Can’t say enough good things! They did a beautiful job with my car and their communication was excellent each step of the way. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get the job done even though I was out of network. They even found money in my car and returned it to me. Definitely an honest business!
The left side of my car bumper and right side Rocker Molding were really scratched up and the paint was really off. So I needed some repainting on my car, it was definitely a eye sore to see my car looking the way it did. A close friend recommended me to auto elegance more than once, and plus, wherever I went to service on the car, I got the same recommendation. So I went in to get a free estimate, I wasn’t getting Insurance involved. I really got a great price so I went with it. I do not regret my decision. Everyone that is working there treated me with the top notch respect as well. My car looks so brand new so much, I love it. They did such a great job. I highly recommend anyone reading this that needs any repainting, you will definitely not regret going to do auto work with Auto Elegance because the outcome will be amazing.
Auto Elegance is an excellent auto body shop. The customer service is terrific and the work they do is impeccable! I’ve brought my car there twice and couldn’t be any happier with their work. I had limited time in the Hudson Valley the week between Christmas and New Years to get the scratches and dings removed from my 2014 VW Passat. Auto Elegance had been highly recommended by family members in the area. Glen Castelli, the owner, accommodated me the day after Christmas - imagine! Simply incredible work - the car looks brand new. Glen gave me a little bottle of my touch-up paint. I told him that I'd bring it back to him "same time next year." And if I ever need serious body work done, I'll drive the two hours to Auto Elegance!
The only outstanding shop you can bring your car to. Wonderful customer service, extremely great work, very helpful. I would not allow anyone else to work on my car but auto elegance.
