Excellent customer service. I spoke with Kelly and she knew her job and assisted in price quote. I get to the shop and was greeted by everyone. Orlando extended conversation only to find out he would be the mechanic to work on my vehicle. Once finished warranty was explained. Veterans I highly recommend. Thanks for the professionalism you just don't find that anymore!!!

Every vehicle I took up there was temporarily rigged never fixed and always had to go back and spend more money. They caused a big fuss because I wanted my car back after a month of them having it with no updates. They promised to give me updates but I never heard anything for weeks. Then I was told they didn't think I was in a rush so basically they put my vehicle at the back of the line. Also one of the mechanics punched a dent in my hood. Theres a big fist dent in my hood!!! The dad at the front desk is rude and nasty. They promise you a warranty but if something goes wrong they try to charge you for it.

I can't thank Webster enough for their kindness and willingness to help me with my ride. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth. I highly recommend coming here for any of your automotive hvac needs!

Honest, up front, and reasonable prices for those who weren't expecting the issue to be a bigger one. Overall, it's a great place, good people. I'm definitely putting this place on my GPS when something fails again.

I had a great experience with Webster's. They have a very friendly staff and do quality work. I called about replacing my compressor and they got me fixed within the end of the week.

So disappointed. I was hoping to write a glowing review for this place, as besides one inconvenience I was having a great experience. However I was initially told that my vehicle would be ready Tuesday, as they have had it for a week as of today. Upon calling today I am being told that they do not know when I will have my vehicle back as they can not get a hold of the man rebuilding my transmission. This is an extremely big inconvenience. I will be expecting a discount on the price I was quoted (2,961$) when I call tomorrow due to this incredibly big inconvenience. So disappointing.

This morning I had to take my vehicle to their workshop to have my vehicle checked because it did not cool my air conditioning did not take 20 minutes when they already had the diagnosis and in less than an hour and a half my vehicle is already working 100% and at a price that I could not miss thank you very much Frank and your work team for their excellent service

It’s really unfortunate when you put your trust into a business and they have poor ethics. Everything was seemingly fine until it was time to pay. Your mechanic broke something in the process of fixing what I came for and you had me pay for it. That’s actually very bad business. And to try to push it off as you doing me a favor by charging me market price adds insult to injury. Extremely poor business practice.

I love this place! I will NEVER go anywhere else. They have helped me out so many times I can’t even keep count anymore. I recently needed brakes and rotors they got it done in only a few hours and saved me a couple hundred dollars! Even the oil changes save me over $50!

Once again Webster's knocked it out the park!! My jeep needed front brakes & rotars. They went from fine to making HORRENDOUS noise overnight. Websters got me in the next day, checked it out & fixed me up the very next day!! They're truthful AND affordable!! If I could give them 10 ⭐️s I would!! Plus, they've got the cutest shop dog in town!! ❤️🐶🐾

My vehicle had not had hoses & belts replaced in 10+ years along with other maintenance. Webster had done 3-4 DMV inspections on my vehicle without an up-sell attempt, which encouraged me to consider them further. Upon reading their reviews, and then thorough communication with what I wanted to accomplish, I entrusted them with radiator flush, replacing hoses, belts, battery terminal, headlamps, oil change, checking brakes, wheel bearings, differential, and vacuum lines. The work required 1 1/2 days to complete, and their complementary shuttle to and from my residence was a bonus. Thank You! After several weeks have now past without any issue of their work done, I am posting this as being greatly satisfied and would utilize them next for further service. My only glitch was noting afterwards that there was an added 2% to my $1200+ invoice for using a credit card. Regardless overall, for their detailed communication, adherence to their original cost quotation, and no further issues after their service, they merit my full 5 stars!

I was victim of someone slashing my tires. I came here and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk. Had my car towed here this was on Friday , He then said on Saturday it will be Monday, poor poor customer service , unfriendly no sympathy or compassion and just said oh I don’t know ,when I confronted him , He then said Oh sorry I didn’t know I was suppose to do that today .I called Mavis tire they helped me right away. I would never do business at Webster Radiator& AC this picture is my car being towed because he said he yesterday it would be done in morning! If I can give a lower score than a one I would

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Websters for various car service for several years. Frank and his staff have always treated me with the upmost respect and like family. I recently had to have 4 tires replaced on my 2004 Trailblazer and Frank found the the best tires for thr best price to fit my budget. I definitely recommend Webster Radiator for service & repair.

I took my car into this shop and spoke to Frank who was absolutely amazing! I went to a few other shops before this one and was made to feel kind if dumb by those other shops. Frank and his team did not make me feel that way at all! He gave me a much better quote and made me feel like an equal rather than "just some woman" in an auto shop. I could not recommend this team enough!

This was a great company to work with. These people were going to fix our 18-wheeler ac and stay after ours cause they felt bad for us, but the company didn't approve it. look at all the other reviews these guys are great. Went to 3 different places in the surrounding area and got the "run around" treatment. Came in for a diagnosis here and in less than 24 hrs I was given a thorough list of issues, though I couldn't afford the repairs (personal reasons) I was still given detailed solutions to solve said issues. Will definitely return when times are better. Thank you guys so much

Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair is a very professional and honest company. I dropped my vehicle off due to a concern. Received a call that issue was repaired and at a very low price. I find it to be important to have integrity in business, and Webster Auto Repair definitely practices honesty and integrity. I am sure other repairs shops would have charged a lot more without being honest of the actual ‘repairs’ done. Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair has a new customer in me. I was very happy with my repair. I walked in, told them what was going on and they immediately took my car to the back. In about 30min they came and said I needed a new radiator. I had my car back the next day. They even took me home and picked me. My car has been running great. I also had them restore my headlights. And now I can see better at night. Highly recommend!!

Charlie and his daughter were extremely kind to me over the numerous times I was in their shop. They always went out of the way for me and I greatly appreciated that during the stressful times I had with the car. They do good work and if something happens to go wrong they will take it back in and figure it out for you. Charlie dealt with a warranty company many many times for me and I appreciate that as well as him recommending next steps such as a lawyer or taking it to the DMV which he didn’t have to do but he did. I actually miss coming in there because I was there so often I could ask car questions and just talk to the nice people in there. I have since moved on to a different car that doesn’t need to come in every morning or two🤣. Thanks again Webster Radiator if I still lived in the area I would bring my cars there forever but I have recommended them to my friends and family as well as anyone reading this.

My check engine light came on last night, I went online looking for a Repair PAL Certified shop in the area due to my warranty with CarMax. And I was able to schedule an appt the same night, and thank God they had an appt available the very next day. I went in informed them of what the problem was, they told me they would take a look at it and let me know what the problem was. They called a few hours later and come to find out it was the O2 sensor. Well thank God I has an extended warranty so the bill wasn't as bad as I thought it was. They called me a few hours letting me know that my car was ready. I highly recommend them to anyone whose looking for honest, fast friendly customer service. Thank you guys again! I greatly appreciate it more than you'll ever know!

Charged almost $600 to rig up perfectly good wiring, replace parts there where brand new and the car still left overheating after two trips there and hours of waiting

I have a 10year old car with almost 175,000 miles and 2weeks before I have to renew my registration, the check engine light comes on. I spent a week praying for the check engine light to go away. My boyfriend recommended I take my car to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair because he took his car there a year ago and had a great experience. And just like that my prayers were answered in a different way! Right up front the guys at Webster set realistic expectations and right off the bat I felt comfortable and confident they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I didn’t need to wait very long so I didn’t get to spend much time in their waiting room. And it’s worth saying it was the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room/restroom I’ve seen at a repair shop. One and a half days later - not only did these guys replace my entire electrical, they got rid of the check engine light, they went ahead and did the official inspection and it passed! These guys are good, these guys are fast and most of all they are fair. This wasn’t a small job but I would’ve spent waaaay more getting the same job done at the dealership. Plus unlike the dealership, Webster Radiator worked out a reasonable payment plan with me. They have a customer for life from me and I’d recommend them to anyone.
