Had a pleasant and successful experience buying my first Nissan here! Brittany helped us find a new 2026 Rogue with everything we wanted. She was kind, professional, and efficient. Car shopping can be tiresome and intimidating, she was very transparent and helpful from start to finish. I did have some issues connecting the Nissan phone app with my car after purchasing however Brittany remained in contact with me to assist until it was resolved. John Mahoney was my Salesman. The car I was interested in was just brought there. It wasn't ready for sale. John had it cleaned for a test drive the next day. We went for a drive and John is so cordial, not the typical Salesman type, just a good guy. Still early in the sale, but I believed he had MY interests in mind, not dollars. I had a great experience dealing with Majd Nesheiwat . After speaking with him on the phone, we agreed to a value on my car. He had me submit a few pictures and he even came up to Kingston to pick it up. The whole process could not have been easier or more professional. I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re selling your car and I will definitely check them out next time I am purchasing based on this experience..

I had my 2017 Sentra towed here for a key fob connection issue. I am from out of state and was in NY for the holidays and my car would not start after changing the battery in the key fob and needed to be able to drive back down to South Carolina. I ended up having my spare key fob overnighted in the mail to me which ended up working so I did not need service on my car, but when I picked up my car. My Driver door handle was ripped off. And an ink pen exploded in my passenger side interior, which I was able to clean but for not even servicing my car how does this happen? I have tried to reach out by filling out their online contact form. I have pictures with Time stamps from immediately upon pickup. I did not go in to talk to them about this. I had to get back down to South Carolina. I drove immediately from the dealership down to South Carolina, and they didn’t even do anything to my car, they just made it worse. So thanks for that at this point, I’ve accepted the L and whatever but maybe think about not taking your car here. Not to mention they had horrible communication skills, I get it was around the holidays but the least you could do is not break my door handle ❤️ thanks sm!

I purchased that red Honda Accord sport and it had massive road noise and bearing noise, but they said it was fine. They sold me the car with a massive mouse nest in the engine and blower motor. The actuator that changes the mode of where it blows, face feet floor defroster and its own for the passenger side. That did not work on the driver side as it was blowing cold air in the middle of winter and the blonde young rude service advisor said it’s a Honda thing, I own a new one and it does that. Along with the issues, it was missing the entire front undercarriage and front wheel-well liners along with the rear fabric wheel-well liners collapsing down, opening up the car for animals and water to get in. I immediately told them I do not want this car as they said all of these noises and blower issues were normal. They then found me a used Altima very rare kind with low miles. It had front bumper damage that they repaired but did not do 100% and skipped some important painting spots. Left out the back bumper having a HUGE paint chip that’s Tiffany Blue on it, and the rear upper bumper needing to be painted itself. I test drove the car and it had front wheel bearing noise. They denied it, sold me the car and I told them it was still there. Drove back a week later to take the service manager Vinny for a ride and THEN he says “oh yes that bearing noise.” So it got “fixed” the following next days as I was set up for an appt the next morning. I live an hour away and as I arrive that morning for the appointment they scheduled to NO LOANER vehicle. And was forced to drive back an hour north, late to work and drove back down the next day to try again, and got a loaner. Throughout this entire time my front radar after 10 minutes of driving would pop up saying “radar blocked” And the light would stay on. Their service department swore to me it was due to either it being cold outside, it being dirty etc. Mind you this entire time I have no front radar system, any of its front radar safety systems or cruise control due to this issue. The car upon test driving a week earlier had a clear windshield. When I picked it up it had a big scratch mark from metal on the glass as if the wipers were bald or someone had got rocks or something stuck in the wipers, which they changed and left behind deep scratches I cannot get out unless I claim it on my insurance as the dealer would not rectify this along with my front radar issue, and the back bumper needing work. Weeks later I bring my car to a reputable Nissan dealer to have them put on new tires since Poughkeepsie Nissan would not and they had just enough tread to pass inspection. I was told to come out to the work area and was shown that ALL FOUR OF my RIMS were bent and each rim was layered in wheel-weights so I could not feel it. So now my car feels horrible since it has new tires on bent wheels that the master tech from that dealer 100% says these were sold to you like this especially with the wheels being covered in weights and they have pictures of this also. And my front radar…….well that is supposed to be behind the Nissan emblem facing forward to see the cars in FRONT of mine. All of this talk about mine being cold or it being dirty was another lie. They technician showed me how the sensor is bent and sticking straight up under the hood latch release area so that’s why my front radar message keeps coming on. So now I am stuck with this car needing several repairs and they did not add the wheel warranty on it as we discussed. It was the only thing left out apparently so now I have to pay for 4 new rims, either claim the windshield under my insurance or pay for it out of pocket. Fix the front radar out of pocket if it’s not covered and the sensor alone is over $1000, then do the paint work on the rear bumper and fix the areas in the front bumper they missed. Do NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you have one I suggest turning it in and going elsewhere. Please do not suffer like I am and be stuck with a car 1 month later with 52,000 miles on it needing over $3000 worth of repairs.

I walked into the dealership with low expectations, based on the reputation that dealerships get, specifically when dealing with members of a sales team. I was proven wrong when I met Brittany Rice, Sales Consultant. Britt is an all-star! From the initial greeting when I walked into the dealership, to closing the car deal, I was blown away by her professionalism, knowledge and genuine attitude. She listened to my car needs and made sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Even on the day of closing, Brittany went above and beyond to make sure my 2020 Toyota Tacoma was spotless inside and shining outside. I cannot say enough good things about Poughkeepsie Nissan’s service and sales teams! I drive a 2015 Infiniti Q50 3.7, and after months of nonstop stress, frustration, and over $1,700 wasted elsewhere, they completely turned my situation around in just three hours. After being repeatedly told I needed new throttle bodies by this other shop, Poughkeepsie Nissan immediately got to the root of the problem. The throttle body itself was never the issue — my car simply needed a proper throttle relearn, as it wasn’t done properly initially. They also cleaned my other throttle body instead of replacing it unnecessarily, which saved me even more money. On top of that, they completed a wheel alignment, and my car now drives absolutely beautifully. What really stood out was how communicative and thorough they were. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly and honestly, and provided a detailed, transparent invoice so I fully understood what was done and why. It was such a relief to finally work with a team that truly knows these cars and doesn’t push unnecessary repairs. After months of headaches, it felt amazing to finally leave with my car running exactly the way it should. I am beyond grateful to Poughkeepsie Nissan and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and top-tier service.

Husband and I always have a good experience here. Recently went in for an oil change and a tire rotation—my service advisor was Maria. She was extra helpful and the service ended up more affordable and quicker than I had expected. Really appreciate this level of care and professionalism on a simple service from a dealership that I didn’t even get the car from. Will go there when I’m in the market next.

My vehicle was just recently serviced at Poughkeepsie Nissan. I dealt with Kimberly as my service advisor but everybody over there all the way from the pots room and the service team are amazing. Five star A+ great team players they got me a loaner car got me in and out they fixed my vehicle even though it had a third-party warranty and they worked with me and got everything fixed 123 and the detailing company that they used was by far amazing. Took care of my car. In-N-Out cleaned it if it wasn’t for them as I have posted before the old ownership was terrible and I put really bad reviews for them beforehand but the new ownership that Poughkeepsie Nissan is dealing with now is amazing and the service team is great. Kimberly was a great 100% team player and help me with everything. I will be going back there very soon for service again.

I contacted Nissan of Poughkeepsie to sell my car and got nothing but the best experience from Majd Al Nesheiwat. It took less than 4 hours from the time we spoke on the phone to my check in my hand. I am also 9 months pregnant so Majd actually came to pick up the car from me. The entire transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, extreamly fair and overall just a great person when it comes to a stressful situation such as buying or selling a car. We will definitely be back to Poughkeepsie Nissan and asking for Majd in the future and recommending everyone we know to go see him for their car needs. I had brought a 2022 nissan sentra as my first car from here. Olivia was my sales person and she was amazing. She made the process very easy, she was very honest, happy, outgoing and wasn’t to pushy or anything of that sort. So far I brought the car in for service twice for something as little as my window button just needing to be fixed and what i thought was i needed new brakes ( I wasn’t 100% sure just a girl being cautious) but the service was amazing . They got me in and out quick for the window and for the brakes which i did not need done, G, one of the service people showed us the brakes and explained what we should look out for and all of that which was really appreciated i havent seen that at any other dealership. Tom which is the dealership manager was also amazing.. Overrall my experience here was/is amazing i have no complaints

I took my car in for service with no intention of leasing a new car that day. Julianna S was such a great salesperson she was able to help me upgrade my car to a brand new Kicks. She’s very knowledgeable and fair and walked me thru the entire process. The finance team was able to work with me to take my trade in and offered me a great value for it. Sharing my excellent experience with John Mahoney . He contacted me to see if I was interested in receiving a trade in quote on my 2017 Rouge SV while it was getting maintenance work done. I figured why not I had an hour to kill..Mahoney was the sweetest to me and my kids. I ended up being interested in a 2025 Murano SV . Mahoney went over all the features with me and the kids, he answered all the questions we had. He informed me about different leasing options and finance options .He was respectful of my budget and found a 2020 Murano platinum that worked best for me. Mahoney is very knowledgeable about the Murano’s as well. He found me the best deal and went above and beyond. He even made sure the kids and I had water and snacks while we waited on paperwork. He was excellent and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. He was not a pushy salesman which is hard to find especially when you’re a women car shopping alone . He now has a repeat customer going forward . I recommend him to everyone, you’ll have a great experience.

We are back again.... well we came to service our 2021 Nissan Rouge and ended up in the showroom to see Nicholas (Nico). He is our favorite so whenever we come by we MUST say hi. When taking a stroll on the grounds I saw a beautiful 2026 Nissan Rougue Rock Creek. Did I fall in love? YES! So of course, my husband and I are now walking out with THAT! ? Nico is that good! He doesn't push, he doesn't pressure. He's an amazing sales man that explains the vehicles in detail and even gives test drives without any indication that I would be getting a new car. Following my purchase, i returned the vehicle for a shifting issue. I agreed (foolishly) to let their tech ,at their request, drive the truck to diagnose. Never found the shifting issue, but i got the truck back with a rod knock. the vehicle needed a motor, . No follow-up, poor communication, and no quality control. Had to bring the vehicle back for coolant issues and powersteering noise. This all because I asked them to diagnose a shifting issue. Which still has not been addressed. I'm extremely disappointed. Update 5/22/25 This whole experience has left me speechless. 5/27 FINALLY was reimbursed for the tow. After repeated phone calls and over a month of wait time, I was finally able to pick up my reimbursement for a mechanical failure that shouldn't have happened due to lack of quality control. 9/8/25 update, left the truck for service, asked the rep to leave the keys accessible. Locked them up and went home...... this service department cares very little for their customers.

I went to Poughkeepsie Nissan just out of curiosity about a mailing I received. I have been wanting a truck for quite some time and I saw one they were selling that was of interest. Sadly by the time I went there someone else already purchased the truck I was looking at. I was working with Brittany to find the perfect truck and I kept looking for about another week and I saw what I liked and made another appt. She was looking for the perfect truck for me and she found it! I test drove a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and I fell in love with this truck immediately especially since it was fully loaded. So since they already approved me for a car loan this baby is now mine!!! I would highly recommend Poughkeepsie Nissan and Brittany was the best!!
