What clients say about County Waste in Clifton Park Township (NY)
Didn't pickup on normal Thursday's route. Tenant called Friday and she said woman customer service phone rep was rude and basically said just pile bags of garbage near can for next week. City of Waterford taxes I pay is to have the trash empty everywhere, not pile in front of house like a landfill attracting rodents and other pests who will rip open and dig through garbage. I, the landlord, called County and had guy rep, who wasn't rude, and said he can have someone stop in to grab it which was hospitable and fine. But the truck that stopped only picked up the 2 recyclable cans and not empty the 2 trash ones. This isn't the 1st time, or 2nd time, or 3rd time, but the 5th time that our route driver skipped over cans. No vehicles blocking cans, all garbage in cans with lids closed. Don't know what their issue is with their employees not doing their jobs. Going to get neighbors and other fellow residents to go to next town meeting and start steps to drop County Waste from town and city pickup and see if can switch to Twin Rivers. Don't recommend anyone to use County Waste. Pic posted of garbage guy only grabbing green recycling cans, and not Grey trash ones.
Illegally drove with there lifts down Wich resulted in my brother dieing from an accident with them then they paid off the county and lawyers so they didn’t loose the case they took zero responsibility and it looks like they are still doing this bullshit
Wrong way Garbage truck Driver drove me off the road while I was lawfully driving on A one-way winding Road, A near 3 vehicle accident . Do better.

They didn't pick my garbage up for the last three weeks. You can't even speak to a person about it. It goes to automated after being on the line waiting for 15 minutes.
I ENDED MY SERVICE WITH ACE CARTING COUNTY WASTE TOOK THEM OVER THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE TRASH FOR 3 WEEKS I WAS DISCUSTED BY THE LACK OF CARING I PAYED IN ADVANCE TO MY SHAME THEY HAVE OWED ME APPOX 180.00 SINCE AUG OF 2022 I CALL AND THEY SAY 6 WEEKS THEN 6 WEEKS NOW OVER A WEEK AGO THE SAY THEY MAILED THE CHECK STILL NO CHECK THEY ARE THIEVES
Absolutely horrendous customer service been waiting a month to have a van removed. No help from the customer service number. Never get a call back. Plus they never pick up the trash on time.
