Good place, truck parts and accessories

Always a pleasure shopping here. Very friendly staff and a plethora of products.

The manager treats customers in a very bad way.

Not a bad place to shop. A little pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for.

If you want good advice, don't buy anything there, they will do anything to avoid covering a warranty.

Well good chrome shop ,when i going everythings its backorder , but now have parts ,the place its hard ,about the parking ,if you going with you truck ,i do not recommend it ,its Better if going in your car

This is an awesome place for parts.. The staff knows there stuff and almost always has the parts you need.. if they don't have it, they will get it..

Great service, they take care of you right away. They even help you bring your purchases to the vehicle. Very knowledgeable. The prices are fare, you save 10.00-20.00 dollars compared to other places. You can find what you are looking for and save money compared to going to the dealer. Parking although is not good, you need to find parking. Highly Recommend.

Workers have bad attitudes not very helpful when you ask them a question they seem bothered also they have security guard checking you like your a criminal or a thief coming in and out

Good store for semi truck and trailer parts, decent prices.

They advertise closing at 4pm on saturdays but actually shuts the door at 3:30pm. When asked why, they claim they have counting to do. Like what does your counting have to do with me getting my part? Count after 4pm.

My review is only based on their customer service. Two seperate calls, different days, same lack of knowledge. I called them to ask if they carried a product. The gentleman tells me, "I'm not sure. You have to come in." Of course, that's absurd, so I tell this genius, "I'm not driving all that way down there to find out if you have something in stock." I mean, that's what I called for in the first place! lol - His immediate reply was, "oh no, we don't have it." I can't help but laugh, thinking back. Way to make a sale, moron.

Good and inexpensive (compared to others) place to shop for truck parts.

You need to get sorted more. Or don't call it a truck parts store but, "some truck parts in the store"
