One of the best services I've received for my vehicle!! Long story short...My car broke down on the highway, luckily I was able to get off the Turnpike and park it, I called Down Neck Towing. The owner answered and provided exceptional service. Not only did he turn a bad situation into a easy process, he really went the extra mile. They helped me out big time. I was trying to head home and hit a bad pothole. Called the guys auto and they were there to tow my car in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. It was freezing last night too. Guiseppe, thanks for saving me man. Give these guys a call. They will definitely help you out as much as they can.
It was 7pm, 5 degrees out, got a flat on the 1-9. I called and got an immediate response. He was on his way immediately and arrived in 10 minutes. Saved the day. Not to mention, very convenient rates for his good work. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.
I highly recommend this towing company to anyone in the area. I’ve been dealing with them for over 15 years, professionalism at it’s best, easy to reach, always on time and the best price in town.
Simply the best service you can get. Often times we associate towing businesses with rip offs but these guys are the best. I’ve used their services two times, and at all times they treated us with the outmost respect and professionalism, their pricing is fair to the market and one thing I really appreciated from Down Neck Towing is that they treated my vehicle with care. I highly recommend these guys for anything related to towing. Probably the best in Newark.
