I go here all the time. Fast, convenient and they provide the bags. To make it easy on myself I keep a running total as I place bottles in the bag.
The staff is friendly and courteous every visit.
I have been going to different locations of this establishment since Covid hit and I have not had any issues. All employees are courteous and I don't have a problem counting my bottles and cans. It makes it so much easier for me and them. I walk in with my bags, tell them the count, I get paid and a fresh bag and I am on my way. It's so much easier than going to a grocery store and using the dirty machines. Thank ylu
Count your bottles at home it's not that hard, and makes the process quicker. Besides this is 100x quicker than doing it at the machines that get jammed every other bottle, and you are forced for wait 20 minutes for some one from the store to show up and fix it.
I see were people is putting up bad comments about the team at rte 9 first of all my grandmother went there had a beautiful experience. People if counting your bottles at home is saving the next person lives so be it. These people have family to and they come out to service us. To the African American Man that work there thank You for being you. People think that smiling and Laughing is a crime these days. I hope your boss see this and tell you thank you to you and the team that was there today. A & A Redemption thank you for being open to accept the item you do accept.
ZERO customer service skills and beyond rude. My own father doesn't even talk to me like that. Should have done something with yourself so your not stuck counting used bottles
Went there this morning. Havent been since before covid. Their current policy is ridiculous. Counting your own bottles, only allowed to be inside for 2mins or atleast I was told. One customer inside at a time with a mask on 6 feet away is fine and would work. New policy is senseless. I can be waiting at regular locations ex: doctor office where people are waiting several minutes 20 minutes with mask on seperated make sense.
Customer service went bad!!! Walked in and African American said sir did you count your cans and said no. He catches a nasty attitude. He goes cant you read the letter on the door? I mean the 11 signs you have on the door and I was like no. Being nasty and an attitude he lost my business. Cant handle the heat then get out of the kitchen.
