By FAR the worst parts store around,the staff are very rude and they have zero clue on what theyre doing,drivers always deliver parts to the wrong stores and half the time the parts arent even right-and they could CARE less...
I was just in the store an hour ago and I needed oil and unfortunately I didn’t get his name but the young gentleman went above and beyond service. Helped me with the oil and even looked under the car to see that I was leaking oil. Sorry NAPA but there’s a puddle out there but I did make it home Great service and very respectful
I went to THREE different Napas. Every single place was staffed with kids who had no idea what I was looking for. How to find it or even where to find the info to find it! I almost gave up. I stopped into the napa next to hannaford when I was done shopping with my wife. Hoping maybe just maybe someone could help me. I got Sean. Not only did this guy know what I wanted, he knew what it was I was looking for. Told me the clamps I would also need to complete the job and informed me I would also need a special tool!!!! He did this immediately. I was so shocked I started to Google if he was right. He hadn't even looked at the computer yet. Long story short. He was. That's NAPA. Advanced auto is a bunch of kids who don't know their head from their toe. Napa should be people who KNOW about parts. I highly recommend if your looking for something that's not common or need help. Go to this guy Sean. It's hard to impress me! I am impressed.
Entered the store. Tried to describe what I’m looking for. The clerk cuts me off and tells me what it is. I said no (and I’m 100% positive that’s not it). He goes yes, that’s what it is. I turned around and left. Will never set foot there again. They lost a sale, and a customer forever. I’ll find it somewhere else.
Zero stars in possible. Called for parts availability on a Friday (7/26) and was told parts were at warehouse and would be in on Saturday, call back. Wife called back this morning Saturday (7/27) and Rob told her parts were still at warehouse and they didn't have enough drivers to go to the warehouse. Offered to go to warehouse herself to pickup and he said that could work and would call back. Didn't hear back so she called to followup and Rob told her they didn't have parts for the Nissan. She told Rob the parts she called for were for a Buick, he told her it was for a Nissan and hung up on her. I only know this because I just got home and walked into the house to hear the last few words of the call.
Called Advanced Auto and they had everything in stock, gave me 15% off, and a free oil filter. There and back in 15mins.
NAPA (Rob) pulled the whole treat my wife like an idiot and hang when we were willing to go drive to the warehouse ourselves and then pay you almost $900 for parts.
No more NAPA for me and Rob needs a talk.
Absolutely horrid customer service. I thought they had "Napa know how" but they're all disinterested with helping me figure heads or tails of what I need.
Strike 1 is that I bought the wrong oil for my car and wasn't steered away from it. They also sold me generic store brand filter rather than explain the difference for me to make an informed discussion.
Strike 2 was when I brought back the oil, both cashier's were on their personal phones talking to someone and one was eating BK out in the open like it was no big deal. I returned the oil and asked for a battery terminal only for him to offer "I won't have something like that, I can try to order that for ya" but he completes the return and says have a nice day. Completely had and lost a sale in moment.
Going to rock auto to order the part now. Thanks for nothing Napa.
Always have the parts I need and usually at a comparable price, staff has always helped me get what I need efficiently and even helped me carry it when I was having back issues.
I came in today to get a headlight restoration kit and a set of headlight bulbs. Frank helped me split my purchase between two cards, and Colby suggested to me I get some washer fluid with de icer for the winter, I bought two gallons and he helped me bring them out to my car. Overall great experience with the guys over at napa.
Great place to get auto parts and they have very convenient hours, open early and open late. They have a good stock and can get out of stock items quickly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
My son was in a motorcycle accident in front of that NAPA store today in Clifton Park and the employees went well ,above and beyond to help him. Still being very safe with safety procedures. Very awesome, and I'm very grateful. Thanks guys. Your the best!!!
Friendly and the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I needed , had some great tips for what I was doing to my beloved Saab. I was impressed because most of the time once you say Saab most people don't know anything about them. Anyway great experience.
Order online, pick up in store was easy, but I couldn't pay online... That will become an issue when I want to pay for it and have my mechanic pick it up to do work on a vehicle when I'm unavailable.
Very helpful people! I was misled by Midas that I needed to replace the entire exhaust system of my 2005 Accord and the parts alon would cost 1600$. I went to Napa to check if they had the parts and how much they would really cost. A lady, who I think was the manager, gave me a quote and advised a mechanic who would replace the exhaust and charge only the labor. The total cost of the parts was only 540$. A day later I came back and bought the parts and took my car to Bob, the mechanic at Halfmoon Auto Care (12 Firehouse Rd). He was very honest with me and told me that I didn't need any of the parts. I took the parts back to Napa, and they refunded the money I paid.

Although this was just a phone interaction, I found the staff to be quite competent courteous and professional. I needed a price quote on a battery and the person answering the phone gathered the information quickly and accurately, was back to me in under a minute with a price, and told me that they had them in stock.
Nice easy experience, will definitely deal with this NAPA again.

Advanced auto parts didn't have the part and when we ordered it they lost it, went to Napa they not only had the part there but they had two different ones because of a production split. Got it right then and there
