I am very glad that I chose Greentec to install a new hybrid battery for my 2011 Prius. The technician was very professional. I can immediately see an improvement in performance. It is also significant for me that the price was much less than my local dealership.

I purchased a refurbished Prius traction battery from Greentec, and they were helpful every step of the way! My old car is running well again after changing the battery out. Josh from the central office helped me understand the options and select the right battery for my needs, and Andrii and Dennis from the Charlotte location were great with scheduling and coordinating to get the battery to me.

Got my car fixed by andrii in a very reasonable time after work and my car is running smoother with all the lights off. Second time using green tech auto and they got the job done.

Warranty replacement of my Accord Hybrid battery was done without hassle, fuss etc. Andrii arrived on time and ready to go. Worked fast & neat & was gone in about 90 minutes. Left everything clean and back in place. Except for no more check engine light & a working car, I wouldn’t know he was ever at my house.

It arrived in less than a week, and a week later, shop manager Dennis phoned that my car was alive and ready to go home. I am thrilled with their work and having my beautiful baby back home. Had a new HV battery installed in our 2007 Honda civic Hybrid at their facility in Concord, NC. It was quick and easy. The Battery appears to be charging and working properly. The assist is now available every time I accelerate, Very pleased!

I have a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. I got it at 130,000 miles from a friend who brought it new. He needed to sell it cheap living in an emissions state and the battery had just started to show issues. Honda USA themselves were aweful about it, refusing warranty on the battery by 1 month and refusing warranty on the rear parcel shelf falling apart (faulty plastic). I delayed too long given the costs Honda were quoting (battery over $5000, catalytic convertors assembly alone over $8000 parts alone). I rebuilt the hybrid battery once with the best of a pack of used cells, but that only lasted about 5000miles. So, Greentec's sale of new increased capacity cells with a 36 month warranty on sale seemed excellent (thanks to Sale Manager Austin for setting this up). Dennis at the Charlotte branch was really knowledgeable and helpful; he knows these systems very well and helped with a couple of issues when I was fitting the new battery. No more IMA codes and the car getting better mileage than ever. A run of 90 miles on the interstate today gave 60mpg, the best I have ever got (more realistically settling into a combined mileage of 45+mpg). Thanks again Austin and Dennis!

I don't review much. I have a 2009 Honda Hybrid that needed an replacement battery due to IMA issues.. Was able to get it done the same day at Greentec in Concord/Charlotte, NC location. I liked that they came out and let me know the IMA light was not on and wanted to make sure I wanted/needed it replaced. However, the only reason it was off was the Honda dealer had reset the light. So they did not just swap it out but took time to make sure as they obviously felt they did not want to do me wrong. Good service, fast and friendly.

Gave them a call and they were super helpful and got me exactly what I needed to get my cars hybrid system working again. Definitely recommend them for your hybrid battery needs. This review is specifically for Denis Bashmakov at Greentec. To say that our experience with Greentec was less than ideal is an understatement, I'd probably give that rating a 2. However, Dennis was the best part. His customer service skills were amazing, from helping load and unload our battery pack, his cheerful personality, to his master level skills at forklift operation. He was the most communicative person that we dealt with and also kept his word. Thanks Denis!

I am very happy with my Greentec experience. Matt in Kansas City was easy to talk to, and made the purchase process simple. Andrii did a very professional job with the installation. My hybrid runs like new. I could not be more pleased.

My hybrid battery started failing on my old Lexus. Took it to Greentec and they did a free diagnostic, confirming the issue. Ordered a new battery which was very affordable compared to the dealership and they installed it. The new battery comes with a nice warranty. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. My old Lexus is now driving and running like new!

I intentionally waited a month after the installation to confirm that everything worked perfectly. Additionally I have a high-end OBD2 tester and was able to check each cell bank individually and confirm that they were all above the recommended level which is around 20 volts per cell group. They were all well above this. Additionally the installation was done very quickly, it took about 2 hours in the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend this service!

I bought a four year warranty battery in 2020 for my wife’s 2010 Prius, two years later when the battery failed a technician was sent out to my home in Chapel Hill NC within two days to replace the battery. The second battery has operated now two years passed the End of the four year warranty. When my other 2010 Prius battery died recently, I called Greentec back up and Spencer got me a good deal on another four year warranty battery. Dennis at the Charlotte shop was really great to work with and accommodating.

I was having a hard time finding anyone who could install my hybrid battery at a reasonable price until I called Greentec. They were friendly, professional, and got the job done in less than 45 minutes! I was honestly impressed by how efficient and knowledgeable they were. Great service, great people. Highly recommend them if you need hybrid battery work done!

So far so good. Reviews like this have to take time to see if the service actually works. And it's been a few days. So far my Mars (car name) is running smooth. Andreii was the technician who repaired my Lex that was parked in Raleigh. He drove from the Charlotte area. About 2 Grand and he aided with installing a new 12V I had to replace. I'm grateful, thank you.

I recently had them install a new hybrid battery in my 2013 Prius. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Matt answered all of my questions before my purchase and was very nice and helpful. Johnny was my installer and he kept me updated on his location for his arrival. He ran the diagnostics and let me know what my car needed. He kept me updated during the install and was great. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was still going fine. This was a great group of people to work with and I am thankful that they got my car back on the road again.
