One of the best services I've received for my vehicle!! Long story short...My car broke down on the highway, luckily I was able to get off the Turnpike and park it, I called Down Neck Towing. My car broke down with transmission issues, I called Down Neck Towing, they sent me a great tow truck driver (Giuseppe) very professional and knowledgeable great prices and they showed up in less than 20 mins, got my car back to where I needed it. It was 7pm, 5 degrees out, got a flat on the 1-9. I called and got an immediate response. He was on his way immediately and arrived in 10 minutes. Saved the day. Not to mention, very convenient rates for his good work. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.
