Good afternoon. It been 3 days since County waste not picked up our Garbage. We live on Collamer Rd off of Silverbeach rd in Malta. I was told because we live on a dirt rd they were not able to get down our rd..I disagree..our road been plowed since Friday night & Saturday morning. We haven't gotten snow since Friday.. If the UPS, Amazon, FedEx & Twins bridges among other vehicles got down here your truck could of gotten down here. My neighbor plow this rd good enough for your guy to pull in our driveway & back out or even enough to pull up to the end of the road for him to back in our driveway & pull out. Now I was told we have to wait till Monnday. Meanwhile garbage gonna be piles up. We received no phone call or nothing. I think we should credit back for this since our garbage was

They were good for several years, then they missed two out of four pick ups one month. We called them, we wrote to them and it was hard to get a response. When we did, they claimed our bins were not out when they came to get them. I sent screenshots from our doorbell to prove they were out and never heard back. Additionally, they’ve been leaking trash throughout the neighborhood and in our front lawn, the app doesn’t work, there is no notification of schedule changes and for a full year I received messages saying my bill was unpaid and going to collections when it had been paid. Quality and customer service diminished rapidly and we switched companies. Not recommended.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your years of dedicated service as our trash driver. You have always been dependable, consistently picking up our trash without any issues. That kind of reliability truly makes a difference, and it has never gone unnoticed. We genuinely appreciate the hard work you’ve done over the years. If circumstances were different, we would have gladly continued our service. However, in these economic times, we have to make the best financial decisions for our family. Please know how grateful we are for everything you’ve done. Wishing you all the best moving forward.

Our driver Ricky goes above and beyond especially when cans get knocked over. He will jump right out of the truck to pick them up. He always waves at us with a friendly smile. Thank you for all your hard work!

I have been with County Waste for 2 + years and I'm finally switching services because I have lost patience in paying for a service that basically doesn't work. Just in the passed year they have missed at least 12 to 13 pick ups. I have called the office to get this issue resolved many times and gave up and accepted this for a while. This passed week was the straw that broke the camels back. They entirely missed our pick up, and even when you call to get it resolved, they don't send a driver to get it, it ends up being the following week. This always seems to be on a week when we really need it where our pails are full as well. Which is agonizingly frustrating despite it being coincidental. The biggest issue I have is the office doesn't do ANYTHING to resolve it. They don't send another driver and because my pick up is at the end of the week, by the time I go down to get my pails on either Friday night or Saturday morning the offices are closed. So even if I wait until Monday-- they just don't even send another driver because my pick up is on Friday and they don't want to spend the extra money doing so. NOR do they comp a month or try to resolve it in ANY way possible. It's beyond pathetic and I cannot stand this company any longer. My advice -- go with twin bridges. County Waste is terrible.

Please train your employees to properly secure their load. 1/21/2026 approx 11:45AM Truck #121 traveling southbound on I-87 between Exits 10 & 9. I was behind this truck for 1 exit, or about 5 minutes, and they had multiple large pieces of trash (boxes, plastic, etc.) fly out of their truck and onto the highway. In addition to littering, this is also a safety hazard. Please keep our communities safe and clean- secure your load!

Eric Boughton in truck 582 has been out for a few weeks with an injury. He has been greatly missed. We are so happy he’s back. He does an awesome job never misses. I give him five stars and his teammate Chuck.

They were once great, but now we’ve experienced 4 missed pick ups in the last 5 weeks. Nobody answers the phone and when you write to customer service, they refuse to give you credit or do anything at all to make it right. Trash piling up outside and we pay exponentially more to have them come up our very long driveway as we do not have a truck.

We have been customers of County Waste for 5 years, during which time our rates have increased significantly. Unfortunately, the increased rates were not accompanied by improved service. For the past 3 weeks, our recyclables have not been picked up despite regular billing for this service. While garbage collection continued, we were effectively paying for a recycling service we were not receiving. Paying for services that are not being delivered is simply unacceptable. When a company cannot fulfill its basic obligations or provide accessible customer support to address problems, it's time to find a more reliable provider.

Customer service: have called 3 times, each time on hold for 20 to 30 mins, but being hung up on twice & sent to voicemail the 3rd time - voicemail after being on hold for 20 mins. If you are gling to have a voicemail option, just send me there, dont make me wait 20 mins to do so. Its not like you were closing - still had plenty of time left in the day & i was caller number 4 out of 21 (at the point in time of voicemail).

County Waste is very dependable and are good at communicating any short delays. Their drivers are courteous and conscientious about putting the containers back in place.

Trash and recycling pick ups are reliable and on time. Our driver, Michael G., is as pleasant and nice as can be. He is aware of the large number of children we have in our neighborhood and is careful when they are around.

Nick B is my company garbage man. He’s great, we have a tight parking lot so he often notifies me when he’s here so we can move our vehicles and our garbage doesn’t get missed. Appreciate him and all he does ! Thank you from the Janitronics and Actions Window team !

Dear Valued Customer your bill just increased by 8% or $10 per billing period because of inflationary costs. I thought gas prices were down below $3 and inflation was less than 3%. This is price gouging and greed. We need real competition not two companies owned by the same people.

Nick B is our driver. Our commercial dumpster service has been outstanding thanks to our driver. He shows schedule every time, handles the container with precision, and keeps the area clean - no spills, no debris, no headaches. Even when the lot is tight or the weather is brutal, he gets it done without disrupting business. You can tell he takes pride in his work and respects the property. Reliable, professional, and consistent.

My driver Joey B. is very personable, and caring. I had forgot to take my trash can to the road one week, joey had parked the truck got out and walked up the driveway to the side of the house and emptied it and brought it back! super thankful this man is my driver!

I’ve had a top-notch experience with my garbage company, and I have to say, our driver Joey B is something special. Not only is he always friendly and professional, but he somehow manages to make garbage day the highlight of the week! Joey’s attention to detail and charm definitely set him apart. It’s not every day you find someone who can make trash collection so delightful—definitely recommend Joey and the company!

Driver feels unsafe doing pick up on our road in the winter, such total BS, we are charged but no service and no credit/refund. Everyone on my road has cars, they have no problem with the road, FEDEX, UPS & Twin Bridges has no problem with the road. This is a SCAM EXCUSE TO CUT BACK ON SERVICE. They offer a service to pick up your trash on a weekly basis, however, they are not consistent and come only when it is convenient for them. They claim that if you put in a ticket for a Missed pick up. They will reschedule a pick up, but they never show up for missed pick ups either. The only thing they don’t forget to do is charge your credit card, but they do not provide the service as charged and you can't do anything about it since you have to prepay and no credits or refunds authorized.

We’ve had a great experience with this trash company, but I especially want to call out our driver, Joey. He consistently goes above and beyond—always reliable, careful with the cans, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s refreshing to see someone who shows up with a positive attitude and does the job right every time. Employees like Joey truly make a difference and represent the company in the best way. Highly recommend!

Thank you David Zimmer & County Waste for always picking up our garbage and recycle on time every week. Their price is reasonable compared to Twin Bridges which now hikes it's monthly price by almost 33% which is absurd. County Waste is better than Twin Bridges.

They don't pick up yard waste consistently like they say they will. Our town doesn't do this for us, so we rely on them to do so. It's been almost 2 months since they last came and there is now snow on our bags - they have said they would come multiple times but never show up. Extremely unreliable service.

Please keep the hours of operation for the transfer station at this address (1927 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065) UPDATED ONLINE AND ON YOUR WEBSITE. Only the office hours are listed here, which are not the same as the transfer station. I had to drive all the way to your location just to find out you changed your hours. The website only has an address and phone number, no hours of operation listed anywhere. The phone message does not state hours of operation, and no one answers the phone. Since the business is incapable of listing their hours, I'm posting a picture so other people don't have to experience the frustration I did.

I ordered the start of residential trash and recycling pickup service from this company. They failed to deliver the bins in a timely fashion, and instructed me to put my garbage out for my first pickup assuring me a special work order was placed to take my trash without the bins they provide. I lugged my trash out to the end of my driveway at 1am the day of the pickup, and when I returned at 7pm that evening the trash was still there and I had to lug it back inside. When I reached out to customer service, they instructed me to "continue to leave bags and boxes curbside" for them to pick up "as soon as possible." This is not a satisfactory response. I will not leave trash at the end of my driveway indefinitely hoping for them to follow through on the service they promised and which I already paid for. In my culture (American Consumer), wasting my time, failing to do what you say you're going to do after I've already paid you, and then making excuses is considered highly disrespectful. I've already requested a full refund because this company has failed to provide the service I paid for at the time they said they would provide it, and I have zero tolerance for having my time wasted.

The garbage pickup service has been excellent—reliable, courteous, and consistently thorough. They always arrive on schedule, handle everything neatly, and leave the area clean. It’s clear they take pride in doing a good job, and it shows in their professionalism and consistency. Highly recommended.

I requested an exchange of my large bins for the smallest ones on September 17th. I kept getting AI responses by email. It was supposed to take 3 weeks. I called today and was told that they have no drivers to pick them up and it will be October 15th...now 4 weeks. I payed 2 weeks in advance for October-December. The girl I spoke to was very rude with 0 personality. If they don't handle it the 15th, I will cancel my service. No way to do business!

We had repeated issues with this company’s service. Many times after recycling pickup, bottles and other items were left scattered at the end of our driveway/ditch because the truck didn’t empty the bins properly. This week, they completely missed our scheduled pickup. I called every single day, and each time was told a ticket had been opened and someone would be out. That never happened. Yesterday I was told dispatch confirmed it would be picked up today, and still no one came. I requested service multiple times, but it now seems they never intended to send anyone. We’ve since cancelled our service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This company broke my parents recycling container and has provided 5 dates for exchange and still has not exchanged the containers. My poor parents have not been able to bring their container back up to the house because the wheels were broken by the pickup service. They do not keep their word and my parents are suffering for their faults.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. The past 2 summers, trying to get county waste to take yard waste was impossible. I submitted several requests over the past few years to get yard bags picked up. I might get them to remove it once per month. The pics are of bags on the curb rotting over the past month without pickups. It’s supposed to be weekly removal. I just switched to twin bridges. I’ve slowly seen my neighborhood switch over the past 5 years. I understand why.. avoid county waste if you can.

Company started off great with great prices. Then slowly started hiking up the price with absolutely no explanation or warning. Called their office today and spoke to a very nice gentleman, and since that have received seven automated voicemails and 16 emails…. if I could give zero stars I would. Update for a week later. Photos to show how much of a joke this place is. Was asked to leave my bins outside to be picked up Wednesday. It is now Saturday and still there.
