Walked in, with my old presumably dead car battery. Death was quickly confirmed by their battery tester. Walked out 5 minutes later, with a new battery(after considering price/performance options). The counterman carried it out for me and put it in my trunk. Friendly. Professional, and Quick service.
The website sold me the wrong spark plugs even though I had my car entered correctly. The website even has a "guaranteed exact fit" feature. All the other parts were correct. I placed the order online and picked up in the store the next day. I started my tune up only to find out once I removed the first plug that the plugs were wrong and had to reassemble everything to drive back to the store to get the right plugs. The person at the counter acknowledged that they were indeed the wrong part but they were the parts that I had purchased online. He was not apologetic at all that a mistake had been made, and continued to insinuate that I ordered the wrong parts. The correct spark plugs were slightly more expensive and the discount I received as a promotion for ordering online was not honored towards the correct plugs. All in all it was only $6 more which is fine and I paid it but I am not happy with the costumer service or the fact that the whole ordeal ate up another 2 hours of my Saturday morning and the sales person couldn't have cared less.
Good store. Been going to this location for a long time. However, when i was at this store recently, i had a big screw in my tire and caused me a major inconvenience. Highly recommend employees to check the parking lot every so often for screws and any other hardware-debris so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
This place is amazing Peter was very professional and was happy to care of me with my wipers front and rear he also installed them for me as well he is a fantastic employee and provided great service.
Asked to get motor oil for my Son's lawn mower had no idea which one weight etc. Clerk assisted me & even spoke with my Son to be sure I got the right product which I very much appreciated
My low beam went out on my car on the way home. I pulled in, went in and gave them my car information. 10 minutes later I was driving safely again.

I walked up to the counter and spoke with Jim and told him what I needed regarding windshield wipers. He looked up my vehicle on the computer for the proper sizes walked over to the wiper rack picked out the ones I needed and went outside and installed them for me. Jim was a pleasure, he was very professional he had a good personality he did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I will not hesitate to return nor will I hesitate to tell people around me about the great service. Thank you Jim.
If you know what you want and get it yourself good. If you need the store personal to help you good luck they don't know what they are doing. I needed a gas cap and had to go back 3 times. I just got my money back and went some places else.
Just ok. Not very customer friendly. I walked in said good morning to receive no response back. These companies have to realize customer appreciation goes a long way. I only go here for the convenience ( location)
I can always start shopping at Auto Zone.

Needed a battery for my truck and I believe Nick was the associates name that helped me. He was helpful got me a Platinum Diehard battery with max CCA and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Thanks for making it quick and easy.
Amply stocked with most of what cars need, and much of what they do not. Items of utility and vanity of varying quality. The store's database matching vehicles to the parts catalog does not match, however, the vehicle's manual by year and trim. As for the staff, obviously one expects a certain degree of upselling and add-ons, but when you come in with a clear idea of what you need and thus expect an "in-out" scenario, to have to beat back FIVE additional offers and "recommendations" is excessive. Especially the whole "give us your phone number so that you can receive e-mails" inspires no confidence. Besides that, decent parking in lot out front.
Advance Auto Parts is not necessarily the cheapest place to get parts, but often that is a good thing! Advance typically carries better brands of parts than the other local discount parts store. Spend a little more money up front, it will save you aggravation in the end!
I recently visited Advance when I had a brake line burst. They not only had the nicopp brake line, and fittings I needed in stock, they also had the bubble flare tool in stock. 15 minutes, and I had everything I needed to make a neat, professional repair.
Staff at the store is friendly and knowledgable! Easy access for all, including wheelchairs. Clean environment with a welcoming atmosphere in my two recent visits. Will definitely be supporting this location again in the future. Easy to reach this store off rt. 9 coming from either direction, which is rare on that road.
The older gentleman working at this store on the evening of the 4th of July was an enormous help to me in repairing my malfunctioning '85 El Camino, helping to diagnose some disconnected / damaged wiring and advising on the tools and parts needed to repair it. Kudos to him for all of his help, and to the store for being open on the evening of a holiday! I wouldn't have been able to drive home otherwise.
Friendly and experienced was buying headlight for my audi a4 its $100 but didn't look like mine the gentlemen noticed it was another bulb than listed in the computer gave me the correct one saving me from a $100 mistake thank you and bravo team Advance Auto job well done...PEACE
If you need a part immediately they usually can get it same day if it's not in stock, prices are reasonable. Ask for Jim, very helpfull and he'll take the time to help solve your car problem! Company is lucky to have him!!
Good knowledgeable people. I suggest if you buy online to look up the current coupon code, it'll usually save you 25 - 30% off so it's worth it. I never buy a car battery or a larger Auto part without using the current Google searched code. The code is put in right before you make the purchase.
Always quick and easy to get what I need and get out. Always check on their website before going in, there's usually some deals going on. Free tools if you need it, and the employees are always helpful.
IT WAS SIMPLE JUST A BATTERY. THE PERSON WHO SOLD IT TO ME TOLD ME THAT HE CAN INSTALL IT. I though great, as he was installing it, I asked him if he cleaned the battery ends. ..he told me a new battery you don't have to clean. SO I told him to stop and finished it myself. .
Went in for a particular item, unfortunately the item was sold out and they weren't sure when they would get another one. The sales person was very nice but I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the part before making the trip
Awesome Service. I went in with a part that they did not stock and Ed was right on the case. Found me a replacement , delivered the next day, at a fraction of the cost from the dealership!
