Excellent staff and service, VERY polite and professional. They are Reputable, honest and trustworthy! I Highly recommend this shop! I Had to go back to this shop since, I am now a loyal customer. Again, they saved me from a serious situation that, I had with my car and I got quotes from other places for thousands $$$ more!!! I would not take my car anywhere else. I don’t care if it’s a brand new car or an old car! They are absolutely THE best! I can’t tell you how many times they’ve helped me in situations where other shops refused to work with me on the price. If you want your car done right and not get ripped off, It would be your best interest to take your car here! Period⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They do not guarantee their work and they treat their customers with no respect. I spent over $1800 in repairs and they wouldn’t honor the work that they did. I would not recommend them at all. The lady in the front desk has not people skills whatsoever. She is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

Only go here if u absolutely have no other option these peoples are horrible they allow no extension and will cut your car off over $2.50 even tho you’ve never missed a payment they do not work with they’re customers and they amount u pay in car note u can buy new fix your credit these typ dealers alone!!!

These guys saved our butt. We were stranded and didn't get to the shop until after close. They stayed late and got us on our way! Super friendly and very clean shop!

Thank you very much for your honesty, fairness, and great service. I was driving down the road and had my CV axel blow out from housing. I was able to baby the car to Patriot Auto about .5 miles away. I showed up at 3:30 PM. I meant Brian the owner and some of the crew. I could not be more impressed with their friendliness, respect, and good nature. Brian and his Mechanic Pat through the car up on the life verified the issue. My mind was blown how quick and thorough they were. They ordered a replacement axel and had it arrive and installed. I was out the door at 5pm. I really respect Brian and the shop in total. Great team, great place, great people. My busy has been firmly earned.

Excellent shop. Very knowledgeable about all makes and models. Never had any issues with service and fair prices especially for the quality of the work they do.. I'm a repeat customer he works on my classic muscle car and my Subaru. Great shop..

Installed rear axle unit in my truck with the wrong gear ratio, so my truck is no longer 4wd. Promised to make good on it because they gave me a 3 month warranty, and after 4 tries, gave up trying to get a return phone call, let alone a solution. They also replaced a brake caliper with a faulty one that chewed up a brand new rotor after a few months of driving it. Repaired emergency brake and didn’t reconnect the wire that alerts when the brake is on. They don’t seem too worried about return business, just charging top dollar for a horrible job. Not recommended.

Been working with Brian Darcy for over 25 yrs. The best, most knowledgeable, and honest automotive tech expert you will ever find in the Hudson Valley! And Joan in the office is warm, caring and knowledgeable about parts & prices. A great team!

Great customer service along with fair prices. As we all know dealerships can be a little pricey. Not these guys. They give you the best price along with great mechanical work. You need a mechanic? I recommend them!

We were traveling to our vacation when our oil warning came in suddenly. Now maybe we could have waited but we were in a panic since we just finished paying off our car loan. I called my sister in law who recommended and called ahead to Joan and although it was almost 4:30 Brian and Joan agreed they could help us. We showed up ten minutes later, were met in the driveway by Joan, up in the lift, oil changed the and on our way 20 minutes later. Both of them were so warm and welcoming, all felt like a bit of a hug in what was a stressful moment. No extra charge, just extra helpfulness and competence. And the office/reception area was so comfortable and attractive. All was great. Thanks to both of you!!

Brian at Patriot Automotive is a skilled mechanic. I had a gear change done on a 1970 oldsmobile 12 bolt rear end. Great job at a good fair price done on time. He runs a profesional shop and its super clean. They take pride in their shop and work. If you are going to a chain shop for work think twice when you have this type of quality shop in your area.

I have to show the most appreciation to Patriot Automotive and their team especially Joan! I had car problems and looked at it, went back to the dealer to verify warranty and did not take advantage, was honest and thorough. They did more work then they needed to to help me without even knowing me! They really are a genuine, kind and honest shop! Worth going to them and I would recommend to anyone and continue to talk so highly of Joan! Thank you guys for all of your help! My heart melted!!!

My buddy told me about Brian two years ago he said go to patriot he does excellent work and I have been going there ever since. I own a 2002 Regal a 1993 Regal a 1979 c/10 pick up truck and he keeps all of them running and inspected. I want to thank him for the the times that he has helped me with my vehicle's

Been going to Brian for a while now. Only guy I trust with my car. He not only has the tools but has the knowledge as well. Went to another shop and they where trying to get me to drop $1500 on parts I didn't need. Brian was honest about what I needed and did the work for only $350!!! Great guy and great shop!

Brian is one of the most honest people I have come across in a long time. I have had a few repairs over the course of 2019 and early 2020. He could have easily ripped me off on an exhaust repair. He put the car on the lift, spotted the problem right away, and got me out of the shop for $30.00. Brian this review is long over due. You are one of two mechanics in dutchess county that actually take the time out to explain what is wrong, what it will take, and cost.... and more importantly why it costs what it does. I wish you all the best.

Best repair shop around to bring any type of of vehicle you have. Whether it be a hot rod or a daily driver Brian can fix it all. He is honest and does not try to make you more spend more money than you have to, which is hard to find these days. Joan in the office is a pleasure to deal with. Always fast and reliable service. We were stranded from another state Late with a car that broke down. Brian diagnosed our car and got the part and fixed it quickly the next day. Joan was so kind to give us a ride to the Hotel and picked us up the next day. Our car is running Super they did a great job! Brian and Joan were incredibly kind and a blessing to us!!!!! They went way beyond and saved us! We Highly Recommend this company. Not only are they professional but they have amazing characters!!! We appreciate them!!!!

Sorted out my highly modified Shelby Mustang when it was giving me headache after headache. Friendly and HONEST mechanic which is a rare breed these days.
