The best service ever!! They communicated with me every step of the way. They were polite and readily available for all my enquiries. My car was ready under estimate and sooner than expected. They even stayed open for me so I could get my car before the weekend and they even picked me up!! Ramon was wonderful. The work was perfect and he even buffed out a scrap not related to the damage being repaired for free!!! I would recommend this garage to anyone who needed body work. I thought caliber collision did great job on my car when fixing it. They kept me Informed as to what they were doing, and when they were doing it. If I ever have a problem with my car, I definitely bring it back to caliber collision in a minute.

I'm extremely pleased with the work Caliber did in replacing the rear bumper of our vehicle. The bumper lines up perfectly and the paint match is spot on. Excellent customer service. Never write reviews (time is precious) but these folks deserve it, and so do folks who are going through the difficult emotion and disrupted routine of a damaged car. I went back with a issue which turned out to be a user setting thing and not a real issue. They still did other minor fixes completely outside the scope of their duties for free! And never asked for a rating in return. Very happy and highly recommend for a peaceful recovery from a not so desirable status of a damaged car.

Excellent service and quality work! I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest and extremely helpful. I went to two other businesses who indicated they couldn’t help me and suggested that the fix will be shockingly pricey, but the team at Caliber Collision handled my matter on the spot , with ease and I was far from overcharged. Would definitely recommend!

I was told Caliper Collision did good work and was reliable. So I went there. And am I glad I did. Simon and Mike handled everything. They did a great job and everything came out just as they said it would. The car was cleaned and wheels and tires spruced up as well. Also everything was done and ready for pick up exactly when they said it would be. I’m very impressed by the way everything was handled. I would highly recommend this company. They did a fine job!

We had to have two vehicles get some work done here and it was very well done. Vehicle was done early, communication was regular, unprompted, thorough, and helpful. I never had to worry or wonder what was going on and the quality of the repairs were excellent.

Caliber Collision is amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Someone backed into my car damaging a tail light and the bumper. The places I called before Caliber all told me they would have my car for about 3 weeks without even seeing it. I knew I needed to pay out of pocket for a rental so not having my car back for 3 weeks was not ideal at all. I called Caliber and Simon asked me to bring the car in to look at before quoting turn times. He worked with me to order parts ahead of me dropping my car off and suggested I drop off on a Monday to save on my rental days. I took that advice and I ended up having my car back the same week!! The staff I interacted with were kind and responsive, providing updates on my car daily. I was able to pick the rental car up at Caliber and drop it off there when picking my car up. My car was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. It couldn’t have been a more convenient experience. I’m so glad I chose Caliber.

Made appointment month in advance. They had vehicle for a week before starting any work on it. Then their text system gave me incorrect information which caused stress. Also estimate was $1000. more than what it actually cost which I would have paid instead of going thru insurance. But I do give 5 stars to the repair people.

Caliber Collision in Clifton Park does exceptional repair work. All employees are friendly, hard working and professional. Car was returned in better than new condition, cleaned and detailed. Updates on the progress of repairs were given Monday, Wednesday, Friday without fail. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who required repairs to their vehicle. Absolutely great!

Excellent work by repair staff! Maddie kept me updated throughout the process and they finished the repair ahead of schedule. Wish I didn’t get hit to have to have my car repaired, but glad I was able to have it fixed by Caliber!

Mikey and Austin did a phenomenal job on buffing out the scratches on my wife’s car. Mikey went above and beyond and even took care of the headlights as well which was a great addition. Very professional and friendly I can’t recommend them enough.

The service at Caliber Collision in Clifton Park was outstanding! My 2012 Toyota Tundra had lost a passenger side running board (step-up) because of rusted bolts. After calling 3 other shops and being told they either do not do that kind of work or that they cannot get the parts, I found Caliber Collision. I was helped by Mattie, Mike C and Simon. WOW! Not only could they get the new boards, they were able to install them the following day. The boards are beautiful. I am so impressed with the effort put forth to find the parts, the quality of the parts and the fast, efficient way this service went. Fantastic experience with this business. Outstanding customer service from Ramon, explaining the work needed, sending timely updates at every step of the process, providing accurate time frame estimates and reviewing the work in detail at pickup. Austin, the Office Manager, was extremely professional in setting everything up and ensuring a smooth administrative process -- Austin also re-installed a hubcap that had fallen off during he winter, which i brought in when I picked up the car. The work is absolutely perfect - right down to the pain t match,, Highly recommend !

Ramon and staff did a great job repairing dents and replacing the door and matching paint color. I was kept up to date on their progress. They also were a great help getting me a rental car. East pick up and drop off at the shop.

Excellent service…My 2021 Corolla LE was worked on quickly and the craftsmanship was spectacular. Mr Austen, of the front desk, guided me through the repair process with a cheerful disposition and answered all my questions- he’s an assist to the company. My service advisor, Mr. Ramon Beltran, is one of the best auto service consultants I have encountered in the 50+ yrs. of driving and interacting with auto service professionals. Our experience with Caliber of Clifton Park was nothing short of awesome! They were communicative, keeping us updated during the repair process, my truck came back beautifully repaired (replaced tailgate/bumper) and they detailed it and washed it! I wasn't expecting that so it was a truly wonderful surprise! Oh, they were also done 2 days ahead of schedule. Need I say more? Highly recommend!!

I recommend this (Clifton Park) shop for your vehicle collision repairs. Excellent professional work, a very knowledgeable, accommodating, fair, dedicated, thorough, prompt, helpful staff (especially Ramon). My ride got a LITTLE friendly and had a blind date with a deer. This shop brought my vehicle back to the way it looked (easy on the eyes) before the accident and more. They treated it like they were repairing their own vehicle. They kept me updated on the work being done all the way through. In the end, the result was like the accident never happened (except for my wallet is a bit lighter, like a real blind date, lol). They blended my car very well she looks great. They completed the job a week ahead of schedule and the customer service was great. The Clifton park center is the best one.

Very impressed. They did a great job on my 2022 Mach-E. Kept me up to date and did great work! Replaced almost the entire front end. I hope I don't need to work with them again but will if something happens again.
