Awesome experience today. Staff is super nice. Made an appointment to see my car the same day! Eric was a great help and they buffed out a scratch in a half hour! Car looks amazing!

It was just a scratch so they didn’t charge me and just asked that I write a positive Google review. What awesome service! They took care of me on the spot and the scratch is gone!!!

Had a small incident, came in for opinions and cost. Very respectful and competent individuals. Ended up getting some great suggestions and a free buff of the area. Would highly recommend going here as your first place to visit when something goes wrong. Ask for Eric if you do go, he is the man

Do NOT use Cole’s for body repair, unless you want you’re vehicle gone for months. I brought my vehicle there Sept 7th w a $3000 estimate. When Cole’s took the car apart, more damage was found so I understood the repair would take longer. My car was there for a total of 2 and a half months. I’m a very reasonable person, and very understanding that parts can be an issue and that it was a big job. The reason I’m giving it 1 star bc in the whole 2.5 months, I didn’t receive a single call from anyone there, letting me know why it was taking so long. That is TERRIBLE customer service. I did receive generic text messages every few days, but when I actually called, I was told something completely different was going on. When I called in for updates (maybe 5 times in 2.5 months), they made me feel like I was bothering them. I was told it was a big job and to be patient. At one point I questioned if they lost my vehicle. That’s how bad the communication was. They never made me feel like they were doing their best to get my car back to me and it caused me severe stress not being able to get to work, rely on rides for groceries, etc. I filled out their survey honestly, and now I have managers calling me to go over my responses. I don’t want to speak to anyone now. My car is done. The time to call me was when I was waiting for 2 and a half months with no car. One positive was that the girls in the front were polite, and the repair came out good.

Truly appreciated the help when tire went flat right by their building... they were willing to help when we werent planning on going there... they switched out the spare for the bad tire, told to be careful, not driving too much on it. Then when asked what was owed they said nothing they were just helping... so gave a nice tip! Next time work needs to be done, we will certainly be checking with these folks. It Was very refreshing for someone to just help without it being about the almighty dollar. These are people that are good to do business with. Thanks guys and we won't forget it!!!

I went to Cole’s Collision Center in Clifton Park for an estimate on some deep scratches. They gave me a very honest assessment and told me that since this is just my daily driver, it would probably be better to cover the scratches with touch-up paint instead of spending thousands on repairs. That advice saved me a lot of money, and I really appreciated their honesty. They even gave me a free buffer to help clean up my car. Refreshing to find a shop that puts the customer first rather than just trying to make a sale. Highly recommend!

Coles took care couple of scratches for me right on the spot without charging me anything. The guy name Chris is such a nice guy and guided me on the right way to save me money out of pocket. Thank you Chris!!

Stopped into Cole's Collision (Clifton Park) on a Friday afternoon for a quick estimate. Customer service was amazing. They were very friendly and efficient. They took a look, listened to my concerns and actually took it in at that moment and fixed it on the spot! Very happy and will continue to use them when needed in the future. Highly recommend!

A tech promised my car would be back to me by Aug 22nd (as I dropped it off July 31st), because I am leaving town on Aug 23rd. Now the car won't be back by Aug 22nd, my insurance will no longer cover the rental, and there's nothing-Coles-can-do. Don't take your car here if you need it back in less than a month, because it won't be happening.

A deer decided he didn't want me on his road and tried to take me out, leaving a large sizable dent in my drivers side door and other damage. Cole's did a great job on the repair.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I would give this shop a 100/10 score as a Porsche owner. Dropped my Porsche with a front side body damage here after another so called “certified”shop quoted me the moon. Cole’s team—Tylor at the desk, advisor Chris, and manager Mike— handled everything start-to-finish. 1-2x update weekly, flawless metal/paint work, detailed post-scan work, and the total cost is ~40% of the other so called certified shop. All necessary parts are OEM—> 0 unnecessary charges will be added to your bill unlike some other shops. The car looks and drives factory-new and the whole experience was zero-stress. If you want high-end results without the high-end attitude or price, this is the place! I highly recommend that any Porsche owner bring their beloved vehicle to the Cole’s Collision team at this location if an unfortunate accident ever happens (if you’d rather not shell out ridiculous money just for a “certified” label)

Brought my car in because the license plate screws had rusted. Everyone was so friendly and had me in and out in under an hour. The screws ended up snapping off and they took such great care of me and my car. Can't recommend enough! Thank you!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Coles Collision in Clifton Park due to an unfortunate incident. The staff there was very good especially Chris Houle in keeping me up to date as to the progress of repairs. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks and came out great based on the work performed. I'd recommend them to anyone who may be looking for quality collision repair.

I brought my 6 month old 2025 BMW 240i into Coles due to a high speed collision with a crow. It hit the front right side of the hood which resulted in some very noticeable scratches in the clear coat. Mike Biggs inspected the damage and immediately brought the vehicle into the shop where the Tech removed the great majority of the scratches to the extent that they are basically unnoticeable. I am extremely satisfied with the results and very much appreciate their help and concern in the matter. I have used Coles in Clifton Park on several occasions and they have always performed a great job repairing the vehicles. They are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them whenever I need body work done. Thanks again to the entire Cole"s crew.

Chris, Tim and Tyler were very helpful and courteous. The hood latch and cable needed to be replaced on my 2013 Altima as the hood would not open. They spent much time and effort to replace the needed parts. Everything worked out well. Special thanks to Tim the technician for your hard work.

Mike took my car in right away no charge to buff out some scratches I had on the driver door. He just asked if I would give him a Google review and here it is. I'm surprised that the dealer that I bought it from 2 weeks ago did not even make an attempt to try to get these scratches off the door. Cole in Clifton Park did a great job. If you are ever in need of high quality, professional, and timely service to repair the exterior of your vehicle, look no further. Chris was not only very helpful and helping to assess the extent of the damage, but he was also very informative in helping us to recognize and evaluate our options. Once we decided on which option to take Chris staying on top of everything and made sure to keep us informed on what was happening, timeline, etc. These folks are definitely top-notch and you never have to worry about your vehicle not looking like it just came off the showroom floor when you put it in their hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Cole's. They are professional and kind. They worked closely with me and handled all the bureaucracy with my insurance company. They even cleaned my car, inside and out, before they returned it to me. I will return to them if I have another body shop need.

I want to share a great experience recently at Coles Collision in Clifton Park. I had made an appointment with them to get an estimate for a horizontal scratch on our car door, not knowing what would be needed to repair it. We arrived about 20 minutes early for the appointment, but Gary was very accommodating and came out to take a look. He quickly pointed out that since the paint had not been broken through (although there was a small crease) they could try buffing it out right then and there. James came out to perform that work while we waited right there, and when complete you had to strain your eyes and find just the right angle to even see the crease, but the 30" scratch was otherwise not even visible! We were super pleased, but the icing on the cake was that they did not even charge us for it! Gary and James were both very personable and answered all of our questions and did a wonderful job in less than a half hour. I highly recommend Coles, and I know that if we ever need additional in-depth repairs, we will be taking the car there.

Cole’s Collision Center of Clifton Park - More than an Auto Body Shop! We recently purchased a new car from a local dealership and the car delivery left a lot to be desired. We found multiple scratches and scuff marks throughout the car. Our frustration level with the car dealership was past the point of no return so we decided to stop by Cole’s Collision for an estimate. As silly as it sounds, we were willing to pay to fix a brand new car because we were denied that “brand new car” feeling you have for the first month of ownership. We have used Cole’s Collision in the past (see attached photographs of our Rogue and Ariya) and I swear they have wizards working behind the scenes. Their attention to every little detail is what gives this company an edge. We met with Chris and immediately he made us feel like family. He was upset and frustrated for us and wanted to find a way to make us whole even though he wasn’t the one who sold us the car. Chris and the rest of the team fixed the car to the point that we didn’t want to drive it home because it looked like it belong in a showroom. The most amazing/surprising thing is that they did all of this free of charge and would not accept any form of payment. The whole team chipped in to fix the car in a day and treated it like it was their own. It’s really refreshing to find a place of business in the 21st century that’s honest and not out to make a quick buck. As I said before, we were treated like family and their mission was ensuring our happiness. Thank you again Chris, Ari and crew for all the repairs you have done to our cars in the past and we will be stopping by in the future for other non-accident related work since you guys are the best in the business.

Brought my truck in for a bumper and headlight replacement the night before it was supposed to go in. Drop box was easy, I got a phone call the next day and I explained not to worry about the door handle as it was unrelated to the accident. Coles called with an update on the vehicle every couple of days. Parts were late, and they apologized multiple times about that which is totally understandable. I picked up my truck, they did a minor paint touch up unrelated to the accident as i asked, no charge, and fixed the door handle for free. The work they did to the bumper and headlight was impeccable, and my truck came back to me fully detailed (I work construction so it was covered in mud inside and out)they also waxed it for me too. I will continue to use their service and recommend them to anyone in need of any body work. This is the first good review I’ve ever written. Stand up job Coles!
