3 hours for an inspection….. that’s literally all I have to say but there’s so much more. They required me to change my back rear wiper blade even though it has passed inspection the last 3 years that way. No appointment so I understand there will be a wait but 3 hours for something that takes 10 minutes?? Come up with a new system. Also was charged $28 for a wiper blade??? So a total of $58, what a scam.
*After pulling the wheel off myself I noticed one of the bolts holding the caliper to the rotor was not tightened. I'm not talking finger loose. I'm talking 1/4 of the way backed out. I tightened the bolt, recounted the wheel and took it for a test drive. No more klunk noise. Do better Firestone!
Lots of issues - where to start...
Made an appointment for my brakes to be serviced. When I showed up no big deal. Here are the keys...I looked at the emailed invoice and there were complimentary services I didn't request. So, I politely told them I didn't want those. * It should also be noted the technicians are overwhelmed - I inadvertently overheard a conversation outside the building.
A bit later I received a call from Aaron with a quote and confirmation of my concerns. I verbally authorized the repair and the quote
(approximately $380). I received another call saying the wrong pads were ordered - again no big deal. Stuff happens, I get it.
The next day I called to get an eta and was given a time. I was there. Car wasn't ready - delays happen again not a big deal. So, I sat playing on my phone till I looked up, my car is in the parking lot. I went to a desk to ask. My invoice and keys were sitting there for who knows how long. Zack went over the charges and I stopped him because the total was way above my quote over the phone. He asked me what I was told and I replied. His response was. "There's no way" then applied a coupon. My total ended up being $10 more than the quote over the phone. My issue was the condescending attitude over $10.
I paid, got my keys and left. Only to notice a loud klunk in my right front wheel area that wasn't there before. I won't be back...
Everyone was very nice to me from the moment I randomly pulled up in the parking lot! They got me in at 4pm on a Saturday. I needed a new water pump and everyone was very patient & explained everything to me like I was 5 lol. No complaints- thank you so much to this location and team!
Went in for an oil change for a scheduled appointment at 11 am. Walked to the mall locally for 2 hours with no call then I came back to Firestone to see my car was sitting a they said they haven’t gotten to it yet. I took my keys and got it done somewhere. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours
I brought my car in for an oil change. My son went missing and an officer was meeting me there to file a missing report. The employee called me over to go over what maintenence work it needs. I interrupted him and said I'm sorry I have to go speak to the officer outside. He then said to me if you keep driving the car with those brakes, you're going to need an officer. How rude is that ?
The front of shop employees are absolutely terrible very unorganized and uneducated on common knowledge of the vehicles they are working on. They over promise and under deliver on wait times. Staff is all of the place. By far one of the worst firestones I have been in.
Also it is very unprofessional to be a customer in the lobby and hear the staff gossiping about other customers who have came and gone.
Insane and unbelievable- joke of a place. Go in for a diagnostic, confirm in person that they will check brakes and other areas of concern. I call back once they have a diagnostic to confirm they checked the brakes, they said yes. I go in to pick up my car and ask details about the brakes- and they say they NEVER checked. So someone just bullshitted me twice. Wasted a full day of my time. You could not pay me to let them touch my car again. Not to mention their main diagnostic was wrong.
I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Zach! He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care more about the safety of my vehicle than just making a sale. He worked to get me the best deal possible and even fit me in the same day, even though they were clearly very busy, which I really appreciated. Also a quick thank you to the technician who worked on my car for getting everything taken care of so quickly. It’s rare to come across people that honest and helpful—thank you again!
Zack, Hayden and Pat were awesome!! They treated the bubble on the tire as an emergency and took care of us same day, even though it was an hour before closing and a busy shop. And excellent service all around. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks guys!!

I worked primarily with Zach during this repair but had worked with others in the past. On this visit he & the Firestone team went above and beyond to get Silverrock to approve the repairs. I am very much appreciative of the work and effort they put into getting my car fixed. 10/10 recommend.
The Firestone in concord is hands down the best location I have been to. Larson the representative at the front is amazing and his customer service is some of the best I have seen. I have been to the Winston locations and the Greensboro/ high point locations. And I would drive 2 hours just to come here and not deal with what I have been through in the past. The concord location has the best customer service and also are very time efficient.
Zachary is amazing, the Service department had me in and out in under 30 minutes, we spoke about purchasing new tires, they were extremely knowledgeable, not pushy, I recommend them 100%
This place is amazing. Great services were provided from Zack and Patrick on the customer service side. They got my vehicle out in a fast time while they were extremely busy. I will definitely come to this location whenever something is needed
Firestone is always great. They take really good care of their customers and even offer up specials and deals they have going on. Stop by and get a courtesy checkup!
Zach and Joshua explained everything to the T. I had a lot of questions about various services and he ensured I knew all I needed to know about my car. He was very helpful.
Aaron, Pat, and Zak were very kind and informative all throughout my service! I really appreciated them and their kindness. I'm still on the hunt for me a good soul food place 🤣. Nothing will ever beat Mississippi at all. BUT at least now I know where I'll be going for any car maintenance and services I need. Thank y'all!!

Had a starter go out on the day after Christmas. Josh and the Firestone team did an excellent job managing our repair and working with the warranty service to cover most of the costs as well. It was a pleasure working with them.
Aaron and Stewart were great. Dropped off my ‘07 911 for an alignment and Stewart helped set it up how I wanted! I waited at the shop and overall didn’t take too long.
If Aaron isn’t already a manager, he should be one!
Firestone been giving me issues since living in Jersey, but Aaron assured me this location can get the job done!
I know sometimes I get frustrated as a returning customer, but Aaron didn’t let it affect him and assisted me with nothing but kindness and expertise.

I had an emergency flat and the staff was extremely helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The service was gray and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this Firestone location for any issue related to tires.
Made an appointment for 2:30pm and after an hour my vehicle didn't move. I spoke to lady at front and told her I would be taking my keys and leaving. She tried to explain to me that the other vehicles in the shop were taking longer than expected. I understand that but I feel that information should have been given to me upon my arrival. Don't waste your time there are literally four other places near by.
Fast service. Fixed the first time. No pressure. They provide an inspection of your vehicle and bring any issues to you attention. They ask if you want them to do the repair. If no, there is no pressure to persuade you to have them do the work.
This location is my go-to if I have any issues with my vehicle. There have been times where I came in thinking I needed a part replaced or had something wrong and the team let me know all was good or something small needed repaired instead. It is good to know that they won’t do extra work if you do not actually need it!
I spoke with an individual whom told me in order to order the tire they would need payment upfront and i paid upfront he informed me that it would be here around 12 the next day i called them multiple times and they pushed it back to 330 i get there at 330 and they informed me that the tire was never ordered the individual i spoke with initially was not working the next day the two individuals i spoke with the next day were not at fault and were very friendly the guy immediately refunded me the whole amount and apologized. He handled it the best way that he could given the situation that he was put in.
Would give -5 stars if I could. Made an appointment for a flat tire and waited over an hour for them to see my car. Took over half an hour after they got to it to come and tell me they couldn’t do anything about it to fix it. They didn’t even do anything but look at it and take a picture. Instead they offered me two types of new wheels. Each over 100$ which is crazy. I took my car and went to “Llantas y servicios Jaquez” (here’s the location: 446-A McGill Ave NW, Concord, NC 28027). In half an hour I was in and out and for only 30 bucks. That was 10 days ago and my wheel is working perfectly.
Con artists. Needed front pads. They insisted I need new rotors and calipers as well. Tried to charge me 700$. I said thats way to expensive, they then got an attitude with me. So i Looked up the price for those parts, and it would cost 350$ for the parts for the front AND rear parts! Including rotors, calipers, and pads. Went and spent 70$ on new set of pads at Napa, installed them myself, and my truck is great. Good luck if you like spending almost 10x markup on everything. Ill never use them again.
