I found this very rude and insulting. I possess a degree from Rutgers University – I communicate very well. You guys are supposed to be the “experts”, yet I was questioned that I did not “communicate” well? Really!?!? WARNING: for any woman who visits this location, you may ask a clear and concise question and receive an inconsistent answer that may cost you money. But, I agree with one thing – there was “miscommunication” , it is their motto on their business card, “OUTRAGEOUSLY DEPENDABLE”. Ha! That’s a joke. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Hello, I want to share my experience that I had yesterday at Interstate Battery in Concord, NC. I needed to replace two Interstate marine batteries that we older. Being that the boat had Interstate batteries and lasted over six years I wanted to stay with your trusted brand. I Googled your location in Concord, NC and called to get some basic information. A VERY nice and well educated person answered the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. Actually, she gave me some very good advice and suggestions on the batteries that I needed to replace. Being a professional pharmaceutical salesperson I have been through just about every sales training you could possibly have (Spin Selling, Zigler, ACT Selling, etc). This employee really impressed me with her knowledge and willingness to help me. I then visited your store a few hours later to purchase the batteries. I was greeted by this very special sales person and she again asked some very good questions about my needs and directed me on what would be best for my needs, not hers. After 10 minutes, I made my decision and purchased my batteries. Then she explained to me about "The All Battery Family" membership and how I would see immediate savings and the possibility of future savings. I joined. Before checking out she again asked me if I had any other questions or any other batteries that need to be replaced. The answer was yes, I needed some key fob batteries and purchased a battery charger. Lastley, she asked if I had a golf cart. As a matter of fact, I do and need to replace six batteries in that too. I will do this when I get back from vacation next week. Darn she is good. So you may be wondering who this "Rock Star" is,....... her name was Kristen!!! Please let her manager know that she was the reason I drove to Interstate yesterday and spent $300+ for my marine batteries and will spend $900+ for my golf cart batteries next week. WELL DONE KRISTEN from a very happy customer.

I order batteries for our office from Interstate. Have had nothing but GREAT experiences with them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and sometimes deliver products to me the SAME day. I couldn't imagine better service than Nick and their staff give us.

This is incredible. I took my iPhone for a repair on the charger port. They were a lot cheaper and faster than any other place so I left my phone. When I came back two hours later they had it fixed and get this.... For free. It had lint build up so they cleaned it for free. Who does that nowadays. I'm gonna go here for any battery or repair needs I may have because I need them to stay in business. I still can't believe it.

I just needed a battery for my car and AAA, Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts all turned me down, they didn't have my battery in stock and it would take at least a day to get it out here. Interstate didn't have my battery either, but the gentleman there showed a very advanced understanding of batteries and fitting, found a battery that would fit by measuring my car's compartment to the 1/8th of an inch, and I ultimately left there spending less than I would have at Autozone or with AAA with a genuinely better battery. It may not have been the fit in the books, but it was a battery that fit and provided the correct amount of power - or whatever - I trusted the guy's knowledge and I drove away just fine. He installed my battery no questions or hassle, he explained their excellent warranty to me, and it was generally one of the best customer service experiences i've ever had. While wandering the store I found 24 packs of their AA batteries for 9.99, cheaper than the popular brands and people genuinely trust their quality. I never thought i'd utilize a specialty store for battery needs but I think from here on I just might.

Interstate All Batteries Center is fantastic! They have batteries for every type of device, from cell phone to car batteries. The also have all kinds of accessory items, such as chargers for cell phones, car batteries, and other types of rechargeable batteries. If, for some reason they do not have the really usually battery they can probably make a replacement one while you wait. They did that for me! One of the coolest and best items they have is an battery powered emergency light that has 9 different flashing patterns and sticks on you car with small magnets so you can put it on the top or side of your car for safety in an emergency at night. it can be seen for miles! They are conveniently located right near Concord Mills in a strip store where you can park in front, walk in, get your battery, and be on your way!
