Ever since the recent change of management the service at Firestone has improved immensely. Noah especially has been an excellent new adviser and goes beyond what’s requested to guarantee and make a good experience even though car repairs can be stressful. The new customer oriented experience and taking the time to explain is greatly appreciated. .They are very accommodating and have done excellent work on my car.

This Firestone has been an incredible partner over the last 5 years I lived in the area. Brandi especially has been helpful with clear explanations of work and timelines. I have purchased tires at this location for my two vehicles and have had excellent customer support throughout their usable lifetime. The lifetime alignment is such a good deal. I love this store.

My daughter is at school there and this location was there for her automotive needs when I was not able to assist her. They provided EXCELLENT SERVICE at a fair price. I would recommend this location in a heartbeat! Thank you to the 2 Firestone Managers!

I had an appointment for 11:00 am. After going to the desk after a half hour the girl tells me we have to get everyone in. Why bother making a appointment if it doesn't mean anything? They brought the car in at 12:00pm. The car came out at 1:00 pm. A long time for an oil change. I asked to have the tire preasure adjusted to 37 lb's. Which was not done.

I just want to thank Jason Carter the store manager for being professional, and understanding. The last 3 times I have went there he doesn't make me feel like I am being ripped off. He just fixed what I asked with no hassles. Thats what I am looking for in a store manager and tire shop. Thank you Jason for letting these experiences be that much less stressful!

I didn't expect to have the work done on my 2001 Tahoe until the following day, considering I dropped it off around noon on 10/30/25. Not only did I purchase 4 Bridgestone tires; I had the front end aligned as well as an "under the hood check" and battery load test. I received a call that it was finished around 5:00PM. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to up sell me anything I didn't ask for. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done on my Tahoe and I want thank the entire staff of the Poughkeepsie Firestone Complete Auto Care for their professionalism.

I had a great experience with Noah at Firestone! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s not always easy finding a mechanic you can trust, but Noah definitely made me feel confident and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for him if you go to Firestone!

Went there with appointment at 9:30 am left the car for changing just 2 tires came back at 3:10 pm then didn’t even touch it from the place I left it! No apology, not a call to say I’m sorry we need to reschedule for another day! Gave me the car key back, and told me to come another day, but not sure if I should go back!

Dropped my truck off for new tires 8:00 am they asked when needed it back I said 2:30 or so and that’s when they called me said truck was ready to go.they also found my alignment was out so the asked me if I wanted the service and I said yes. Every one at the shop was knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. Very pleased with the service at this shop.

I had a great experience. Brandi got me in and out within time frame given. Given the recommended fixes, will be back for all my automotive needs and will definitely recommend to friends

Brandi is so kind and understanding - I got a flat and was already having a stressful day. I needed to be to work - Brandi took me in immediately and started the process which was done in about 30 minutes! She and her team really helped me out big time ! What sets him apart is not only his expertise, but his honesty and communication. Brandi was very accomplished and detailed in my last oil change service. She recommended I get the car package for 10.00 and it included a detailed look over and tire rotation which was very helpful - I found out I needed brakes soon and she quoted me tires too ! I’ll deff be back and will highly recommend Brandi always !

I've enjoyed every experience I've had at Firestone. The work is done well and well priced. Brandy at the front desk has assisted me with both making appointments and during them and is always nice and keeps me updated about things. I'll continue to have my car serviced there

We recently visited friends in the area and we noticed the engine light turn on. Before we went back to Staten Island, we decided to go to your establishment to see what was wrong. When we got there, we were helped by someone named Brandi and she assured us that everything was going to be ok. I don't like visiting places like this because some people try to force you to buy things or to make unnecessary repairs. Brandi was the opposite of this. Firestone Complete Auto Care in Wappingers Falls is the best! Every time I walk in, Brandi and Jason greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome right away. They communicate so well — they explain everything clearly, are upfront about what’s needed, and always take the time to answer my questions. Jimmy in the shop does excellent work and clearly takes pride in making sure my car is running perfectly. Everyone here is friendly, accommodating, and makes the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate how honest and transparent they are with their service — I always know exactly what’s going on with my car and why. It’s hard to find a place that’s both this welcoming and this reliable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Made an appointment with Brandi to have my oil pan replaced.Brandi let me know it was going to take about 2 hours, it was completed in 1 1/2 hours. When checking out she was very pleasant and helpful. I will be back to get 4 new tires soon.

Brought my sisters vehicle in for an oil change ( it needed it badly and she's too busy to find time) When I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young lady, Brandi. While the truth of it is, the encounter and interaction a was brief and simple part of my day; she was kind and genuine. And nowadays, that means something. I hope to see her again when I come back to do the oil change on my own vehicle, its nice to see a woman's face in a mans world. Thanks for the help, Brandi!

I had an issue with one of my tires so I went to Firestone because it’s a name I’ve come to trust. I was greeted kindly by a young lady who I think was Brandi or Brandy. She asked why I was visiting today and explained what I thought was wrong. She fit me right into the schedule- turns out my front right tire was bald and threads were showing! Thank goodness I went there because it could have been very bad if I kept driving. I bought two new front tires and while I waited, the young lady asked if I needed water and kept me in the loop about what was going on. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone reading this review.

I was promptly greeted and received stellar customer service. I needed to wait a few minutes for the next rep to assist me but it was less than 5 mins. I was given an informed answer and resolve from the tire technician. The shop was full so I got to do my nails at an adjoining business while the diagnostic was done, so the location is great. Appreciated the suggestion of a new tire. Also the next day I thought they misplaced my transponed for the gate but I found it and everyone was very cordial.

I needed tires for my vehicle. They were competitively priced. I was able to get an appointment at my convenience. My service advisor, Brandi, was very pleasant and understanding. She did an excellent job of following up with my vehicles progress. I asked for a brake inspection which was free and they were very honest about my brakes and did not try to over sell me. I really appreciated their honesty. I feel very comfortable bringing back any of my vehicles for future service because of that.

Yesterday I went to the local Firestone and got the best service I’ve had from them in years!!! The new management has definitely made their priorities clear! The CUSTOMER experience! I was certainly surprised and delighted as I paid the bill. No more robotic upselling, and now much more customer service than you can expect! The staff are polite and offer a warm welcome as they kindly assist you plan your maintenance or repair. Although I liked the guys that worked there in the auto bays, their talents didn’t translate well when customer facing. So I never thought I would give this place 5⭐️but they sure have come a long way since 2015! I think once Brandy came in the team things started to improve. I don’t know for sure….. I’m just sayin. My experience yesterday with the Service agent that helped me was awesome! I wish I remembered her name…. :/ ??

I’ve always have a great experience with the Firestone Complete Auto Care location in Wappingers Falls, NY. What impressed me the most are the service representatives, Brandi,Mariel and the Tech, Conroy. They really made sure that I was thoroughly informed about the work needed to be done on my vehicle as well as printing out the cost of each repair so that I could schedule the repairs. Another update: the replacement tires failed under 20k as well!! Mine made it 30 amd firestone offered to do a warranty again, but thats 600 bucks. Im getting another manufacturer installed for 600. Thevwarranty and thevtires are worthless dont buy firestone tires !!2 cars 4 sets of tires not even a 1/3 the estimated mileage. Update: Firestone covered and repaired all damage. Corporate customer service was amazing. The tires are great. Rare to still see this commitment to customers. I was forced by Firestone warranty to have tires that failed on 2 new vehicles with 20,000 miles on it replaced and had to go to Firestone complete in order to do it. I'll admit they were fast courteous and really there was no problem with the customer service up until I got the car back and saw that they treated the wheels like they would be covered with hub caps. There were scratches from the socket everywhere in every lug hole on the outside of the lug holes marks where they took weights off and dents from the socket banging up against the rims, not only did he insist that this is going to happen no matter where I go but he also told me there was no way to prevent it. Being a mechanic myself I reminded them that I used to do it with just a piece of paper towel and he told me that wouldn't work, sometimes we used to use electrical tape or even a piece of shrink wrap to prevent the scratches. I went on Google and found they sell whole socket sets coated with plastic now for this very reason, and yet the manager, the man in the industry tells me this is unavoidable. So unless you want scratches on your nice new rims don't do your tires here. UPDATE: Firestone contacted me and because I was using my own insurance to get it fixed, they said they will send a check for 200 dollars, I paid 477. They also said they will cover any cost of repair should I incur them. I will update as needed

I would stay clear from Firestone. On 10/31/2024 I had scheduled an appointment for the first time ever with Firestone. I was only getting 4 new tires and alignment. My appointment was for 1:00pm. Mr. Jason told me it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. So I said it’s fine I will wait. So I waited for more than 3 hours. My truck was still parked in the same spot. I tell MR. Jason that I would be leaving. Please notify me when my truck is done. I left the location after 4:00pm. I go home and wait. I call the Firestone location at 6:00 pm. Only to be told by Mr. Jason that they still haven’t started on my truck. Mr. Jason tells me that he would call me 30 minutes before my truck is done. So I can pick it up. Mr.Jason calls me back at 7:40pm to pick up my truck. So I arrived at Firestone around 8:15pm my truck is still being worked on. So I go in and get checked out. Mr. Jason says the associate is still working on my truck. So I waited again a few minutes. The associate brings my truck to the front of the entrance office. The associate comes out he’s covered in dirt and grease. I get in my truck the steering wheel is covered in some grease. The driver seat didn’t even have a plastic cover on it so now the seat has dusty dirt on it. Mind you I had my truck auto detail before bringing it to Firestone store. So I leave I didn’t make a stink about it. Not until I arrived home. And notice damaged to one of my rims. And the only reason I noticed was because I park in a handicap space where I live. That has a light post. So when I look at all my rims.They are all scratch. I immediately called Firestone that night. And filed a claim. The claim adjuster came on 11/06/2024 took some pictures. On 11/07/2024 I received a email that they where denying my claim. After spending almost 1300.00 dollars at their store. They couldn’t even call me. I would not recommend no one to take their vehicle to Firestone. I was diagnosed with O.C.D. So I now how clean my truck is in and out. This truck I purchased back in march of 2024. It’s a 2022 Nissan Titan. I have spent hundreds of dollars getting this truck detailed. So I would think I know exactly what kind of damage is on my truck. My tires where rotated at the Poughkeepsie Nissan dealership a week before I bought it over too Firestone. And they didn’t even put a scratch on it. And the only reason I went to Firestone the following week was because I got a flat tire. So I wanted to have all new tires. So I can get the best fuel economy. So now I have to purchase new rims. Thank you Firestone for damaging my rims. And if you look at the pictures you will see it’s the same scratch pattern.
