Would give 0 if possible. My car got towed here after an accident. They refused me let me clear my car out, despite the fact that I CANNOT abandon an insured AND financed, car and they had promise of payment from my insurance. They told my insurance they didn’t have my car although I could see it from the street. They left my car unlocked in their yard for over a week, and by the time I was able to clear it several expensive things were ‘missing’, including the registration sticker off of my back license plate. This place just added insult to injury. Bad enough my car is wrecked, even worse to not be able to protect my belongings.
My car was towed by the police to this service center and the key was in their possession the whole time also the car was locked , went to get my stuff out of the car and items were missing . Staff said they weren’t responsible for missing items . They allow their employees to have a free for all with your items . Worst place don’t ever use them for towing !!! Making police report for my missing items and also writing reviews on all platforms to inform future people of what they can expect from their services !!
BEWARE!!!!!!! They steal out of your cars!! Do not get your car towed here!! They will have your keys and car locked and they will personally steal your belongings out of your car and say they aren’t responsible! This just happened to my family member recently!!! They stole her money and other belongings from her locked car that they had the key to!! Be very wary of this criminal activity happening at this establishment! When you call they will argue with you on the phone! This is wrong and they should be reported, will be calling the better business bureau aswell!!! This shouldn’t happen to anyone else ! They will hang up on you aswell!!

The tow drivers are dangerous and drive recklessly. Today, Feb 3rd at 9:15am, one of the drivers was southbound on 95 near Concord and not following safe distance from passenger vehicles. While aggresively riding this person's tail, the driver was using his phone. Completely unprofessional and a danger to the public. Will be reporting them to DOT
I saw on FB & elsewhere this place is involved in robbing homes via the son-in-law Rob DesRochers. They work as a team if they have your address. Stay away unless you want to robbed!
Stay away from this place, bunch of scammers running the business. They warned me to change my battery and brakes immediately, thankfully I went to a different shop and found out there is no problem with my car.
These guys buy and sell wrecked cars with reconstructed titles,but its no secret they dont try to hide it,but car s are repaired correctly from a good body shop and from what I saw they are nice cars and they stand by them
