The lady that works in the morning always take forever at the computer. If you do the same every day you should figure out how to do the process quickly.

They overcharge for the dumpster and didn’t explain the charges to you. They were unprofessional on the phone and basically hung up on me. Avoid them!!!
If I could put a zero I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a carting company. It’s been weeks since the dumpster was picked up and I still haven’t received my deposit back. Not to mention they charged me for a 20 yard dumpster when I ordered a 10 and they haven’t adjusted that mistake. I called 4 times and I’m in an email chain with customer service. I keep hearing we are working on it we will get back to you and surprise surprise, nobody gets back to me. When I call I receive nothing but an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. Stay away from this company.
The only 2 people that are really helpful are Javier and rosane. The rest of the staff are really really horrible. It’s like they hate their job . Ohh!! And be very careful with the extra charges .. they love to take your money..
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use these thiefs . They took an extra $1024 out of my account after already taking out $700 for the service. Finally got them to admit they stole from me and said they will send “a check in the mail” instead of depositing straight to my account. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with them get a new card number after they pick up the dumpster or else you will see a bunch of fraudulent charges
They took the dumpster out before the day on the agreement by mistake, some boddy called me and told me they were gonna bring another one to fix they mistake, but the day that they sent me another one I was charged again and then told me that the mistake never happened and in they system it was picked up in the right day...I don't recommend..the sellers are nice, so polite, but the customer care awful...
We use them quite often. Very satisfied with the service and flexibility we have received the past few times. The driver was late only once, they are very reliable and usually have next day availability which is awesome. They don't only do recycling, they do regular garbage also. I had to leave this review because I was searching google for their phone number when I saw that one star review and knew I had to say something on their behalf.
If there was a lower rating to give I would. Poor service, and deceptive pricing practices. Don't do business with these guys. When I did business they had a 4 ton limit on the 30 yard dumpster. A 30 yard dumpster if filled with regular construction material could easly exceed 10 tons. Which then thier overage rate of $95 per ton can see a an unsuspecting consumer paying over $1200 for a dumpster. Per thier agreement that they will let you know if dumpster is over weight. Please don't expect that to happen. Notification will come in the form of a bill. Be very mindful of these guys and thier so called state calibrated scales.
