Owner came out bc it was a busy Monday and he was helping out his guys. Extreme took over the call after another company sent by State Farm bailed on me. He knew what he was doing and got me towed quickly and well.

Had a flat tire at almost midnight on a Tuesday. Less than 45 minutes later, I was on my way, and for a very reasonable price. Great service, highly recommend!

Tom was so amazing. I was out of town and my partner had car trouble. He not just got there super fast and was amazing to her, but also to our dog (he even drove by a DD and got him a pup cup!) and made sure they both were safe! Thank you Tom!

Tom was time efficient and friendly guy versus other tow companies through car insurance. He made it to my location to tow my undriveable car in 20 mins or less. He contacted and informed me as soon as he arrived to my drop off location that I requested. I definitely recommend him to anyone in a real time bending situation. Thank you so much, Tom.

I have to say extreme towing and recovery came to my rescue! I was stranded on route 9 calling for roadside assistance. But Tom pulled up and saw my dilemma came and gave me a boost no charge and made sure I made it to my destination up the road. Tom was extremely helpful and sympathetic to me and I appreciate him and his help today! There service is unmatched!!!

We needed a jump yesterday, and Tom came out and found us right away! He got us going and diagnosed us with just needing a new battery and gave us some suggestions on how to save a little money. I wished we lived closer, because we would use them all the time now! They have an awesome service where they will find you, bring a battery to you, install it and everything for $500! And considering the price of batteries and gas these days, that's a great price. I can't say enough good things about them.

Extreme towing is fantastic, they are the only towing company that actually arrives when they say they can. Used them twice so far, Tom is great to work with, worked very quickly, puts care into loading the vehicle, and is very efficient. Highly recommend.

I just can't believe the level of professionalism and service I received from Tom. We had a sedan that needed to be towed nearly 200-miles using a flatbed, since it wasn't in very good condition and most likely not roadworthy. Tom stayed in contact all throughout our interaction, sent me pictures of my sedan a couple times, and was polite and kind the whole time. I know it must've been a harrowing job to take on the day before New Year's Eve, but Tom really came through for us. To be perfectly honest, I've come to expect some level of issue when it comes to customer service with most businesses in New York, but I cannot express what an incredible job everyone did. I recommend Tom and the folks at Extreme Towing 110%!

So after acting a complete fool and accidentally locking my keys in my trunk at around 1:30AM, I looked up a towing company that could potentially help out. Most were closed, but Extreme Towing is open 24 hours, and Tom on the phone was friendly, patient, and down to help. He said he’d be there in about a half hour, but arrived significantly sooner. He was able to get into my car in no time, was super cool, and just provided and overall very solid experience. I recommend Extreme Towing for stupid mistakes like mine, or when you have a bigger issue with your vehicle, because I’m sure they’d provide that consistent reliable, and hospitable service they did for me.

I can’t recommend Extreme Towing enough. I called at 3 am on a Sunday and he answered on the second ring which I wasn’t expecting honestly. I had a box truck stuck down a hill in the mud and needed to be winched out and towed. Tom showed up before his estimated ETA time and called me to keep me updated on his location. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and I honestly did not think he would be able to get the truck out and if he did, we would be there for hours, but that was not the case at all. He came well equipped with tools, ropes, and wood 15 minutes later he had the truck out and on the road. He loaded my box truck on his flat bed and towed it from Hyde Park all the way to Staten Island. He communicated with me throughout the trip as to his location and eta. When the shop received the box truck, they as well said how great Tom was when he dropped the truck off. He called them 30 minutes prior to arrival and once he arrived, he asked them where they want the truck and if there were any special instructions. Once he dropped off the truck, he called me and informed me of his conversation with the shop as well as sent me pictures of the location the truck was dropped off and the person he spoke to. I have to say his price was great for the tow and winch out I was prepared to be charged a hefty sum. Extreme Towing by far is the BEST company I have dealt with and in my line of work I have used emergency roadside service before and I definitely recommend Extreme towing.

My car was stuck on a medium in the center of my car and he was very concerned with preventing any further damage to the under carrage of my car and he was successful. Extreme towing and recovery were very quick to find a solution to my unique problem and able to improvise to give me the result i needed. I highly recomend them.

Bad... told us to speak to insurance about getting reimbursement and when insurance called them he tells them a different story and we don't get reimbursed. I don't recommend a company or people who tell you something and do something else.

Absolutely amazing!! I needed a tow to a shop that closed at 12, I called at 10:30 and he was there at 10:55. Very friendly and efficient, so glad I called them.
