I DO NOT suggest you take your vehicle here. After having to take my truck to another Autobody shop to have it looked at because the work Greenfield did was horrible. So they repaired my front bumper that was involved in a minor fender bender. About a day or 2 later after bring my truck home the bumper started to detach so he told me it was the clips so he put more clips on and as you can see over time it just completely detached which I had to take to another autobody shop to be looked at. I didnt want to go back to have them try to keep my truck for another 7 weeks and not have the job completed correctly. Clearly alot of corners was cut and my insurance and myself got ripped off. Also communication is very poor.

Initially, I was hesitant to give them my car for repairs due to its poor reputation on Google. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and the timely return of my vehicle within a week. David was exceptionally helpful from the moment I arrived, patiently explaining every aspect including the rental, paperwork and repair process. I appreciate receiving live updates twice daily about the status of parts orders and the progress of the repairs.
There were some minor scratches on my vehicle while it was in the shop. When David knew about that, he had asked me to return to the shop and took care of it for me.
These guys are great. I found them through Gieco due to an accident. I needed two doors replaced and they did an amazing job. Everything is like NEW. No matter how many times I called to check on things they never became inpatient. They always answer the phone and give the most honest information. They went above and beyond. I recommend. I had to take my car here after an accident that happened, prior to bringing my car in i had no internal problems with it, it just needed body work done and im assuming a new container for my antifreeze before mine cracked from the accident. I got my car back, and engine light was on, a/c completely stopped working, and i believe shock issues that were NOT an issue prior to taking car in. Reached back out to shop and was told all these issues happened because of me not them. WRONG because my engine light was never on, never had a shock issue and my air worked lovely prior. Took the car to another place and they said something was put into my anti freeze that didn’t belong there. Thanks a lot.
Worst shop I have ever dealt with, they don’t keep you updated about your car, and constantly lie about when you can get your car back. Do not recommend especially if you’re going through your insurance they’re full of excuses.
Had a tremendous experience with this establishment. My car looks exactly like when I first bought it. They also replaced my windshield wipers and filled up the fluid. This wasn’t even part of the repair but they threw it in for free. I highly recommend these guys

I had a wonderful experience at Greenfield auto body shop. My car was damaged in a hit and run and autobody shop did such a great job that you wouldn't even know that it was damaged. This is my third time coming to them and they always do a great job. David, especially, is the best. I would recommend this auto body shop to others and my family and friends.
I called to check an appointment time for my car to be repaired and the representative must also work for Enterprise because he berated me with an explanation of how I can’t drive the rental car we have and how people try to sue them over something that has nothing to do with me or my car being serviced. The experience was cringey and unnecessary and we refuse to do business with this service center. Take it to Bloomfield Collision instead.

This place not a place to bring your car... they will drive your car, brake it and give you more problems.
I had an appointment with them from geico to fix my stolen catalytic converter, they got a used part even though they said before it was back order. lies lies to make money. Hate people that do business like that. This world is falling apart, wish we can bring back services from the 80s smh can't stand this generation of people. I DO NOT NOT RECOMMEND you taking your car there... if the insurance send you there, tell them no!..FIND YOUR OWN PALCE.
I took my car here for body work and got my car back driving. Shifter broke, wheeling alignment, battery dying all of sudden and paint cracking on parts they didn't work on. I do not recommend this place
Grew up in the area so I thought greenfield would be the best decision but from my experience they do bad business. First they don’t keep you up to date on your car, they will fix your car when their ready so what if they bill is paid. Long story short all I needed was my bumper replaced on my Honda Accord an that took a month for no reason… I had to call the other person Insurance to get the money because greenfield got lazy on me. Plus when I got my car back they got paint on my light, they messed up my brakes.. like I said don’t go here if you love your car no lie.
I took my vehicle to this shop to get an estimate and they way I was treated was horrible, very unprofessional, I tried to see if the guy accommodate or give me options and all he can say was STOP DOING YOUR NAILS AND HAIR FOR A MONTH SO YOU CAN PAY YOUR SERVICE. Mind you my insurances was paying, but the fact that he got that far makes this shop horrible.... you need to know who you play around with. def not recommended.

Poor quality work, poor prepping, poor panels alignment. It happened twice since i was having the same issue after their first repair. The paint and clear coat of my car its cracking and peeling like it was wrapped. Just DO NOT take your car there.
Excellent customer service. I received text messages throughout the whole process and if I ever had a question they responded in a timely manner. Even more important the work they did was amazing. You can even tell someone backed into my passenger side door. Thanks for us our professionalism and quality work!
This car repair shop looks very good and the scale is very large. The car insurance agents are all together. It really makes the customers worry a lot. The car dealers are also very dedicated. They will continue to ask for more compensation from the insurance company, but they all go in. Their own pockets, the repaired car is really unprofessional, my car has been more than 2 months, the repair is not good and some accessories have not been replaced, although they have given you a quality guarantee, but each time in the past Is shirking responsibility! Looking at the picture, they said that the new door is up and there is such a way that it will damage the accessories. The mouth at the bottom is so big. They said that all the buckles are on, they can't help? Did they forget that they had to go to the insurance company for repairs?
To begin with my car was sitting at Greenfield Auto Services for four days without any feedback. My insurance provider notified me that my car was there but Greenfield never put it in the system. I got my car painted and the paint started to peel off. I was told that they will fix my headlight only to find my other headlight out. My car went in with both headlights working, I don’t even know why they needed to fix it. There was no damage to it. They did not even complete the repairs because they claim to not have the parts. I paid full price and my insurance paid full price to have my car 100% fixed. I asked about the parts and he told me he doesn’t know when it will come but they will call me to bring my car in when they receive it. This is a major inconvenience. The Place Sucks: Stay Away !
I had my car brought there after a hit and run back in June. The entire rear had to get replaced. When I got my car back the first time the blinker was not working and the bumper was out of place. I pointed out the bumper concern, some paint chips and I called when I noticed the blinker issues immediately. They tried to tell me that it was working when I left and the paint chips were already there. I had to bring the car back at an inconvenience to me. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and they told me “it’s not there problem.” When I got it back the second time I noticed a bunch of scratches all over my drivers side door like someone was trying to put the key into the door which you don’t need to do for my car, paint chips that were not there prior on the trunk and side of the car, and my trunk has to be pulled opened now it doesn’t just pop opened anymore more. The gentleman I spoke to was rude, condescending, and overall someone I would never speak to again. I am not happy with my services and will never be used this company again.
Their customer service has declined. I went there to have my vehicle repaired because I've had two other vehicles repaired there. The claims adjuster for the insured that caused the accident had called ahead and provided claim information and also requested a part be ordered prior to my arrival to minimize my repair time. Several weeks later, I had to go in after calling three times prior to confirm the part was in only to find out no record of my claim was on file and the part was never ordered. They were very defensive, full of excuses and nonchalantly dismissed me as if I wasn't a paying customer. David even went as far to say that they do not deal with the customers, only the adjusters. Which is false! How else would you receive the claim information, vehicle to begin repair and payment, because I had the payment and all paperwork pertaining to the claim on hand. They failed to recognize that errors were made on their part nor were they willing to rectify the situation, which led me to leave and take my business elsewhere. I told them that I came from another state and they didn't care how they inconvenienced me. Poor customer service and my business and money can be serviced elsewhere.
I got my 2017 Camry repaired through Geico here. It needed fairly substantial work and I’m thrilled w the result. 1) Never sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. 5 minutes! 2) Quality of work excellent. 3)Service even better - they stayed open late twice to accommodate me, stored my car for 5 days when I couldn’t pick it up, answered their phones immediately, never passed me off, knew their stuff. 4) Work I thought would take 2 weeks took 4-5 days, 5)Geico tie-in flawless - no issues or back and forth etc w shop or insurance 6)enterprise rental experience right in shop! You can stop going to the dealer folks w their enormous wait times and complicated processes. I have never felt like I trusted a car shop. And I now trust Greenfield. Thanks guys! I will return for any future needs.

By far it’s a great place. The owner is very friendly and so is the staff. If you have Geico insurance you can leave your rental there. They take care of the rest. They are amazing. So professional and the place is spotless for an auto body shop. They have complimentary coffee for the guest and it’s a great location with lots of parking. It’s not in a busy street either. They are like a hidden gem 💎 love them
Had my car repaired here after a minor accident. Smooth process from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations. Great agreement with local Enterprise. Nothing was stolen from my car when I picked it up 2 weeks later.
My experience with Greenfield Auto Services greatly exceeded my expectations. Amazing customer service. Fast response times to all my questions and the daily text message updates were extremely helpful in keeping me up to date. They did an amazing job on the repairs to my Audi. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service here! They have a very knowledgeable staff. When I got my car back from a sideswipe on the left side, the damaged areas looked brand new! I was able to see my reflection like a mirror on my doors!
This place is amazing. So professional and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and all the forms very well. The in-house Enterprise rep was really nice too. I got constant SMS updates on the status of my car. And when it came time to pick up, they stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. Oh, and the car looks perfect. A+++++++
